I got a solar system installed a few years ago by another company that was oxford based and unfortunately, i had an issue with my system. My original installer was not interested in making the trip from oxford to repair things sadly but I spoke to Ben from Treadlighter and felt i had come to the right place with a great supportive attitude, great detail on the service on offer, and fair pricing. My issue resolved itself (for now) before the team was able to come around but just wanted to give them a 5* for their excellent support over the phone and email and if my system does require future work, i'd definitely use them.

Guy, Randib and the team have been great. Just finished our 2nd new build residential project with them and already doing another. Thanks!

We had solar panels fitted about 7 years ago by Treadlighter. They have worked perfectly. The follow-up and aftercare is fantastic. We had a problem with our roof close to the panels. Although it was unrelated to the solar installation, Peter resolved the problem. Very impressive. Highly recommended

Had this company installing a PV system…

Had this company installing a PV system at my house and nearly two months from system commissioning the battery system is still not working . Not sure their engineers know what they are doing either especially that few came to try and fix the issue and still haven`t resolved the problem . Really frustrating experience .

Treadlighter installed our PV system and they were a joy to work with. Its competent and courteous team carried out all work professionally and reliably. Technical issues were dealt with systematically and soundly. I have no problems to recommend Treadlighter's services. A big thank you to the entire team!

He is so very professional and an incredibly kind and caring person and completed the works to our Solar Panels to an extremely high standard, I would highly recommend Treadlighter Ltd, they are an exceptional company and with exceptional staff members like John. Great service from them no pressure sales. We went back 2 years later and same team were there. Guy was great even when a panel dropped a little they can around a day later and aligned it. Great work very professional not the cowboy ones who work from a ladder etc. Helped with filling out forms etc. Even persuaded us to to get a battery untill the tech was better. Top job.

They installed our solar panels about 5 years ago and their service was very professional. After sales care is also good. Had a problem with the inverter about 2.5 years after installation and they came and replaced it without any issues. Would happily recommend. A word of warning, get your panels pigeon proofed at the same time as the installation.

Treadlighter did a great job with my domestic PV installation in Southfields. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and everything went smoothly.

I contacted Treadlighter having seen them recommended highly on an independent Solar experts review board. Guy initially handled my enquiry in a very straight forward and thorough manner. At every step of the way, the Team were on hand to answer questions and approach each phase from Survey, Proposal, Site Prep, Installation to Commissioning with due care and explanation. I was really in a tight spot having had another Contractor let me down. Treadlighter did everything they could to go the extra mile with courteous site team and great quality product and service. I fully recommend them as expert suppliers, fitters and project managers. Thanks
