We checked into ECO4 and the companies previous work, found to be true, and very well undertaken. The results are amazing. Would highly recommend this company to complete ECO4 work.

Community homes organised an upgrade of my heating and insulation Communication was efficient and friendly any questions answered without delays The tradesmen they engaged were pleasant to deal with and carried out their work in timely fashion leaving no mess. The staff were punctual, very polite and considerate, and always explained fully what they were doing and why. The whole team worked exceptionally hard and were both efficient and productive. Our plumbing system gave them a few headaches, but they remained positive and professional at all times. We are left with a lovely warm house. Thank you.

Community Home Solutions organised the recent energy improvements made to my freezing cold 1930’s home. The whole process was very efficient, taking just a few weeks from the initial call to delivery. CHS co-ordinated a great group of contractors to carry out the work and everything was done with precision timing to minimise disruption, but to a very high standard. I would describe CHS as incredibly well organised and responsive. Genuinely impressed and highly recommended. Don’t hesitate, they are great 👍🏼

I recently used CHS to deliver retrofit energy improvements to my very inefficient 1930’s semi. From initial phone call to project completion, they were brilliant! Best scheme of works I’ve ever experienced. The project which involved solar/air source heat pump and full heating installation. Internal wall insulation system and more. From start to finish - the whole process was seamless and exceeded expectations (communication, quality of work and housekeeping was truly first class).

A great experience

Had a great experience with the recent home upgrade — new boiler and heating system, ventilation, and full insulation. The installation team did a fantastic job — polite, organised, and worked efficiently. The new system runs smoothly and makes a real difference in keeping the house warm and comfortable. The insulation also helps a lot with saving energy. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process went better than expected. Really happy with the results and would definitely recommend their service.

What a great experience we have had…

What a great experience we have had from start to finish. From the application of the paperwork and communication throughout the application, to the start of the work. We met Dan and Tom from PES (Pinewood Energy Services) who came to discuss what would be happening and where they would like to put radiators etc along with our input too. They were clean and efficient working throughout the week and kept us fully informed at every stage. Really so very pleased with everything and really can't believe what I was eligible for based on health criteria. We now have a lovely warm cosy home and a proper full pressure on the shower too, a great side effect. So if you're in two minds, don't hesitate give them a call and see what they can do for you too.

Too good to be true? Absolutely NOT!!

Most of the time we are told, "if it's too good to be true, it's probably a con". So after going on the local councils website to make sure the letter we received was real, (it was) AND going through Trust pilot to look at the reviews, we sent off an application. Spoke to a lovely lady named Olivia who talked us through the process and we sent off the supporting required documents to be told that we did qualify for a grant based on a health condition. We didn't believe it. Refused to believe it until contractors turned up on the first planned day and they were on time, in fact, a few minutes early **faints** The service from start to finish has been AMAZING. I still don't think that Rob and I are feeling like this is real and everything has been completed lol. We are still pinching ourselves. Every person who has been to our home have been a joy to have here, especially Dan and his team from Pinewood Energy Services Communication throughout the whole experience has been excellent by the CHS team and the contractors while they were present. Professional, friendly, respectful and trustworthy. Work started 6th October and finished yesterday. Ventilation through the house, new heating system including air source heat pump and solar panels, and loft insulation. Just waiting for all the inspections now to take place but it's a top quality job that we are SO pleased with that I could cry with happiness. I cannot recommend highly enough and will tell anyone who listens 😁

Community Home Solutions organised energy efficiency upgrades to my home and within a fortnight of a Surveyor and other staff members to identify what works needed to be carried out, the following installations were completed. -Old back boiler removed and water cylinder from airing cupboard -Water tanks from the loft removed - Internal wall insulation fitted in both my bedrooms, the landing and around my front door. I now have actual windowsills in both bedrooms and my landing. Yippee! - A fan/vent fitted in bathroom, kitchen and basement room….to eliminate condensation and promote good airflow - Condensing boiler fitted in my loft - Additional loft insulation placed I saw an advert on Facebook offering free boilers - thought this looked too good to be true! It was true and to my delight I have all these extra comforts added to my home in order to improve energy efficiency and reduce bills and shall look forward to a warm and cosy home come wintertime! I cannot thank the whole team enough, all work professionally installed by very hard working people. Everyone was courteous, friendly and something I really valued was their respect for my property. No mess and measures were taken to cover my carpets to protect them from any debris. I have added just a few photographs for the internal wall insulation, I haven’t added any from the Loft as I cannot access it right now. I’m still pinching myself that I got all of this work with no outlay by me and I am so looking forward to seeing lower fuel bills. HERE IS A BIG THANK YOU TO COMMUNITY HOME RESOLUTIONS!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of this service. The process of having central heating fitted has been thoroughly and well explained from start to Finnish. The workmen were all polite and friendly and conducted the work to a good standard. I would recommend this service to anybody based on my own experience.

