Rats are unfortunate! (and probably guaranteed if these are the methods used)

The installation intially seemed to go well. However it turns out the holes drilled in my walls for the pipes were not sealed against rodents in any way. Pipe lagging was put around the pipe and cement was put in the rest of the hole to butt up to the lagging. Rats just chew through the lagging because there is nothing in the design of the system to stop them. I have contacted the installer and they claim they have done everything they should have done and its "unfortunate I have rats" but they say its my problem. This cannot be the way it should be done because rodents are pretty much guaranteed if this is the correct method. Its a great shame I cant add a photo

Sam and Harry installed SuperFoil last…

Sam and Harry installed SuperFoil last year 24/2/25 have taken this long to send a review to give an objective assessment of the product and installation. The installation was as described all old rockwool bagged up and loft cleaned new SuperFoil installed. Waste removed following day by contractor. The SuperFoil has been effective and loft space is much more usable with a warm loft installation as opposed to a cold loft not moisture etc Thanks Sam & Harry for a great job.

I have tried to contact Warmer but put on hold for 15 minutes when a message comes on too say leave your name and phone number with a message I have done that quite a few times and no reply, I am sitting in a very cold house with very high electric bill I have complained on numerous occasions but no one wants to address the situation, I have found that warmer do not communicate very well at all I would love someone to respond so I can get this resolved .

Pleasant sales and installation staff, including the scaffolders. Got the system that I wanted following lots of exploration of available options. Unfortunately a bit of an admin nightmare - wrong MSC certificate provided, still no electrical certificate nearly 4 months later, export MPAN generated for wrong address so still unable to get an export tariff after countless emails with my electricity supplier. No response to my emails from Warmer Energy Solutions themselves

The main guy doing the installation…

The main guy doing the installation worked 12 hour shifts for 3days, day 3his colleague worked a 12 hour shift ,so they could complete the job within the 3 day time scale. All other workers came at different times to do there own particular job and left,everything was left clean and as far as possible as it was found. These guys are super efficient and hard working. Its very difficult trying to live in house while work is going on.the whole house is turned upside down.

Sam and Harry covered our roof space in the loft

Sam and Harry covered our roof space in rock wool. Covered everything in the bedroom and did first class job. Cleaned everything up and we were perfectly happy with the work they did. 100%.

Very professional…

Warmer energy are a very professional and knowledgeable company. We recently had our property insulated new heat pump radiators and solar panels installed. We are so happy with the results, the time taken and the very professional trades contracted for the job. From first speaking with Tom, Bethany and Laura they kept me informed and very professionally talked me through the whole process to finishing up with Solomon who sorted few small issues (ie. Cornice, carpets, light sockets etc) who sorted everything. Honestly we are so delighted with the work done and massive thanks to warmer energy and the team.

Just 3 days to install 12 solar panels, air heat pump and loft insulation.

I would just like to thank everyone connected with the work that they completed over just three days. I thought that it would take much longer to install the loft insulation, air source heat-pump, the hot water cylinder, and twelve solar panels. Everyone, from the ladies in Liverpool who I first spoke to on the phone, to all the plumbing and electrical experts who came here - all were so friendly and efficient. I especially liked the way they explained the new system to an 82-year-old like me. I would not hesitate to recommend Warmer Energy Solution to anyone thinking of upgrading their homes.

Solar panel and battery installation

Enquired about solar panels online last week and got a phone call right away. The same day i had an email with a price and pictures of the setup on my roof. I got a small installation so they where able to fit it early and the works just finished today. Cheapest quote and no fuss and Hugh and Sean always in contact to update me every step of the way. Could not recommend these guys enough

Improvements carried out to improve the energy rating of the property. Brilliant from day one. Installations completed by three days as they planned. these will make a massive difference over the winter and hopefully keep the many chest infections at bay. Transformation of a cold house

Expert and efficient service from office staff, surveyors, management and installation teams. Right from our first enquiry we received patient and helpful advice from office staff. Solomon Jules the manager and the surveyors listened to our concerns and changes sympathetically and understood our problems and responded positively. The eventual major installation - insulation of external walls, provision of solar panels, air source heat pump and radiators - was carried out efficiently by expert teams who were friendly and considerate. Now, over six months later, after a cold winter outside, we are appreciating the work every day in our newly warm home.

Competitive pricing, good comprehensive explanation of product and patient service from John Pickles Representative. Installers Zack and driver Leon arrived on time on both occasions, were conscientious, polite and did a excellent job on the challenging loft installation.

