John-Lee serviced our biomass boiler today and as its new to us he went through every step of how to maintain and clean it, he was so helpful we where very pleased, John-Lee is an excellent example of how customer experience should be ! Thank you !

Excellent service from sales to installation. The installation team really love their work and have transformed a room within our house with a beautiful wood burner in a stone alcove (was previously the main kitchen range). The care and attention to detail, to make it look perfect, was exceptional. Thank you so much.

I’m glad I went to Think Energy for my first ever log burner. I received guidance in choosing the right one for my fireplace and home from Richard and all the team. I wanted the original fireplace exposed and all possible care was taken to ensure dust was removed; a ‘tent’ was erected along with a vacuum. The carpet was completely covered. This has been a very professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact I have booked them for two further projects.

Outstanding service from Dan and Simon, the installers on the day. They were professional and patient while other activities were going on all around them. They clearly know their stuff and were real problem solvers, making sure we got the very best install. The stove itself is of excellent quality (Contura) and pumps out a lot of heat. Derek was great at positioning the hi-lift and the flu installation was done with little fuss and minimum disruption to the neighbours' lane access. The overall price was fair, and given the level of service, really competitive. All in all a five star service from a team that takes pride in their work - nicely done lads!

This is the less glamorous end of their business. John Lee and Harry with shovels, then on hands & knees up to the elbows in mud in our driveway digging up an old, leaking stopcock, digging a new trench and replacing pipework and stopcock with modern plastic fittings. It took inventiveness, skill and hours of damned hard graft conducted with good humour throughout. Thank you both.

We are delighted with our stove from Think Energy. They managed the environment brilliantly to keep the room as clean as possible despite the mess and soot. The old fire surround also survived. It’s not just us that love it, the dog also thinks it’s the best thing ever! If I had a suggestion it’s the communication between office, installers and clients could be better. We appreciate they are busy but as the client it could be a bit frustrating. That said we are very happy thank you and would recommend Think Energy.

Throughout the whole experience of choosing the right stove to suit our needs, overcoming the snags of not having a chimney stack, then the instalation process. Think Energy kept us informed of progress, ensured we were aware of all costs and gave us an accurate timescale. The job itself was carried out professionally by two personable operatives, without fuss or inconvenience, with excellent quality and finish. Think Energy is in my view excellent value for money and I would highly recommend.

Had a biomass boiler replaced with oil tank and boiler. Very neat and tidy job carried out. Staff arrived on time, got on promptly and kept us informed at all stages. Even arranged an oil delivery which was above and beyond what we expected. Very happy with the work.

We had a Woodwarm Phoenix Firegem multi fuel stove installed last week by Think Energy Ltd and I can't recommend the company, the service, the installation team and the product more highly. From the time the team arrived, to the time they left, we were kept fully informed as the job progressed. Given options on the fine details of the installation, as and when they presented themselves. Which in turn resulted in the end product being exactly what we wanted. The three man team of Dan, Rory and Callum shared skills that completed the job to a very high standard and we can't thank them enough for their professionalism while working at our property. We would not hesitate to recommend Think Energy to anyone considering using the company.

We have just had a wood burning stove from Contura installed. From the initial advice we received in the showroom, to the contact from the company in preparation for the installation, to the installation itself the experience has been first class. Dan and Rory were brilliant, really attending to detail and making sure that any questions we had were answered. A five star experience. We would heartily recommend.

This was a fantastic service from Think Energy from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with our new log burner which has completely transformed our living room. The installation wasn't as straightforward as expected but this was not a problem for Think Energy. Dan and his team were great and their ability to turn their hands to everything meant that all the related work such as re-plastering was completed without fuss. All in all this was a highly professional installation and we would have no hesitation in recommending them 100%

Really helpful people. Just waiting for an appointment for an engineer to call. After a visit by Dan and a quote which we accepted the Woodwarm Phoenix stove was fitted yesterday and today. Because of high winds it wasn't safe to fit the cowling using the cherry picker but were pleased when it happened today. We are delighted with the standard of workmanship and the friendliness of the team lead by Dan. These are can do people. The extraction of our old back boiler was a challenge but it was done with an attitude that we knew would win through. We recommend this company unreservedly and will certainly have no hesitation using them again.

We recently had a new boiler and wood burning stove fitted by Think Energy. We had a slight issue with the boiler but Richard came out to fix the issue on a Saturday night, he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The wood burning stove looks amazing! Richard and his team have been pleasant, hard working and very helpful. We would highly recommend them.

Friendly, helpful, personable, and patient showroom staff. Good advice from home visit quotation guy. ( Despite the fact he is from Lancashire !! ?? sorry, only joking !! ) Cheerful, tidy, punctual multi--skilled installation engineers, who worked hard to meet our spec. and kept us informed, as work progressed, which enabled us to make ongoing choices, as our old house revealed some unexpected challenges. Just keep them well supplied with brews, and you won't be disappointed !! Really happy with the end result. Stove working a treat, and looks great. Not the cheapest job for us to do in our tenanted farmhouse, but would definitely recommend the high quality service and advised products, to family / friends. Many thanks Karen & Steve Emmott

Very impressed with an excellent installation of our new stove. It took only a day and a half, the team were friendly - and clean and tidy! - and it is a really professional job. The whole experience from first inquiry to completed installation has been very good. We discussed and got what we wanted, were kept informed throughout, and there was some very helpful background design work as well. The stove, a Contura, finished in soapstone, is very attractive and an asset to our living room. Thanks to all the team!
