Very good experience from first point of contact with good communication throughout. Had some outside lights that needed to be fitted /replaced. Reasonable quote, and work carried out to a high standard and neat and tidy. Had to raise an issue in the evening but the response to the issue was great, returning first thing the next day to rectify which was done with no issue. This is the only reason for not giving 5 stars, but the response to rectifying the problem was 1st class and refreshing. Would recommend and will definitely approach again for a quote If we need further work doing again.

John was brilliant on the kitchen wiring I asked him to have a look at. It wasn't possible to give a fixed price for the work due to the hidden nature of what needed to be done, John gave great advice on several aspects and I was happy to trust his judgement on what and how to tackle the work. First used John to debug a fault with our solar panels not charging and was impressed with everything he did, from taking his shoes off as he came through the front door to his ability to complete the task faultlessly. This led to him being asked back to sort out other items. I think the greatest compliment that can be given is my wife’s trust in leaving him alone in our house whilst both of us went out.