I really can’t thank the team enough Community Home Solutions started with great comms at the start of the process and pre visits. Always asking if we are alright with all the plans nothing was a issue. The main install started and the team of fitters are the best lads you could get, my mum felt safe, while having a chat and laugh along the way. For a company to offer a heating system under the gov grant was great. Speaking for her we really can’t thank you and all the team for what you have done.

I fully recommend Community Home Solutions. They executed my boiler, solar panel, loft insulation and mechanical ventilation installation with professionalism, efficiency, courteously and with excellent programming skills. Each of the teams that attended, are friendly and respectful to my home environment. A date was set on all four occasions and not once did they let us down. All installations were executed in 1 or 2 day operations. A WhatsApp group was set up for information and contact, dates were set for agreed attendance, communication was excellent and the speed at which the lead times, to execution of work was breath taking. I am now producing savings from my solar panels, condenser boiler and airflow in my house has improved immensely. I have no longer got tanks or piping in my loft and gained a cupboard from where the cylinder use to be and a modern energy efficient heating system. I have to thank Joel and his colleagues at Community Home Solutions for their hard work and planning in the execution and planning of all works. To add to it, for assurance, the work is viewed and accessed before hand and independently inspected and photographed through every installation. Followed up by accreditation, certificates, warranty and user instructions. All with a energy efficiency grant. I can’t believe what I now have, all with the support of South Staffordshire County Council, Community Home Solutions and a Energy Efficiency Grant.

I have no hesitation in recommending Community Home Solutions, their dedicated team of workers are very professional, dedicated and totally professional. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and always cleaned up after themselves. Our project had to have several wall’s internally insulated, the plaster work was a professional smooth finish. My wife and I are highly delighted with how the project has turned out. CHS have just finished insulating our whole house. I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure to have them here! From the first phone call to them leaving last night, I've never dealt with a nicer bunch of people! The office staff have kept us fully informed throughout and the whole installation team were professional, courteous, hardworking, thorough, polite, thoughtful, very funny, very skilled and knowledgeable, clean and tidy....I just cannot praise them enough!! I have mobility issues and they worked around me with such care and consideration. The standard of work is beyond excellent and they have gone above and beyond for us, we're so impressed. A HUGE shout out to Chris, Joel, Dan, Will, Ethan, Eric, Mark, Billy, Tony, Adam, Olivia.....I hope I haven't missed anyone off! I first heard of Community Home Solutions after receiving a letter from them and decided to get in touch to see if I was eligible for anything. The application process was really easy and they were more than happy to arrange any communication and the surveys of my home around my working hours too, which was a massive help! Every single person I've spoken to has been polite, friendly and professional so I've felt well looked after and all the workmen who have been involved in the installations have been equally as polite and professional and very respectful of my property. I would thoroughly recommend reaching out to them to see if they can help :) A special shout out to Joel and Dan from the CHS team for their help in making sure the entire process went smoothly and to Will and his team for their installation work and leaving my house cleaner than it was when they arrived!

Community Home Solutions just finished installing a heat pump, radiators, solar panels, and insulation in my home through the ECO4 scheme. We had a very tight timescale to do the works which they were able to meet having had two other companies fall through after the initial survey. The team worked long hours and got the job done to an excellent standard, we have been really impressed with the quality and the difference this has made already. They were really helpful in working around us and letting us know what the plan was to get work done. Even when there was a minor issue they went above and beyond to fix this and we have had no further problems. Would definitely use the company again and we will pay for them to do the recommended yearly reviews.
