Fabulous service again from Kennet Electrics. Super quick response from the ever-helpful Sally and Dave has completed a full renewal of our garden lighting. Nothing is too much trouble and we always trust Kennett to get it right first time. Simply excellent

Very reliable

Very reliable, honest, hardworking, will find a solution to tricky electrical issues. David has fixed lights inside my house and also garden lights.

We used Kennett electrics to install lighting and electricity in our garage, and for outdoor electrics to run a hot-tub off. They were excellent from start to finish. We hardly noticed they were there during the day so we could continue working and normal activities as they worked. The job was done perfectly with everything we asked for and at a very fair price. They also provided us with all the paperwork and safety certificates to have on record for future house moves.

The service that was provided was friendly and efficient. The original consultation was thorough and the quote was clear. We were given the dates that the scaffolding would arrive and that they would commence, plus who would be coming. The work was completed quickly and when they left the system was working perfectly. I would not hesitate, and have already recommend them to anyone.

Good electrician for small work and big installation

I used Kennett Electric for some years to do electric installation inside my home and I always get a good experience. David was always ready to discuss solutions, provide good advices and the finish work was really good. When I heard they were now installing solar Panels, I was happy to have someone I could trust for the installation. I asked David plenty of questions he made 2 visits to answer more and I could visit one of his previous customer. Again I'm really satisfied with the all process and the installations.

New consumer unit

We needed a new Consumer Unit and Cooker Circuit to enable the installation of a new oven. Braiden worked hard to get all the work done with minimal impact on the house and our ability to work. He was efficient, friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. I’d certainly recommend Dave and his team to anyone.

Absolutely first class! Punctual, polite and very tidy with no mess left behind. Made it all seem easy!

We used Kennett Electrics to change all our halogen spotlights to LEDs and a few other bits, sadly we were left disappointed. The LED spotlight installation was done improperly, and left us with flickering lights in our living area (because the engineer didn't have the right dimmer switch). We were given an appointment to fix this 4 weeks after. I wasn't given an invoice or any notice of cost in advance. When the work was done, I was sent an additional bill for work that should have been done in the first place. This really isn't a fair or professional approach and I hope there is a more honest and upfront attitude with other customers in the future. On balance, the other work (ECIR report, cupboard lighting) was done fine and visually to the right standard but with these things, at least for us, trust is often more important than workmanship.

Fast, efficient, tidy and thoroughly professional. All work was carried out to to a very high standard. Unlike other companies I had used before, I felt they really respected my property and went above and beyond. I would definitely trust these guys to do a good job if I need work doing again. I have worked with both David and Ben for a number of years both as a fellow tradesman (I'm an interior decorator) and on my own home. I have found their work to be absolutely exceptional and first class. Always thorough, honest and leaving no stone unturned.
