Josh did a great job connecting our ring door bell and rechecked our Simplisafe burglar alarm system that he had previously fitted. He is very knowledgable and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

When you have only small jobs to be done you can never be sure if someone will come out but not only did Josh respond to our enquiry within a very short time, he gave a quote soon after and was with us later the same day. Both problems quickly resolved (second one not even a problem, just the customer being dim!) He is obviously a skilled electrician but also a polite and friendly young man. I will definitely call on e-electrical in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

Tel call to Josh following a problem with my consumer unit in my garden summer house. He informed me of the call out charge and if further work required the hourly rate. He said he could have a look in the next hour and see if the fault could be rectified. He arrived on time and was able to check over the system and repaired the fault providing a new part for the unit. The final bill was reasonable and the work carried out to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend e Electrical Ltd and would use them again.

Had a slight emergency with electric cooker socket. Josh came to do the repair, not a simple job. He was excellent. He made the cable and socket safe and installed some added moisture proof protection behind the wall at no extra cost. He gave good advice, he was extremely polite and professional and cleaned up. Definitely recommend.

I am really pleased with the work Josh has recently done at my house. He worked efficiently and was really easy to communicate with over email. I especially appreciated the calendar notifications for appointment times and the ability to pay invoices via a secure website. I would highly recommend e Electrical and will definitely be contacting them again next time I need an electrician!

Really happy with the service provided. Josh came out on very short notice, diagnosed the issue with my immersion heating and fixed it within an hour, we then had hot water again shortly after. What I thought was especially good was the report I received by email to accompany the invoice which detailed everything that was checked and the outcomes, it shows that a thorough job was carried out. Fantastic work! I called Josh from E Electrical to help us complete our garden office after the initial installation didn’t work out with someone else. He managed to come to see the work within an hour or so, even though it was a Saturday and we got the quote the very same day. I love that whole process is so straightforward: we got a very detailed quote via email, paid by card online, no hassle. He was very punctual and kept us informed of time of arrival, completion etc. His work is the best we have ever seen, super tidy and clean.
