A fantastic experience from start to finish ! The process of buying and fitting the charger was very well explained. We were kept really well informed throughout with helpful phone calls and emails . Nothing was too much trouble . On the day of the installation I was phoned to let me know exact time of arrival . Cameron , the engineer , fitted the charger really well and it all looks very neat and tidy. He explained how to use the app and charger after fitting. All in all an excellent service - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Just had Rob fit our home EV car charger, couldn’t be happier. We have external wood framing and cladding, and he’s fitted the wiring behind and mounted the charger in a concealed box, exactly as we wanted. Very professional.

Evolution Solutions were super efficient and friendly from start to finish. I was kindly offered a cancellation too, which was gratefully received. Finance wise, being able to split the cost of the service over an interest free period was very much welcomed, as I had to change my car sooner than anticipated. Thank you Evolution ☺️

EV solutions were great from start to finish. They listened to my needs and answered all questions. Very straightforward process from then on. I got an installation slot within a week. Engineering turned up promptly ( actual came earlier). He found a better route for the cables, no drilling, no caping, no visible cables in the house, direct route from fuse box to outside( it actually saved me money because I needed less cable). Once finished he explained how the charger works, helped me download the app and explained everything. I would definitely recommend EV solutions if you are thinking about installing a EV home charger. Very good price and they also offer 10 months interest free payment so no big upfront cost.

May I just inform you of an experience I had today at Lenora Street Bolton. After ordering a Charging System from Your Company. I have got to let you know of How unhelpful your Staff member Alan was today . After asking for a hand to help me take washing machine out abit I can not move alone to havy..He said not my job..I understand that..but Im so small girl to move watching out by myself can u plase ..Nooo..not my job ..he just stand I looking at me ..and after that have to put watching machine back when Job done ..I kindly ask him again to help me he say No again... He Rudely Said NO. To my shock .I struggled and got it back by myself . But it would of been a lot easier if he had Helped me at the time. Very Rude and very un professional . I feel sorry for the company have staff like this.. The bad ever.. Thank you Not recommend at allllll😡😡😡😡😡

I had a ohme pod fitted by carl in November. What can I say what a great clean job. Nice and neat. Carl answered all my questions on using the charger for when I collected my first ev car. Really impressed with this company, they fitted my home EV charger (Hypervolt 3 Pro) really neatly, they offered 0% APR over 10 months, they quickly rectified an issue I had after the installation and they just paid me £50 for referring a family member for his installation. The sticking point for me not getting an EV sooner was the cost of the charger, now I have one I don’t think I’ll ever go back to liquid fuel vehicles.

Excellent service from these guys from start to finish. The team were knowledgeable and happy to help when I had any questions. The ordering process was easy and the installation was done to a high standard without issues. Jason, the installer of the charge point was polite and took the time to explain the charger and app before leaving. I would recommend this company to others looking for an EV Charge point.

Wouldn’t recommend as they over charged me to much but i really needed the charger so had to get it done however the man that installed it was really nice fitted it very nicely

Left my home with reverse polarity and my elec meter box an absolute mess. They had to come out twice to fix the original work. The polarity issue was a huge safety concern which lead to me actually shocking myself changing a light fitting even though the fuse was off. It cost me time and labour whilst it was resolved. They agreed to compensate me for this, but payment has never materialised. It’s a shame as I’ve dealt with some friendly and seemingly helpful staff, but having chased this for a resolution for two months, nothings sorted. Saying all the right things but no action sadly.

Absolute Top Class Service. From my initial telephone enquiry through emails confirming dates to installation, everything was more than you could expect. I've had a Pod Point fitted today, a week after signing up. Kept well informed all week with everything that was needed and fitted today with no problems. If you are contemplating a home charger, don't bother looking any further. A quality company giving a quality service. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU

Wonderful service from ordering through to completion. I did my research and Evolution were the best rated installer in my area. Ordering process very efficient, a quick self survey and photographs via their app and a call from them quickly confirmed all was in order and a standard install which is included in their prices. It was installed in circa 1 week from my initial call on an agreed day and time. The new Hypervolt 3 charger in grey looks great and the fitter Ashley did a very tidy job of wiring and explained how the device and App work. Wiring was installed with its own protection circuit so no need to use spare breakers in existing Fuse Box which some of the slightly cheaper installers might try. No extra costs at all on top of the price advertised. Also interest free credit was offered for 10 months and very easy to arrange so I went with that to spread costs. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Had a Wallbox Pulsar MAX installed. Job done well and neatly! Electrician even hid the cable in the gravel. Good customer support as well.

