Heat exchanger/boiler interface fixed

I've been using CP Jeffries for about 18 or 19 years now, to help run the systems in my house - hearting, plumbing and electrics. I have a complex heat exchanger and oil boiler back up, now 8 years old and due to some poor maintenance from me it was misbehaving. Between the boiler expert Chris and the heat exchanger expert Jason, they got to the bottom of it, showed me what was going on, how to avoid it. their patience with me was immense and their expertise second to none. 10/10 as usual from CP Jefferies, well done. I'd highly recommend them.

We invited 4 companies to quote for the work within an older property that had been extended a few times over the years. CP Jefferies quote came back in the middle ground on price. Matt conducted a thorough survey and provided a very detailed quotation for the new boiler and extra pipe work, having listened to what we as a family wanted from a new boiler. We went with a new Grant oil (can be converted to bio fuel) boiler with a 10-year warranty, having got 30 years from our last Grant boiler. From day one the installation team, Tom and Charlie were very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. Good sign when Tom confirmed he had worked for CP Jefferies for over 16 years. They have their own inhouse electricians, so no hanging around for 3rd party to complete electrical work, one joined up team. Will be using CP Jefferies for all our servicing, heating and general plumbing needs from now on and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a trusted company for similar work.

New Boiler - Very impressed from start to finish…

Very impressed from start to finish with CP Jefferies, new boiler installation. We have regularly used CP Jeffries for gas and electrical work and have always been really happy with their service and quick response. We have recently had solar panels fitted by themselves and were really impressed how smooth the process was and despite the atrocious weather the job was completed promptly.

Excellent Service. Had some serious issues when we moved into this new property which CPJeffries gave considerable time to sorting out. Very grateful!! The original developer had shown no understanding of the problems or even the system they had installed!

C P Jefferies have recently replaced our 15 year old hot water cylinder and air source heat pump with a new Vaillant system. We were really impressed with their advice, technical knowledge and workmanship throughout the installation and with their aftercare. We are very pleased with the new system, which is is user-friendly, easily controllable and very efficient and we would like to thank the whole C P Jefferies team for a professional job and great communication.

We approached C P Jeffries to refurbish our en suite shower room. Michelle the bathroom designer visited our property, came up with some ideas and sent us a quote which allowed us to adjust to keep it in budget. Our fitter Steve was clearly very good at his trade and discussed every step with us and although we had a few problems due to space restrictions, it was dealt with sensitively and minor disruption. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending C P Jeffries and would definitely have them back for any future work.

Due to buying a house with a number of electrical challenges I use CP Jefferies a lot. They are always accommodating, quick to resolve, professional and go above and beyond to help, customer service is brilliant. My recent experience was about to leave me with holes to patch in the ceiling but they did everything possible to avoid this with complete success. Will continue to use and recommend them, always great.

Absolutely amazing communication from start to finish from Marc and CP Jefferies. The lads that came in to do the work were professional from the start and felt when they had finished the work, like they hadn’t even been in to do the work. As no mess was left anywhere and were respectful of the property. Great aftercare to make sure that everything that was done was to a professional and satisfactory standard to which it was much more. Work was quoted as a 3 day job but got it done in just One Day which was incredible.

CP Jefferies was recommended to me by by several people as being a reliable and efficient company. CP Jefferies have fitted a solar panel system to my roof as well as battery storage. At all times their workers were courteous and tidy. I am delighted with my new solar panels and wonder why I didn't do it years ago. The price for the system compared favourably with another quote I had which hadn't included a battery. I would recommend this company, every stage of the work was excellent.

Great outcome, CP Jefferies initially came out to look at installing a totally new Oil Central Heating system, on old house with no mains gas & only electric storage heaters, but suggested the property would be better suited to an ASHP. I went ahead and have been impressed with the planning and workmanship throughout the installation & subsequent commisioning, a fuss free and tidy installation which I'm sure is the right direction to go, thank you CP Jefferies for a professional job.

I contacted several “Solar Panel/Battery” installers, none of whom visited the site to actually understand our requirements and just quoted based on our address and Google maps. They also insisted on supplying their preferred products which I didn't think would be either compatible or meet our needs. CPJ were contacted as they were listed as Gold Installers by my preferred battery manufacturer and Marc came out to do a aite inspection. It soon became apparent that here was a company that made sure they could do the job before providing a quote. I was impressed with the whole process from CPJ, it was done right from the start, ensuring I understood what would need to be done, challenging my assumptions and requirements and ensuring we git the system that would meet our needs. Installation was a breeze, very efficient and tidy, helped by a very good upfront survey. The onsite engineers made sure that everything was properly connected and labelled showing how much they care and take responsibility for their installation. I highly recommend CP Jefferies for any electrical work.

There doesn’t seem to be the usual question of “How did we do” or some similar Satisfaction numerical box, anywhere on your website. For the record then: your operative, John Cassidy tackled our boiler last year when it was shockingly neglected and managed to free and clean all the baffle plates. It was a pleasure to see him again this year and to know that he had cleaned and serviced the boiler with the same meticulous care. He leaves not a trace of soot or dirt behind and was, if somewhat quicker than last year (!)_plainly just as painstaking. Yours, Noel Cleave.

The ASHP system is quiet, efficient, and easily manageable. I had 4 quotes and though not the cheapest, by far the best service, quality equipment supplied and overall experience.

We recently installed an ASHP. From start to finish, Jason Rogan and his team were incredibly helpful and efficient. The installation was handled very professionally and the speed with which things got done was a pleasant surprise. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Skilled workmanship for Bathroom refurbishment

The whole team were efficient, helpful and easy to communicate with during our recent bathroom renovations. Highly professional and skilled - they provided useful solutions and suggestions with fittings and the design process overall.

From start to finish CP Jefferies staff have been excellent: understanding our needs, planning and operationalising with care and professionalism. All the CPJ staff we have dealt with (in a week of dealing with a leak, fitting a new boiler, removing a huge and heavy old range and fitting a new cylinder) have been a pleasure to work with. Everything done carefully to a high standard; minimising inconvenience, with the house always left neat and tidy at the end of the day. No hesitation in recommending a very responsive and customer focused organisation with great staff .

Came out to fix a shower cartridge and discovered we had a pinhole mains water leak! We hit one issue after another but many thanks for Jason for sticking with it and not leaving us till it was sorted. Fantastic service from the CP Jefferies team.
