Such a poor experience with this company. Been awaiting a call back for over a week, have chased 4x times as no-one has been getting back to me. Keep getting told someone will call back the same day, but they still haven't. Will be giving up and finding another company to do the work.

I must admit I was a bit nervous of converting my house from oil to solar, however I could not recommend Green Improve highly enough. The workmen were polite, extremely courteous to my home, very tidy and the work carried out was 1st class above and beyond my expectations. Like an F1 pit team everyone knew what to do and when to do it a very slick operation. If you are thinking of solar power you MUST ask Green Improve to be involved 10/10 Dwayne Hill

Great service

Really pleased with the work that was done. We had fans upgraded and new fans installed as well as trickle vents, alongside the cavity wall insulation. Theo, the electrician was very efficient and knowledgeable and also didn't make a mess. I would happily use the company again.

Hopefully, the services they provide is better than them blocking my drive for hours, with none of my neighbours having any idea whose house they are at to remove the van.

Team was very professional, service was smooth from start & sending mail to my address, contacting them then arrange survey& installing insulation& fan all done within a week, the whole team was very lovely, cooperative & highly professional, special thanks to Teo who installed the fan & ventilation for windows, Can' t thank the whole team enough for their hard work but you really are life changer & i wish you get the credit you deserve for all your sincere efforts

It has made a big difference to my heating after having had a back boiler for the last 32 years. The men who came to instal the boiler were very good mannered and very hard working. I would recommend Green Improve to anyone wanting a new boiler in the future. Eileen Taylor

Every worker that was involved with the work at our house was polite and friendly and willing to answer our questions. All appeared knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately, the Vent Axia fan that was installed in the kitchen makes a noise that sounds like a motor bike and can be heard all over the house, 24 hours a day. It seems to be permamently on.

Boiler Replacement

Green Improve were exceptionally helpful in achieving the desired outcome of our grant application for a replacement boiler. Their team were always courteous to deal with and explained the process clearly, as too were their installation team, with any issues or concerns explained and dealt with professionally.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. The work was executed extremely quickly, and was tailor made to the household needs. I could not recommend the service Green Improve (and their affiliates) offer, highly enough. I will also be using their aftercare services to keep on top of servicing etc., going forward.... The team did fantastic work for our old house. Everything was done with high level of professionally and very quickly. Insulation, gas boiler and radiators installed and we are living in warm comfort now. We wish everyone the same warm Christmas as us now in our renewed house.

Really excellent and speedy survey and installation of cavity wall insulation through the GBIS scheme. I got referred to them by Octopus after the initial installer failed to provide an installation date after 4 months. In contrast, Green Improve completed both their survey and install within 5 weeks of the referral. Only downside is that they don’t allow private funding – they only do work through the government schemes. Otherwise, great people and great quality of work and service.

OIl Rayburn replaced by Heat Pump, Panels and Battery

Our old oil fired Rayburn Central heating had broken down and Green Improve surveyed our bungalow and replaced the old with a heat pump, new radiators, pipework and solar panels backed up by a battery. The Team from Green Improve were all impressive and worked together calmly and efficiently, checking with us over location of pump, battery, radiators etc All the old rads etc were taken away and all left tidy at the end of each day. All controls were clearly explained and the system switched on and fully checked. The radiators were probably bigger than expected but I can live with that in exchange for piping hot water, a constantly warm house and the savings on previous fuel costs - greatly helped by the recommended battery. A big thank you to all at Green Improve. Highly Delighted!

Excellent service

Both the cavity wall insulators and the ventilation contractor carried out the work in a professional manner. Alex and Scott went above and beyond taking my husbands poor health(palliative care) into consideration when working inside the property. Very pleased indeed👍

Thank you so much to the full team at green improve. From the plasterers Leon and Graeme who were very friendly and worked really hard to get the job done. Theo the electrician who talked me through everything he was doing, advice and made it look easy to control the heating. Excellent job. And the plumber (whose name I didn’t catch) quickly finished off the job with ease. Overall I am really impressed with the well planned organisation of this company and the caring nature of all their employees. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their services. Scott and Theo came and installed our extractor fan core vents and trickle vents. Arrived early and on time and talked us through it all and did the job quickly and tidily. Great process from start to finish.

