Exceptional service provided by Jamie, Mark, and Ryan during a recent multi-room project. Originally contracted for a single room, the work expanded to three rooms upon arrival. They showed no hesitation they soon started moving furniture and boxes that had been relocated to the additional rooms, ensuring the workspace was prepared efficiently. They maintained high standards of care by covering all furniture and all belongings in sight. Protective coverings were also applied to all flooring to prevent damage throughout the process.They did a thorough clean up at the end of every workday. Jamie, Mark, and Ryan was friendly and professional. Their constant communication and reassuring provided a high level of confidence to us throughout the full project. Thank you 😊

Had someone visit my home in October and was told I would hear in two weeks twice. I waited 4 weeks and called them in mid November to be told my application had been passed to their planning team and they would be in touch. Another 4 weeks has passed and I have just called them to now be told the flex scheme has been put on hold and there is no funding at the moment. I have done all of the chasing and I have now waited for two months to be told sorry. Not good enough really. I suffer with asthma and have a pregnant wife and now we are yet again sitting in a cold home over the winter. Really disappointed in this company who so far haven’t lived up to expectation. I will change my review if and when they come back to me but so far not a very good experience.

Kian and mark did an amazing job and did it so quick too, they was really polite and looked after our belongings thank you both so much.

The singing plasterers

Tony, Joel and Kaden did a great job plastering. Tony explained the process to us, listened to tweaks to fit better with our home and they put themselves out to make our bay window fit better with the new thicker insulated walls. Work completed to a high spec. They worked really hard to clean up at the end of the job, a lot of space to cover. So many hours put in in a short space of time to get the job done. Really happy with the finish of the skimming Tony did. Thank you gents, you deserve a few days off, my house will be very quiet without the singing!

Great coordination, installation and ongoing support

Ian has been a great coordinator and facilitator during our eco4 installation. It has been reassuring that I had a point of contact to call when I had an issue, didn’t understand something or needed help. He has always been willing to help and even taken some of my calls when he was on holiday which I never would have expected!! I have been very grateful for the ongoing support too since the installation. Noel and Max are like a super duo, working hard and efficiently as a great team to complete work timely. They respected my property, went above and beyond and were really kind to my little boy who was so taken with them. Noel was fantastic when he came to us out of hours to get our electricity back on after a problem arose during the installation. Ian, Noel and Max really are a credit to the company and a great representatives who I would highly recommend.

Avoid

Avoid. Currently trying to deal with them now. We have had 20 radiators, a heat pump, and a hot water tank left outside our house for over a week in the rain. I’ve been dealing with this company since May, and we still, have not had our system installed. They sent at least 4 people to look at our property then delayed installation. When we eventually got an install date we were told that in order to have a heat pump we would need all new pipe work throughout the whole house, contrary to what several people told us before. Now it’s winter, we said fine, but we want the pipes properly installed behind the walls. They said they wouldn’t pay for this and we would have to have exposed pipes floor to ceiling at every radiator point. Carpets up. Floorboards up. The lot. We now have had no contact from the company in regards to progression, and yet all the equipment is outside in the rain. Wouldn’t recommend. Been hard to deal with since the beginning and seem to cut corners when it comes to customer care and delivery

Jamie, Paul and Mark the plasterers are very good at their jobs, the plastering was very smooth. Scott did an amazing job adding skirtings similar to the originals and new window sills. The loft has been insulated and I am pleased. New boiler was fitted perfectly. Patrick the electrician did a very good job doing electric air vents and overall the work has been done professionally and transformed my house into a warmer home for the winter, thank you all

The whole process was so invasive, I suffer with anxiety and ptsd. At first I was so on edge. But jamie was so professional he talked me through all the jobs he would be doing, day by day. He made me feel very at ease. Jamie was a very friendly worker. Always happy and jolly. He also did an excellent job. He was a very clean worker. Mark was a nice polite young man and got on with all the jobs jamie allocated him to. Brilliant work. Ryan was a very friendly and happy guy. Very professional, he explained every job he was doing. Very professional and did a really good job. This team have had to endure my nightmare landlord which isn't easy, the boys dealt with this brilliantly. Give them pay rise. Regards Donna

DO NOT USE HEATING COMPANY , THEY ARE A CON!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HEATING GRANTS!!! they came , did the way couple of hours work after saying they would do whole job and then came did insulation and said they aren’t going to continue Just wanted to do the easy bit Now no other company will take over because they took the money out of the job!!! I’ve already started a formal complaint Do. Not. Use

We were happy customers, but the after sales supportis non existent!

