Enquired about a new boiler on Friday, boiler delivered on Monday and installed on Tuesday. Fast, efficient and professional. Luke, Glow Greens installer, very friendly and professional, took the time to explain how everything worked, took old boiler and all packaging away and cleaned all mess, would never of known he had been. Would highly recommend Glow Green Ltd to anyone needing a new boiler, excellent.

We had a boiler service booked the guy turned up. Said couldn't complete service we possibly needed a new pump. I said I'd get someone to come and check into it. So he said he would have to come back and finish the job. On checking before he even arrived he had issued our certificate and signed it for us. We had a call the next day from the company to see how well he'd done, I said he hasn't finished. Unfortunately he had also started our log book so no one else can complete it.

A new boiler
After filling in the enquiry form online, they called me back straight away. We discussed options for what I need. Upon agreement and payment of the 50% deposit, the new boiler was installed by the very experienced and professional engineer Russell Snowdon. The work was completed nicely and tidily. They took the old boiler away as well. They sent emails to keep me informed about the progress. It took just a week from order to finish installation. Very happy with Glow Green service.

An honest company where the customer's needs come first
The communication from start to finish was excellent. At no stage did we pressured to accept any of the different quotations, unlike some other companies. The communication from all aspects, whether from the logistics company, scaffolders or installer was excellent and they even moved things around to accommodate someone being at home on the different days. Someone was even available the weekends and evenings to answer any queries that we had. The installation looks excellent and does not even look like it has been installed after the house was constructed. Someone being available at a weekend, responding to emails that I had sent and being available in the evenings. Plus, someone appreciates we had work commitments, so would move stuff around to meet our needs and not the companies - clear - customer comes first. We have already recommended the company to a family member. Thank you finally to Max for honest advice, in a non pressured way.

Engineer that fitted boiler was great thoroughly professional and cleared all rubbish the photo evidence in the initial build up was painful and meant we missed our time windows for installation by a week

