Excellent service. My boiler had broken when I moved into my new home and logic provided a professional and friendly service. Boiler was fitted in a very quick time. Would recommend this service.

Quoting for unnecessary work

They came to meter by their what was wrong with my banksy boiler but the plane wasn't lighting he showed up on their side day very well then he perceived it to pad the bell out by saying I needed I knew it nighter which was yes because that was support they went on to say new sensor neurological leads new front cabinet door a new pressure gauge he claimed the new front door the cabinet and the pressure gauge was to stop carbon carbon dioxide from leaking out he then a method the saints up wasn't required if you're thinking of using that company make sure you know what is required and how much it costs the belly tried to get me to agree to with £612 pounds with the work itself was about £150. I would suggest to the owner of this company he looks like the training of his staff what an engineer to turn around to a customer and say well I know what I'm doing so I'll do what I like it's not good customer service it may be needs training to his engineers toward the customer it's always right he's the one paying the bill .

Ian arrived on time and was extremely professional and certainly knows his trade! He was meticulous with all his work and the quality of the finish for our en-suite was impressive. He left everything neat and tidy and worked SO hard. He was also a genuinely nice guy. Carl helped us out at the last minute when our previous plumber let us down with his workmanship. He fitted us in at very short notice to enable us to get the en-suite finished. We have been so impressed with Logic that you will now be our go-to team for anything plumbing related. We have told our friends how impressed we have been and given your details out. It is hard to find a reliable, trustworthy and professional plumber and we have certainly found one with Logic.

I chose Logic to instal a replacement…

I chose Logic to instal a replacement heat pump because they were local - within 100 miles! - and had good reviews. Everything from the assessment visit, quotation (with answers to my supplementary questions), the 5 man installation team and a follow up visit were handles with courtesy and competency. I had had a bad experience with the previous (austrian) pump that ceased to function properly over 2 winters until the company ceased to engage with either myself or the engineer. So I am delighted to find a local company. I hope our relationship continues positively

Perfect job from start to finish

Fast quote and scheduled the work so it was done before I went on holiday, Work was to a high standard and cleaned up after them. Friendly team. Would recommend (indeed, I have today to someone looking for an electrician).

Hi Jen. In response to your email requesting feed back, I would say that the service we received was first class.The team where on site early and worked diligently with the minimum of disruption. They listened to our input and kept us informed about their progress. They where polite and friendly through out the day in spite of it being very cold . The job was finished in good time but when the system was commissioned they made sure we fully under stood the operation of the new equipment. Finaly the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service in fixing the boiler at our holiday property in Keswick. Really helpful and knowledgeable engineers and the customer services department kept us informed about ordering of parts and when the engineers were coming. Highly recommended.

solar panels & battery installation

Logic installed our solar panels and batteries. They did a good professional job and when we have had minor issues they have been helpful. Ross was our technician and he worked hard to make our requests work and gave us the choice where options existed.

Needed a new flue for the oil boiler - great service

Needed a new flue for the oil boiler. after one call, I was visited within 24 hours (on a Friday) to assess what was required. I was promised the quote on monday morning which turned up on time. having agreed to the work, a date was set and the engineer turned up at the prescribed time. He was very polite such as seeing if there was a route to the boiler that did not require going through the house. Asked if he could use the loo. Corrected a couple of small things that had not been done during initial installation (by another company). Very pleased. did what they said when they said. will certainly use again

Installation of my Zappi EV car charger…

Installation of my Zappi EV car charger went very smoothly, good communication and the installation engineer was good at describing the functions of the Zappi. An all round good experience.

Living at the top of weardale we were…

Living at the top of weardale we were struggling to find a company who would fit our oil boiler and replace the multi fuel stove. Logic was recommended by a neighbour and proved the right choice. Logic were thorough and patient in understanding our needs and put together a package that would do all that we wished. We wanted to support a local company but were pleased with the competitive and detailed quote we received. I was very pleased with the way the solar panel project was handled. It was not an easy job and there were tight time constraints but it was carried out with efficiency and good communication.

Our boiler was serviced today by Andrew, a super friendly guy- punctual and efficient. He even recognised a problem with my gas fire and fixed the ignition I will be shortky booking it in for a full service as a result. So pleased.

Excellent service from initial survey to fitting of a Heatmiser Neo wifi heating system for our second home. A very professional fitting carried out by Max. Wouldn't hesitate to use Logic again.

All they want is your money

Booked them for annual boiler service at an agreed set price. Engineer was unable to complete the service. Weeks later received a bill over 50 percent more then agreed set price. Immediately queried this and asked for breakdown. Took them seven weeks to reply, claiming an hourly rate which had never been agreed by me. They were trying to ripping us off. Ultimately, after paying the whole amount through paypal I opened a case and I got half the money back after 24 hours. Following the initial review, I have now been asked to provide further details to this company which I certainly do not wish to do. They can’t find my name because this is my screen name and because they have my partner name who booked their service. At this point there is nothing to investigate. They acted in a dishonest manner and we do not want to have anything to do with them. This company left us without eating in the middle of winter saying that they could not remove a part asking for a further appointment to do so and a further payment of over 150 pounds. Instead we booked someone else whom, for 40 pounds, took the part off in 5 minutes and sorted out the eating system. We do not want anything from them, we just want people to know what to expect. Moreover, the fact that they can’t identify the client it means they must have a lot of payment cut in half by Paypal. Be aware.

I feel ripped off to be charged over…

I feel ripped off to be charged over £80 for an engineer to assess a repair ,then charged over £250 for said repair ,cost of the part was about £60 total time taken was under an hour .Unfortunately I used them before with similar extortionate prices .

Slow parts turnaround, lack of care and urgency

small rude man visited, said it wasn’t important to have a timer on your heating and to have it on continuous? Who’s paying for that? Well, timer was broken. Later told it would take 7-10 days delivery for a common grasslin timeclock!! It’s only winter, no urgency or customer care. Avoid avoid avoid.