Just updating my review as since the work has been completed, our energy use has gone up to £15/day. Ive asked ecohomeinsulation to get in touch with us, but they aren't responding to us. We have also requested assistance to set the Solar PV up as we haven't been provided a wifi dongle. Alas, no response. We dont know if the ASHP is faulty (£15/day) and are unable to set it up or connect it to an app to control when it comes on etc. The workmen; (Tony, Kaden and Joel) were great, they have done such a fantastic job of installing full insulation and plastering our entire house! Our walls have never been so smooth! They were polite and punctual. It was a pleasure having them here. Tony is an artist and we've asked him to come back to ice our Christmas cake! They worked their socks off every day often pulling 10 hour shifts. Thank you so much for treating our home with respect. Andy and "Beth" (Helena) Edited to add: Sam, Harry and Shaun came to install our ASHP, replacing pipes where needed and doing so very sympathetically to our home. They re-wired all the external wall sockets and installed vents where needed. They were considerate, quiet and worked their socks off. Cannot fault any of the workmen we have had or their work. The house is now warm, there's less traffic noise and we are very happy with the outcome. We have had an immense amount of work completed within 2 weeks! The solar panels and inverter were installed within 3 or 4 hours. Could not fault these guys either. Weve had such a good experience with this firm and their workforce.

The lads were great very helpful always on time and cheerful. They did a good job on insulation. Down side my whole house covered in dust and I have to re- decorate again.

Great company, highly recommend these to work in your home. Jonny and Ed arrived promptly Monday morning, they took time to explain the work they were carrying out. There work is faultless, they are both very professional and at the end of each day leave the house spotless. We were apprehensive about the upheaval, but I can honestly say these guys have done an amazing job to minimise that. 5 stars from us

Jamie arrived on time. He is helpful, polite, and courteous. Despite the overall state of the property he covered and protected everything prior to starting work. His plastering is fantastic and his clean up exemplary. Highly recommend him. Fantastic job!

We had 2 plumbers here, Todd and Mark who worked really hard for 5 days to install our new Air Heat Source Pump. We live in an old house and it's not an easy house or straight forward property to work in but they worked really hard to make sure the installation and adaption of the old plumbing was done as efficiently and competently as possible. Thank you to Eco Home Insulation our new heating system is working very well and efficiently.

Terrible logistics

The logistics of this company is absolutely rubbish, no passage of information and builders turned up without us having any knowledge of them coming or what there doing. A shame as all the skilled workers were amazing, plasterers, electricians, carpenter's, plumbers etc! People at the top ruining this company not the skilled workers

Would like to thank Jamie and Alfie for not just their hard work throughout the eco home process, but also for their fantastic plastering, friendliness, manners and overall respect for our home. Jamie and Alfie went above and beyond to ensure our home was left in as good a condition throughout as it was on arrival. Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace and putting all of our furniture and belongings away each afternoon before finishing for the day, to ensure minimal disruption. Thanks boys! Courtney & Luke

Paul and Mark came to fit Loft insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation in my property and they were brilliant! I dont think I've ever seen anyone work so hard on what was one of the hottest days of the year too. They were polite, helpful and very professional, tidied up after and explained everything as they went along. They went above and beyond, highly recommended, I cannot thank them enough

Big challenging job

Big challenging job. Mathew the electrician was conscientious hard working and thorough he tackled all challenges positively and accurately. Mathew was highly professional and very helpful. Lewis the insulation engineer was highly skilled hard working methodical attention to detail and very aware of caring for the customer home and the neighbours. Andi and Jack the plumbing engineers had a very challenging task within a very old property with access issues they worked hard very long hours they wete focused and imaginative in getting around the challenges Andi is very experienced and Jack has got a very bright future. Ian the manager was accessible and tried to overcome the numerous challenges. The negatives are related to delivery issues mainly due to location and logistics. Overall we are very happy with the work and look forward to a warm winter . The engineers all worked very well together and got the job done. Thankyou Trudy and Phil