Notified when engineer was arriving within the specific hour and received the text at 7:30am on the day.so I wasn't wanting all day. Arrived on time, carried out the boiler service thoroughly, documented his work and gone in 45 minutes.
Extremely good service. Gasman Liam and his associate Kaan did a brilliant Job. Every small detail was considered while fixing this new boiler for me. I did not understand the working of the new system and needed to regulate the temperature control. Liam was kind enough to offer me support via FaceTime and even came to the house back to help . Regular Follow up by Tracy after the job was excellent . She was extremely polite and ensured that the job was done correctly. I am very happy with Glow Green and have also referred them to my sister and we now will have an AC and boiler with water tank Fitted for her new house.
Engineer Sean was punchual, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. did a great job for our 1st annual boiler service. would recomend Glow green who installed our combi boiler last year, we took out a service contract for our own peace of mind..we are happy with the service they provide..
I paid a 50% deposit for a solar battery installation in mid-September 2025. The salesperson was very responsive when it came to securing the contract and taking payment, and I was told the installation would be completed within 4–6 weeks. An electrician contacted me two weeks after I paid and asked me to send photos of the installation location, which I did the same day. After that, all communication stopped. I sent several emails asking for an update but received no response. I then copied the salesperson into my emails and followed up six times, again with no reply. At the beginning of this month, I contacted customer service and finally received a response two days later. Only then did the salesperson suddenly reply to the customer service email, asking why the job had not been completed despite the deposit being paid a long time ago — which was quite disappointing, considering I had been chasing him for months. The battery was eventually delivered and installed on 29 January, more than four months after I paid the deposit. I then received the final invoice and paid the remaining balance the next day.
This was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Quote was easy, competitive, and Jamie followed up, answering all my questions. The finance options are excellent and helped me order the boiler earlier than I otherwise would have done. The boiler turned up exactly when it should and as described. Our fitter turned up on time, was cheerful, intelligent, and got on with the job without fuss. It was fitted in the shortest time quoted and everything was cleared before he left. All the controls were explained and I've been left with a lovely new efficient, quiet Worcester Bosch boiler. Rarely have I had such an easy process where everyone was so helpful. I heartily recommend Glow Green if you're thinking of changing your boiler.
One of the worst firms your could subcontract off let alone even pay to have a job completed, glow green is one of those companies that like the idea of using subbys for their expertise and experience but dont intend to pay, they seem to take advantage of gas safe regulations and even turn it up a notch by making it very difficult for engineers to receive payment after a job has been completed by making them repetitively go back and forth to a job that the engineer has completed just to take pictures or unnecessary adjustments, they even tend to lie just to talk their way out of things, the breakdowns department are excellent at what they do however the installs department need to buck up their ideas and actually recruit staff that actually know how to talk to people. All in all guys please swerve this firm, dont waste your money on em.
Glow Green were a great choice for our new boiler and installation. Communications by phone and email were clear, friendly and professional. We needed a new boiler urgently and Glow Green made that possible. Everything was explained with good advice and queries I had were explained to my satisfaction. We needed scaffolding for access to outside and that was arranged and carried out very well with minimum inconvenience. The boiler installer did a fabulous job, thank you Laz. He also explained the boiler operation and future care. We were then up and running and now two weeks later with no leaks (so far!) from our mostly 60 year old heating pipework. The total cost was £1900 less than that quoted by BGas. We are very happy with the new boiler and our relationship with Glow Green who we thoroughly recommend.
Bought a boiler from Glow Green in 2019 described as new, but it was actually manufactured in 2009. It has now failed, and parts aren’t available. I’m pursuing resolution via the company and my finance provider. Please be aware before instructing this company of this practice. If you have already instructed them on an installation then please check the product age carefully before buying/after installation.
Had high hopes and was sold on the high reviews. Our installer came, installed the panels and left, without checking they worked, which they didn't. Had to wait a week for him to come back. Then trying to get certain documents from the customer support team has been more difficult than it should be. Still waiting for the MSC certificate so I can provide this to Octopus to then be able to sell back to the grid. 4th time calling, 4th time hearing, "I'll get X to send it to you.' Would not recommend unfortunately. Neighbours and friends had much better, and quicker, experiences with other providers.
The whole experience of employing Glow Green to install our new central heating combi boiler was excellent. From initial contact with the sales team and installation engineer was awesome. The engineer was very professional and explained everything as he was carrying out his work, he checked everything twice and finished the installation cleaning up all the debris. I would recommend Glow Green to anyone and everyone
Glow Green replaced my boiler a number of years ago and I have been on their monthly Glow Care plan ever since. Recently I had been having problems with the thermostat syncing with the boiler, meaning the heating did not work properly. After sending an email to Glow Green I was quickly contacted by Gareth, and the service he and the rest of the Glow Green team delivered was great - giving regular updates on arrangements and timescales, getting my boiler working again, replacing the old broken thermostat, and the fitting and syncing of the new one. And all taking place over the Christmas/New Year period too. Would definitely recommend