Pro Perla on external walls

Warmer solutions have helped me to understand why my external wall on the side of my house is so cold. Pro Perla has hopefully been the answer. Julian came to explain and do tests on moisture in the walls and explained brilliantly how pro Perla coating works. Zak and Mike came to do the job and were polite and explanatory and couldn’t have reassured me more that it will benefit the house a lot and protect all the walls but particularly the main side wall that gets all the weather thrown at it. I am happy with the work so far, now time will tell if the moisture readings drop and it was worth doing. Thanks everyone that we have come into contact with you have all been very helpful

From start to finish, I have had many chances to see a professional company at work. Communication was spot on, calls and emails to update me at every step of the way. The attention to detail in the survey was pretty eye opening and took the lad a long time to get all the information they needed. They arranged the power supply upgrade with the the power company and the day it was commissioned, they had dates in place to do the air source heat pump, panels and insulation's. The installers were knowledgeable , professional and nice. Felt at ease and safe knowing they were on top of it all, Brian and Chris were exemplary. (Maybe not the best singers, but at least their radio station choice was good). Every thought, adaption and problem solving moment was fully discussed, explained and implemented by these guys. Couldn't have wanted a better experience. Good on them, you won;t go wrong using these guys.

Having had a very helpful and informative visit from the surveyor Alex Dewson regarding the insulation of our roof, within two days we received a visit from Oskar and Victor who carried out the job with great efficiency. They worked into the night to have it completed the same day. A difficult job on a very old and cold house. They were charming and hard working. Thank you both.

Excellent Service

I reached out this morning for a complex remote repair and Paul could not have been more helpful. The issue was resolved within a few hours and an engineer arranged to attend tomorrow. I wish more companies were so reactive! Well done and thanks again.

The worse company I’ve ever dealt with. They filled our walls with insulation and installed screen for central heating, where they damaged pipes, system was not functioning for weeks where their engineers had no idea what was going on. I called a plumber from directory as their engineers were taking few days to visit. I was told to carry the repair and send the invoice for work done which was out of working hours. Since then their behaviour changed words changed, telling me plumber said they did not provide the invoice which they are telling they did. I would never ever recommend anyone to carry any work done by these cowboys. They will do 70% work then disappear for weeks to finish the rest, and you chase them. They accept damaging items, pipes, boiler, and recommend you to carry work but at end of the day back off.

Disgraceful company - the name of their company is a joke if it wasn't so serious and upsetting

They told us we were eligible for a new air pump heating system, solar panels etc. Surveyor came yesterday, and said he'd advise work to be started asap as our health affected by a coal fire with back boiler, and draughts in a very cold house. Surveyor nor the company never mentioned that the survey might result in us being turned down. Therefore did not make further enquiries. Surveyor outlined all the work they would do. But then they rang today and said property wasn't eligible. I've spent the day in tears in a freezing cold house giving off coal emissions. We had also applied to the Free Heating Scheme but because this unprofessional company told us we were eligible we didn't continue that application. Now that Scheme has run out of funding for this year, but could have some next year. Not of any help or comfort to us with bad winter weather approaching and no proper heating after being completely let down and misled. We are furious at their incompetence and will be making a complaint. The Manager has now informed all their surveyors not to promise customers anything. Too late for us after being promised a new heating system and a warm safe house. This is meant to be an ECO4 scheme, but coal particles will continue to be pumped out affecting us and our neighbours, and the environment. We will be making an official complaint, when we can find out who they are responsible to, as we strongly feel they should be removed from the ECO4 scheme when they are misleading their customers.

i needed the insulation in my loft replaced and i am so glad i chose this company. i had chosen this company based on the reviews it has received and they lived up to those reviews they provided a prompt and excellent service and my loft is now very well insulated. Daniel Totten who attender my property could not have been more helpful !

We initially had delays in getting communication updates, which I believe is down to the take up volume of for the government EC04 grant. We first applied back in September 2023 and now June 2024 we are nearing installation. Sean and Soloman have communicated well since we have been placed in the pipeline of installation. We were pleased to be able to pay an additional cost to have a solar battery system, rather than the solar only system, which I thank them for their flexibility. We are nearing getting the heat pump and solar fitted.