Overall, a very efficient installation with all the trades integrating well. Everyone was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient despite some of the oddities our house threw up! The soar panel and inverter installation team were very thorough, despite the weather. Andy and Owen, the plumbers, were especially adept at solving our issues. Matthew and latterly Josh, the electricians were also excellent, as were Lewis and his colleague from Llanelli. Paul and Cian, the plasterers, did an excellent job insulating and finishing the ceiling. They were very tidy and clean. A excellent, well organized job! Thank you one and all!

Jamie and Alfie have worked well as a team on my property ensuring that the preparation was done to the highest standard with the aim of the finish being excellent. We are absolutely delighted with the finish of the plastering and the quality of the workmanship and service they have both provided. Jamie and Alfie were both personable and kind to my 3 year old who was really taken with them. They showed respect for our property and took care to cover our belongings to minimise damage/dust/dirt. They assisted with moving furniture and tidied up after themselves. They conducted themselves professionally and we really feel that they went above and beyond and we are very happy with the work they have done on our property.

Jamie 😊 From the minute Jamie came in my home he , was nothing more than friendly , tried helping me , in all aspects of the work going on , We had to discuss a few areas that we had different ideas about , and both sorted all problems that arose,l He is trust worthy , I left my keys and house in his hands while I was at work, , great plastering job all-round , thanks for the work you done , good luck in the future ,,,some rooms that are now decorated and finished

Plastering and insulation

Approved on a Thursday, confirmed arrival on the Monday, Plasterers arrived started and suggested finishing on the Wednesday, great finish to the walls, very friendly and helped move any furniture that was in their way. Worked around me working from home getting in their way, wonderful experience.

Energy grant

My dad recently had the energy grant to have solar, heating and insulation. This was a big thing for him as he's 82 and doesn't like change. But the guys were just brilliant with him. Helped him so much and went the extra mile for him to feel comfortable with the change. They did so much for him in the house. We were very grateful.

Just in the final stages of having this grant work on our home. We've been really pleased with the attention to detail of the guys who have been working here. Ian the plumber has been great at getting to grips with our plumbing and heating and must be the best pipe bender we ever met. Thank you for working so hard to fit everything in the available space. Secondly, thanks to Jeff the chippy. He's replaced window sills, rebuilt cupboards , matched in skirting and a million other jobs. His work is incredibly neat and tidy and he has a real eye for detail. We can't thank him enough for the work he's done...we might just box his van in so he can't leave the driveway! Finally thanks to Ian the Project Manager. Somehow he has to keep an eye on the myriad of different trades that need to come and go. He is responsive and positive....very helpful.

Dan and his team respected our home, they were tidy and completed the works with minimal disruption. They worked long hours to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The work that they carried out was to such a high standard that it’s a shame we can’t give more than five stars. We could not recommend them more highly; thank you all for making this huge change to our property less painful.

Brilliant job well done!

Conscientious & courteous workmen who communicated well. They used plenty of floor covering & were neat & tidy. Finished plasterwork was excellent, a standard that I hadn’t seen before with hardly any splashes on existing walls or ceilings. Work ethic brilliant too, working 10/11 hour days with hardly any breaks. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. 👍

Top job! Lovely brunch of boys

I had Paul and Kian and Alfie doing the work in my flat over the pass couple of days started the job last week and they last day was today! They all done an amazing job on my insulation in my flat, such a lovely brunch of boys, really nice really polite toward me, Paul was fantastic he Spoke to me and explained everything that was happening doing the days they was here doing the job in my flat. I deffo would recommend this to anyone!! If you could ask for who doing the work in ur property deffo ask for Paul,Kian and Alfie honestly couldn’t ask for better boys to do the job!! 10/10

My experience with Eco Home Insulation was a very positive one. The people working in my house were polite, friendly and very quick. Also all my texts were replied and all the doubts and problems I had were sorted out. Steff was always ready to hear what I have to say and everything was sorted out. My house is much warmer and my bills have come down. I do recommend Eco Home Insulation.