Had a home charger fitted this week and feel it’s only fair to post a review in respect of the great service I received from Josh the installer. He did a great job, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him, including me changing my mind 3 times about where I wanted it positioning. Once it was done he went through all the detail of how it worked, including on my phone, and genuinely made me feel as though he cared that he did a good job. Finally he tidied up properly and shook my hand. Nice to experience such old fashioned service 👍

Efficient Service & Excellent Communication! I was recommended to Evolution Solutions by a friend and right from the first call I was confident they'd look after me properly. Sure enough, Alex understood my needs for an EV charger at home and gave advise when needed. They could complete the installation within a matter of a week and promptly sent me the relevant documentation they needed to complete the process. Due to legislations changes the specific charger I ordered had to be recalled for a software update by their supplier, but Emma & Michelle at ES informed me, kept me up-to-date, and rebooked a new date (still only 2 weeks from the original call). It took 2 hours to fit and the engineer was polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to you all. I'll be recommended you to others! Cover My Bubble Ltd.

Absolute joke of a company. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Installation was all booked in and when I called the day before to confirm they said it was cancelled because my electricity supply was on a looped system. They didn't contact me to tell me this and I had booked a days holiday off work. Also, I don't know where they got the idea that I'm on a looped system from. I'M NOT. Said my network operator would have to come out to take me off the loop and that THEY should have applied for this to be done weeks ago but they forgot. This meant that I have now missed out on the government grant of £350. And they expected me to just let them carry on with the job. No apology, nothing. Just an email saying "If you do decide to revisit this in the future, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch and we will be more than happy to assist you." I don't think so.

Pros The electrician was excellent and did a very neat job of the installation. Cons Absolute rip off, charged £350 for installation that took 2 hours. Is this how much electricians are now. Even if you take into account the bit of time it took to put in the paperwork for the grant. That is steep. They changed the time of the installation without asking, to a time that was not suitable and as a result we had to completely change the installation date. On all their paperwork it say the person who is recieving the grant must be at the installation. This requirement soon changed when I phoned them to arrange a new installation date.

I've had a nightmare of a experience with Evolution Solutions. The original installation carried out by Brad went smooth and I can't fault the installer at all. Initially, the service and communication were both great and the company was very quick to take my money. Two months down the line we moved house and used our local reputable installer to move the charger to the new address as they were doing other electrical work for us. The charger (Wallbox Pulsar Plus) worked fine for 3 days and then lost the connection, both bluetooth and wifi. I need to emphasize we didn't have a chance to use the charger at the old address as my ev car arrived after the house move. Evolution Solutions claim our warranty is no longer valid because we used a third party company, they will not send a technician either. I then asked if I could pay for all the charges, parts and labour etc, but was told that I will not be served by Evolution Solutions, period. The technical advisor I was speaking to called John, said he was surprised himself but this is what the boss had said. We are now left with a faulty charger which we only managed to use for 3 days. Evolution Solutions presented a medieval approach towards a customer which I find utterly disgusting. I'm shocked that a company with such a backward mindset and little respect for the customer is even allowed to do any sort of business. If you are thinking of getting an ev charger installed, please do your own thorough research and don't believe the slogans on companies' websites as they have very little to with reality. There are companies out there with significant experience, committed and responsible with the customer in mind- not his money. I will now be contacting OLEV, Trading Standards and Ombudsman Services to seek advice.

Brad installed a bank of 3 x Sync EV 7.4Kw chargers at our workplace this morning. He did a fantastic job, even managing to hide all the cabling by wiring through the back of the units. We’ve done this now to future proof for the future, whilst the government are still providing a £350 grant towards each workplace charge point you fit.

Very positive experience installing wallbox in our new home. Right from the first contact I was made comfortable and they even accommodated my wish for postponing the instal date by 2 weeks. The cost was very reasonable. our home had loop electricity connection and they sorted it by contacting the electricity guys for us. On the day if installation, Micky was very pleasant and he was throughly professional. He Rang me and Turned up on time and fitted the charger and showed how to use the app. Very much recommended to friends and family.
