A very prompt and excellent service from this company which we'd heard of from word of mouth locally. They came and replaced our old flashing with brand new lead flashing which has greatly enhanced the look and appeal of the front of our house. We'll be sure to use them again should the need arise. We were very impressed!

I got my annual roof maintenance done a few weeks back. As usual Elliot and the guys were great , they even sorted a porch roof that needed some attention . This is a traditional peg roof and a listed property so we have to use a firm that knows what they are doing, and this firm does. Will be booking in next year Recently got the firm in to do a days work on a peg tile and a slate roof at our property. They were superb , replaced tiles cleared guttering , replaced and mended cast iron guttering . Will be using annually to maintain the roof on our grade 2 listed property

Regan supplied & Installed my solar system, from quote to aftercare Joe and his team have been more than helpful, informing me all the way, a lovely clean job. The batteries are so neat and look very tidy and take up hardly any room in my garage as they utilised a reveal so they are not actually using any footprint of the room. Solar panels look very sleek on my roof too. Walked me through the app so now I cam see how much power I am generating and using, so easy to use. Highly recommend has been brilliant.

Elliot and his team with GR roofing were fantastic, they were punctual, informed and answered any questions I had. The work they have done is great, and they made sure to clean up any mess made before they left. Cannot recommend the company enough, and would most definitely go with them for any future work.

Had a visit for a quote but then never had an update or estimate for work sent through. No communication. The person quoting assessed the roof from ground level, we've since had another roofer quote who checked beneath the tiles and identified issues/cause of damp that wouldn't have been included in the quote anyway. Wouldn't bother contacting again.

From first contacting GR Regan to completing the work on our large flat roof everything went smoothly. Aaron was very approachable and thorough with his survey and answered any questions promptly. The job was carried out professionally and to a very good standard. Would use GR Regan again if the need arised.

GR Regan were responsive and collaborative in figuring out what needed to be done to fix a long-term leaking roof. The team were always on time and very nice. In addition, they were flexible and supportive when a bat was found on day-one, working well with the Bat Conservatory Trust to remedy the situation. Good people. Good firm.

Regan Roofing are a great roofing contractor to deal with. I have always found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and competitive with their pricing. They have fixed many issues across our estate buildings from small leaks due to a single broken tile, to installing completely new roofing systems. Communication is good and they always turn up when they say they will and the quality of their work is exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

We had an extension done at our house. From start the finish the communication was excellent. We had a flat roof done, all flashings and lead work, with an added sky light. The workers were very tidy and we are very happy with the end result. Have recommended to my neighbours and one is already in the process of getting a quote done.

Following one of the big storms recently we had GR Regan come out to do some repairs for us. They did a great job and all of the team were friendly; from the lovely lady in the office to the guys on site fixing our damaged roof. Thank you for all of your help

On recommendation, we had Elliot visit our property to provide a quote to address some damage done to our roof by a con artist. He offered us a reasonable quote which we agreed and as the roof had been left in a poor state with loose ridge tiles and lifted lead around the chimney, he assured he would look to fit us in early the following week as it was an urgent job. After hearing nothing at the beginning of the week in response to my messages, I followed up with a call midweek. Elliot answered and said they were delayed and still planned to fit us in during that week. I've received no further communication now 3.5 weeks after the original quote. I understand if delays occur, however given our roof was in an unsafe condition ahead of some very wet and windy weather, we would have at least expected some level of communication to keep us informed or at least the courtesy to let us know if we could no longer be fitted in. I have no question that the quality of work is very good, however the customer service we have received has been disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with GR Regan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Elliot provided an exceptional service and was very attentive throughout. The lead flashing looks great (replacing concrete) as do the chimney repairs - Elliot went above and beyond to get the work done. I have used Regan’s for roof repairs but my recent attempt was very unsatisfactory. I made contact via a stored mobile number and David Regan looked at my roof problem. He went away and I heard no more for weeks. I attempted to phone again and after several attempts got Regan Senior on holiday in Tenerife! He said he would contact David. Again nothing happened and the leak continued. I then repeatedly attempted to phone the mobile and left messages without result. I then went to the web site and dialled the home phone given only to be told to dial the mobile I had. After further attempts I revisited the web site and dialled an alternative mobile given there. This worked and I got to Mrs Regan. She sounded cross when I attempted to explain the difficulty of contacting the firm but went away to speak to David and returned to say that he was ill and she could get no sense out of him and that his solution to my leak would not work .I was astonished at this and said that I assumed that David was the roofer and did not see how she could know bett4er than him. I suggested an urgent visit would be applicable but she then returned to the fact that they ought to be able to holiday in peace and suggested that I took my problem to another roofer. Mrs Regan seems ignorant of web sites and telephone messages and cannot listen to what you are telling her. If you are dealing with Regan’s have nothing to do with her.

Actual roofing job carried out well. However a large amount of waste was left scattered about the property. There was also a substantial amount of waste from other projects left for me to dispose off. Also, the screws used in the dry ridge system were not tightened up and washers went rusty after a few months. This wouldn't have been too bad but unfortunately the attitude of the owner leaves a lot to be desired, getting aggressive very quickly. Would recommend trying elsewhere unless you can closely supervise the work.

Guy Regan and his team were picked by our contractor to do a repair on a leak by our chimney. The gentleman who came out to do the repair was courteous and appears to have done a good job. When I received the bill however, I was billed for two people plus materials. When I inquired about the bill, pointing out that there had only been one person on site but I was billed for two people for two full days, Guy Regan became aggressive and confrontational. Rather than take a professional approach to clarify, he just chose to be rude. I would recommend going elsewhere.
