Excellent company - installers and admin sttaff very helpful throughout - now enjoying the benefits of the installation

Annual Service on ASHP This is the 3rd time that the company have c0me to service my ASHP. Every time they have turned up when arranged, done exactly as they said they would and most importantly for me as a customer been very clear as to there cost before and fully explained what will be needed. I have the utmost faith in the engineers abilities to carry out the task and the communication from the office and the engineers is always first rate. Thank you and keep up the good work rodger

Solum GB installed my Midea air source heat pump in October 2021 and have serviced it each year since then. It's been working pretty well throughout the year, although I had noticed some leakage of the glycol/water mix at the hot water tank in my loft and from a couple of joints going to the tank. Solum's agent identified that the screw caps on 2 the air release valves on the tank were loose so he tightened them. He also tightened the pipe joints, which had very small amounts of leakage. The agent also added some biocide to the radiator circuit, which is a new requirement from 2025.

I've been a very satisfied customer of Solum Gb since they installed my heat pump boiler and solar panels when my house was first built. They've been looking after the system for me ever since, and I couldn't be happier. Every person I've dealt with, from the office staff to the on-site technicians, has been polite and friendly. Their services are always efficient, and they provide honest advice on what's needed—a refreshing change from the extra selling I used to get with boiler services at my last home. We had a heat pump installed by Solum three years ago and had them back to do solar pv plus a battery last year. We're very happy with both. Iain was extremely straightforward and honest to deal with and gave good advice. The workmanship by Kamil and the team has been equally good. The heat pump has been providing trouble free heating since then. The estimated solar power production that we were given would appear to be an under estimate and the combined effect of both the solar PV, ASHP and smart tariff has dramatically cut our energy bills. I would have no hesitation recommending Solum and would definitely use again. Thank you very much!

SolumGB did an excellent job installing our new heat pump, water tank, radiators and pipework. They were professional, tidy and extremely knowledgeable. The work they have done is to a very high standard. We can't recommend Kamil and his team enough!

Setting up - Solum GB was very clear about what the ASHP could do, how it would work and how they would fit it. They completed the job in the time stated, were very clean, efficient and friendly. This was August 2020. From the start we have had no problems with the installation. It does what they said it would do. Ongoing checking - this has been regular, on time and without problems. Their Head Office staff are on the ball.

A small expert and friendly team. Used for installing an ASHP, and as the service and price was good, also went on to use them for Solar Panels array installation. This kit is complex, and you will need ongoing support, and some training and advice. Solum have been very good at that - and with reasonable prices - I recommend!

ASHP Annual Service. The Solum GB technician turned up on time, talked through what would be done, confirming what was sent by email. Very through cleaning of ASHP unit and topping up of fluids. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them again.

This small company is expert and experienced in their field and did a great job. They are polite and easy to deal with and responsive to technical queries. I found them to be reliable and trustworthy and everything they did was done in a timely manner. They always left the site clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Air Source Heat Pump Installation. A very professsional job well done. The installation was done when they said and to a high standard of cleanliness and workmanship. The installers were all polite, courteous and professional.

I'd give these guys six stars if I could! From Iain's advice when I first contacted them, ongoing help from Karolina and Luke in the office, through to installation by Kamil and his team, they've all been incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional throughout. And I'm absolutely delighted with the new heat pump and radiators, which have been fitted so beautifully and worked perfectly from day one. Most importantly, our house is now lovely and warm even when it's below zero outside, and this in a concrete 1950s house which many said wouldn't be suitable for a heat pump. Choosing a heat pump and Solum GB to fit it has definitely been one of the best decisions I've made. Thank you!

A really good reliable company, who took the stress out of my hestpump installation. This is newtech for me, but Kamil gave me confidence in how it would all work. We had a Heat Pump installed by Solum. Kamil and his men worked tirelessly all day and tidied before leaving each day. Their workmanship is first class In every way I have no hesitation in recommending them. Tha installation went very well and any questions asked were answered honestly. Handover was given both verbally and documented. We have had no problems whilst running.

Solum GB installed our Heat Pump. They were around our house for a number of days and were superb. Patient, polite, and quiet! The finished job was to a very high standard, they take a lot of care and pride in their work, and the technical walk-through for handover was very thorough. I highly recommend talking to Solum GB if you're considering getting a Heat Pump.

If only all companies were like Solum GB! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I have had my solar hot water system filed by them twice over several years, each time the engineers were fantastic. I am an ex plumbing and heating engineer but don't have the means to fill my system myself but would only let a company I trust do this work, hence I choose Solum GB. Very knowable staff who are professional and all at a very, very fair price. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the whole service from Solum GB. We have quite a narrow slate roof that is prominent in the roads around so wanted something that looked good as well as being good. It looks superb, everyone we spoke to from sales to the office to the installation crew were helpful, and the tech is great too. Very satisfying to see the power we're generating on the app each day. Hope to use them for a heat pump one day when we get ourselves sorted.

We have just had solar thermal installed under the Green Home Grant scheme. From start to finish I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Solum GB. It was initially hard to find an installer willing to work under the scheme, but Solum were the only company I came across who were equally as excited for this incentive. I highly recommend Solum GB and will have no hesitation using them again in the future.
