I have the pleasure of having switched on electrical work on my house and work premises and they have done a fantastic job each time

Phoned for a quote for two broken bayonet fittings. Was round within an hour and al done for a very good price. Exceptional friendly professional service. Would recommend to anyone. superb

The day after an electrical test by Switched On I discovered they had left my freezer unplugged and all my food had defrosted. I spoke to the director, Ross Moors and sent him pictures but he refused to compensate me the £97 in food I lost stating it was my responsibility to make sure their electricians have plugged everything back in after they've left. This company was previously called 'Bright Sparks' and went bankrupt before reopening as 'Switched On'. The Switched On website is under the address 'electrician dorchester co uk' should anyone need it.