Theo carried out work on my property, installing ventilation fans within the bathroom and kitchen as well as window vents. Did a great job and was considerate of my home, cleaning up on the go and consulting me before carrying out work. Arrived at time he said he would and overall happy with his work.

I have recently had cavity wall insulation and ventilation work carried out under the government scheme. Alex completed my insulation and Theo carried out the ventilation works. I could arrange the time to suit my diary/life which was a positive. Theo was brilliant, very tidy when drilling holes for vents in the external brick work. Alex was quick and efficient. Both jobs done on different days and they were done in a couple of hours. Pleased with the work. The fans are abit noisy but Theos explained how they can be adjusted to suit and left us the information to do this. I would recommend this company.

A big thank you to Theo & Alex for the work they completed today. They did cavity wall insulation, trickle vents on all the windows and vents in the kitchen and bathroom. Although the work took a little longer than expected thanks to the nori brick they did a brilliant job and cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they had been here. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone thinking of using them.

We recently had a range of home improvements completed through Green Improve under the ECO4 scheme, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and real efficiency. A huge thank you to Carrie, who managed everything so smoothly. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and always on hand to answer questions, making what could have been a daunting process feel easy and well-organised. Once approved, the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard by several fantastic teams. Danny, Graham, and Leon did a brilliant job installing the insulation — friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. Mikey and Scott installed the vents and heaters with real attention to detail, and although we didn’t catch their names, the team who fitted the solar panels were excellent — fast, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Every person from Green Improve who came to our home was a credit to the company — courteous, punctual, and focused. It was clear that each team took pride in their work. We honestly can’t thank you all enough. Last winter was incredibly expensive and difficult for us, but the improvements you’ve made will genuinely transform our home life and give us peace of mind going into the colder months. Green Improve, thank you for everything — your work has made a real difference.

Cannot fault Green Improve. I had airsource heat pump, new radiators and solar panels fitted. They were quick, tidy and left a tidy job. They worked round me and 2 kids in the house. 2 plumbers James and Sam were the main workers in the house who were very trust worthy workers and left them in house while I popped out. Everything was fully explained and 3 months later still very happy with the work. The electricians also brilliant Chris and Theo came back to fix a fault I had with not being able to access the control panels but they arrived withing a day or 2 of me calling. 5 star service and would 100% recommend. Would have then back to do annual service of they offer this I was that happy with their work!

I would highly recommend Green Improve Ltd. John and Tommy were the heating engineers, and Mick the electrician. They were a great team - professional, polite, friendly, hard working and good company. I can't rate them highly enough. They installed an air source heat pump and new radiators for me, and put everything back afterwards. Thank you so much to you all. You deserve a big bonus and a new van 😁

I can not thank the team enough for the top job they did on my home. They installed cavity wall and loft insulation for me (even doing a good job of matching the paint colour) air source heating and solar panels through the Government ECO4 scheme. Everything was done in a few days with little fuss. And when the team did need to move furniture etc they were incredibly professional and tidy. I have nothing bad to say on the before, during or aftercare they have provided. I can not recommend highly enough!

The Insulation team were fabulous! Arran, Graham & Carl were brilliant with my father explaining all that needed to be done. They were efficient, professional and just got the job done! Did an amazing job can’t thank them enough. They were swiftly followed by the heating team Matt, Matt and Michael, who were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, tidying up every night to not disturb my 94 year old father. The job was then handed over with a detailed explanation of how everything works and how to best use my new heating system and solar panels. I would highly recommend using Green Improve to anyone thinking of getting the grant.
