Antony carried out a full electrical installation on our new office in Crawley and from start to finish he was outstanding. He understood the deadlines we were working to and even worked nights to make sure this was completed on time. We changed our mind with several things throughout the installation process and nothing was too much trouble for Antony. I would highly recommend!!

*Asked them if they had availability to do PAT and Fixed testing *Received quote and agreed a day for Wednesday, needed to be completed by the following Wed. *Wed, they had to cancel agreeing to come the next day (Thurs) *Thurs, arrived and completed only the fixed electricals - left no paperwork or bill, emailed thanks and requested invoice, unaware at this point that the PAT tests not done *Fri, I emailed and phoned and asked for paperwork and invoice, realised the PAT had not been done and called, emailed and left messages for them to come and do the PAT as it was now urgent. *Emailed Mon *Tues called left messages and emailed, finally got an email saying they would come on Wed - the day we needed it done by. Which we declined. Requested paperwork again, *Wed, emailed that they would send it as it was urgent but they usually didn't send out paperwork prior to payment - despite trying to pay since the previous Thurs. Huge let down after choosing based on Yell reviews.
