I can honestly say Adam is one of the best tradesmen I have come across, He is not only extremely good at his job, professional, friendly and a fab problem solver, But he made me as a customer feel incredibly comfortable with his presence.The work Adam carried out, has made us feel like finally we are starting to see our old house come alive again, I would highly and truly recommend this company, and have already asked for a quote on some further work. Adam, from Direct Electrical has just completed some work for me in my new home, he was punctual, polite and professional he kept me informed as to what was happening throughout the job. Upon completion Adam cleared and tidied and I would not know he had been working in my home at all. Well Done an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and Direct Electrical in fact I have already booked Direct Electrical to carry out further work on my behalf.

Adam turned up on time with a friendly smile and got straight on with the EV installation. The charger was installed in good time and all the workings were clearly explained to me. Thanks for all the tips and advice

Adam carried out an EICR for a rented property today for me. He carried out a professional job, arriving on time, convenient with the tenant, making no mess and also carrying out remedial work. Adam did a great job with the Emergency callout, he fixed the problem very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Brilliant Electrician, I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Direct Electrical have been fantastic. Clear communication throughout. Adam visited on time, completed the landlord Electrical certificate for us. We were going to replace the old mirror light in the bathroom with a new led shaver mirror. Adam said he could fit that for us. He was very informative throughout the test. Highly recommend. We will certainly use Direct Electrical again.

Kyle & Dale installed our new charger. Workmanship, finish and clearing up excellent. There were a couple of technical issues out of their hands. They persued these rigirously with the manufacturers tech dept to find the solution with the patience of saints. Would highly recommend.

Kyle called to replace a number of LED lights and spot lights. He was polite, friendly and thoroughly professional, going above and beyond what could reasonably be expected from most tradesmen. Kyle came to fit my EV charger and I am very pleased with the result. He fitted very quickly with no disturbance and even dug the cables in to leave it incredibly tidy. Would 100% recommend.

Used Direct Electrical today to have a EV home charger installed. They probably weren't the cheapest certainly weren't the most expensive but what I got for my money today was reliability they were there when they said they would be but also we got a very nice young man by the name of Kyle. He is a very polite man his work was without question some of the best I've seen his attention to detail was without question he even wiped down the external cable that he installed to remove the brick dust he explained to us what he was doing and talked us through the charger app I have total confidence in his work. So again not the cheapest but we got Kyle worth paying that little bit more many thanks Kyle. Thanks David

Really super service. Fin was courteous and really helpful throughout. There were problems with our electricity box but he solved them and ordered extra parts and fitted the next day- very pleasant experience- left everything neat and tidy. Thank you Fin

Our first experience of Direct Electrical and we found them first class. There was a vast array of companies on the internet to install an EV charger; this was pot luck. Dino (sales) was polite, punctual and not too ‘salesy’; he helped us understand all the options and was transparent on the relative costs/benefits. Adam (the electrician who fitted it) was also polite & punctual and couldn’t have been more helpful. I guess if we’d have shopped around hard, we might have shaved a bit off the price but you get what you pay for and we’re very happy customers.
