Really happy with our solar and battery install. Alan was very informative as were the installers. Even when there was a delay on the solar (weather) install, I was kept up to date on when things would happen. Really happy with the service.

I contacted Alan through an advertisement on Facebook, asking for advice on which battery system would suit my needs, and complimenting my existing solar panel setup. He visited my property, and we discussed in depth how best to maintain existing feed in tariffs, reduce energy reliance from the grid, and most importantly, the ability to maintain power during the many outages due to my homes location. Within two weeks, Alan's team was on site to install my 15kw battery system. Almost immediately, I have seen the benefit of this system by utilising the solar, thus reducing my grid energy consumption by 30% (during winter months, this is indeed impressive) and a seemless continuation of power during a recent storm where the usual grid down event occurred. I can wholeheartedly, recommend Bateman Electrical Services as I was more than impressed, with the personal input and service you can only get from a family run business. Alan was very helpful in our initial discussion re solar panels, talking through and clearly explaining the technology, and what would work best for us. The team arrived exactly when expected and all the team, electrical and roofers were very professional with a great work ethic. We are very pleased with the system - solar panels, inverter and battery etc. Alan's communication was excellent throughout, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Bateman Electrical Services.

Excellent explanations prior to installation on requirements, system specifications and time and cost for job. Once panels and system were installed, app was explained: follow up calls were made over the subsequent two weeks to check on system with recorded data highlighted.