Good company to deal with I found Glow Green online while searching for a company to install a new gas boiler after our old one gave up the ghost. We first made contact online, followed by a phone call where they asked a few questions and recommended a boiler they thought would suit us perfectly—and they were right. Most of the process was handled over the phone or by email. The engineer who came to install the boiler was friendly, professional, and efficient, working steadily for about six hours with just a short lunch break. He even managed to get one of our long-broken radiators working again. He took away the old boiler, all the packaging, and left everything clean and tidy. The only hiccups were some mix-ups with e-signing documents—partly my fault for not checking my junk folder—and having to send several photos of the old boiler, which was stressful for me as I’m not great with technical stuff. The price for the new boiler and installation was very reasonable, and we certainly don’t feel overcharged. I’d happily recommend this company for their efficiency, professionalism, and fair pricing.
Excellent service by Glow Green, after downloading photos of my heating system Jack from sales came back with an excellent price. The boiler was installed on my preferred day by Merrick. He arrived promptly and was friendly and polite. The installation was completed by late afternoon to my total satisfaction. Would definitely recommend Glow Green.
DO NOT USE!!! I honestly think their reviews must be paid for or fake. Absolute joke of a company. Lazy installers and you are dead to them as soon as they get your money. The below is only one example of blown out bricks that have been filled with messy cement and wonky plastic shoved on them. They've clearly got too busy usingow quality installers to get the job done asap. Been emailing for months with no response.
Outstanding Customer Service from everyone. We were kept fully informed from quotation to installation, invoice & aftercare via regular texts and emails. It’s really easy to contact the team and you speak to real people, rather than chatbots. Competitively priced boiler & installation was made even better value with the option of the monthly service plan which extended our 5 year warranty to 12 years, includes an annual boiler service and any repairs. Great peace of mind for the next twelve years, particularly as it’s for a rental property. Special thanks to Ryan the project manager and Andy the fitting engineer for making everything so easy and hassle free that we ordered the same for another property.
Great experience! Engineer Harley was friendly and super professional. He arrived before 8am and got the job nicely done around 3pm. The area was kept clean and all waste was taken away. I am very happy with my new boiler, working well. Thank you GlowGreen from 1st phone call to completion of the installation. I am definitely happy to recommend them to people with needs.
I have nothing but praise for the service I've received from Glow Green during the purchase and installation of a new combi boiler. I had previously been let down by another company and eventually went to Glow Green for help. I had been without heating and running hot water for over a week, I have a disabled wife, so it had been a bit of a difficult time. I explained this to the the gentleman (Jaymee, my Glow Green account manager) over the telephone and he said he would help in any way he could. Even offering that if the installation date I received was not to my liking then to contact him and he would put in a ticket for an emergency install if available (which I did not need to do). The whole process from ordering over the telephone/interest free finance/contact from install engineer/installation and after care phone call to see if I was happy with everything was outstanding. I was updated every step of the way, whether it was email or phone call. 1st contact with Glow Green was 2.50pm on a Tuesday and everything was complete and installed by 2.30pm the following day, followed by the after care call the following day. I'm the one that feels the fool for not opting for Glow Green in the first place, I will not make that mistake again. Superb service and I would 100% recommend them. Unfortunately I'm only able to score them 5 stars and not more
They installed a boiler around April 2025 (it is now coming to end of September) since the very beginning the boiler installation was incorrect and faulty. Confirmed by a later engineer visit. Since then we've been chasing Glow Green to fix a leak and heating issues. Despite multiple visits and promises, nothing has been properly resolved. Water is damaging our kitchen worktops and cupboards, the heating system still doesn’t work, and every visit ends in more false assurances. Issues still not fixed despite it escalated to managers. Customer service is ineffective, and they repeatedly fail to deliver the service paid for. My next step is to go to trading standards and small claims. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — go to a reliable provider who actually fixes your problems.
Excellent experience of using Glow Green to install my replacement boiler. Communication was good and the parts and engineer arrived on schedule. The installation was carefully done and verified. The engineer was pleasant snd easy to talk to about the job. Following the installation the company phoned to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
I did feel a bit nervous handing money over in installments, but after the 3rd installment and the scaffolding team and all the equipment showed up just after the 3rd installment I felt calm and less stressed. The installation team were great and completed the job in a day, and they all happy and joking, very friendly team and tidied up afterwards. I did have to wait a week or so for all the bigger leftovers to be removed, but it was all cleared up as promised. I was a bit fustrated with having to try to get the app and set up,but again it took a few days to get the password etc to get going, now I'm very pleased with the results and performance of our installation, Make sure you read and sign the recommendation email as I didn't and my link expired and since then I could have recommendation at least 2 others in the last month. Job well done, thanks Glow green.
I definitely do not recommend, pipes mounted too close to the walls, pipes mounted in a collision, lack of appropriate screws mounting the brackets and the exhaust outlet blowing straight into the face despite the fact that it was agreed that there should be an extension so that the exhaust fumes were blown higher. The first installation date was postponed just before the installation itself, which cost me one extra day off from work. The price may be low, but the quality is definitely low. I do not recommend.
