Having spent a long time trying to find a genuine solar installer we stumbled across Mark and the team at Bright Spark. We had a Solaredge solar pv and battery storage system installed on our garage roof. The electrical work was excellent, installation was very tidy and the team were very friendly. Highly recommended.

We had our solar system installed in November 2022. From the start comminication has been excellent. A great survey to establish our requirments by Mark and a great installation supervised by Grant. The workmanship by Jay and Joe was exceptional and very precise. Grant and Jay have been great with their communication to resolve teething issues. Jay is always there to give help and advice. Bright Spark carried out the installation of a solar panel array with battery backup for us. The quotation was thorough and specified a system that exceeded our expectations. Everybody involved was very professional and personable and a real pleasure to have around the house. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard and always by consultation with ourselves to achieve the most aesthetic result. The electrical side has been sympathetically set out with cable runs routed for minimum disruption. Our panels are on a high profile roof in our village and set in to the tiles-they often get admiring comments from passers by! In our first month of operation our solar installation has exceeded the promised performance. We would thoroughly recommend Bright Spark for any quality installation you are considering.

Great team at Bright Spark Energy, genuine people who obviously take pride in their work. We found the quality of work to be excellent, our installation is on an older house so a few parts were not straight forward. The Bright Spark Energy team were very communicative over these points and took the time to discuss the best way forward for the install and our preferences. Would highly recommend.

Horrendous experience. Three years of problems. From the unsupervised installation by an undisclosed sub-contractor, a non-compliant warranty and late, incomplete documentation, to various faults - including a failed inverter - and refusals to visit until we resorted to a formal complaint. As part of that process, Bright Spark completed a test which found only 5 of our 7 panels were working. That document was withheld from us for 6 months. Someone else has always been blamed and we’ve been repeatedly accused of ‘tampering’ with our own system. In our experience, the starting point for their ‘customer service’ has been ‘the customer’s always wrong’. We’ve since had great experiences with Rayotec (identifying faults and putting them right) in preparation for 9 new panels and battery storage very professionally installed by Infinity Renewables.

Bright Spark Energy helped us out by fitting solar panels and setting up a power supply for our new Gateway building near Steyning. The whole team were very friendly and efficient. Access was difficult but they were considerate of our neighbours parking needs and avoided any problems there.