Warmer Energy Solutions installed our heat pump and solar panels in December. During the installation an engineer fell through the master bedroom ceiling. Fair enough accidents happen. I was told to send the invoice through and I would be reimbursed. This never happened despite repeated requests. The following night we were awoken by a very loud bang at around 2am. Followed by another several hours later. This was one of many issues reported that have never been fixed. It was suggested the pump speed was too high and needed reducing. Did Warmer Energy Solutions send someone to do this? Of course not. I had to pay an electrician to do it. This didn’t resolve the issue which has been identified as water hammer due to poor installation. We had to change the times to heat the water during the day so it “bangs” when we’re at work. I expect one day this will blow a joint and flood my house. We’re not done yet! The system has broken down due no less than 30 times since installation. No I’m not exaggerating, I really wish I was. The solution was to tell me how to reset the system myself. No engineer has been to try and identify the issue. In January I noticed a wet patch on the kitchen ceiling. They hadn’t tightened the Mag filter sufficiently. Most likely the first casualty of the water hammer, probably not the last. Despite the number of issues we’ve had, Warner Energy Solutions have not refund a penny to me nor sent an engineer back to fix the system which has already passed the projected annual running costs after less than 6 months. Pretty ridiculous given the very mild winter we’ve had this year. Don’t bother trying to get in touch with support either. You might get a reply to 1 in 10 emails, none of which will be remotely useful in any way.

I Have had Warmer Energy Solutions Limited carry out the installation of a new heating system. The work was carried out by engineers David and Stephen. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and i am impressed by the expertise and understanding of the installation team. A thoroughly good and positive experience and i would recommend their work strongly.

Dave from Warmer Energy Solutions visited us today to carry out the initial survey for installing Air source heating under ECO4. Unlike other companies that have visited, he was clearly very knowledgeable about everything and explained what would be involved in fitting the system. Details of pipes, tanks, where things would have to go and the implications/problems of putting them there. His honest approach has enabled us to make an informed decision on how to proceed. The company have changed the my life and my house! Hated the winters, enormous bills on Electric only heating. I qualified for full new Air source heating and solar! For start to finish they keep my informed! Great to work with. Installation was excellent and the couple days of upheaval so worth it. Bills are less than half and my whole house is warm all day/night! Fantastic!

We got our air pump and radiators installed efficiently in a couple of days with solar panels as well. Still to see how the heating works in colder weather and a couple of snagging issues still to sort. Water pressure needs regulated as the shower has too much cold, and there is no remote control we can use via an app because water has to be controlled in a panel in the garage. Not ideal but hoping to be able to upgrade the Honeywell thermostat sometime. Good team of workers to get the install done.

Very good company to deal with, the fitters Mike, Eddy and Brian worked really hard and stayed a few hours past their time to get the job completed. They did a brilliant job. The heat pump is working well and it’s great to have hot water all day! There were some manufacturing issues with the tank but warmer energy solutions dealt with it and fixed any problems efficiently. They keep you well notified along the way. We had the cavity walls filled, trickle vents and solar panels fitted as well. Everything is completed to a very high standard and works brilliantly. I highly recommend warmer energy solutions if you’re thinking of upgrading your heating system. The house has never been so warm! Following on from this, the repairs that need doing have not been done yet. This company though did an excellent job installing everything, once that’s done communication stops and they don’t get back to you. I message every week and every week they say they will get back to me they don’t. Disappointing customer service after installation, seems that once they get their money they’re done with you.

Just had a full installation of complete new system. An air source heat pump along with new radiators and pipework. Eveyone involved were fantastic from start to finish. The 2 plumbers, did a full week's work in just 2 days. They were pleasant and hard working. The electricians were in and out in just 2 hrs. I was really worried about getting this done as I knew it would be a big upheaval but it was totally worth it. My house has never been warmer. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thanks so much. Ever agreed to something not fully understand it that was me a month ago . From the surveyor coming out to the system getting approved and fitted it only took two weeks. The plumbers who came out to do the system I can't speak highly enough of them (Mike and Eddy) both boys went above and beyond what they needed to especially taking care that my 80 year old mother was warm enough during the installation. On the second day two very nice electricians came and again they were absolutely brilliant explaining the system how it works and how to get the best and cheapest running costs and for even explaining how solar panels would benefit the house hold. Even on the completion of the job and despite having a five hour journey back to Manchester (in live in Scotland) Eddy made sure that my coal buckets were filled and logs brought in to make sure mam was warm while the system started to work. Mike even phone up the following morning on his way to his next job to make sure I had operated the system correctly and mam and I had been warm enough. As for the system this has taken a week to work out what is the best and cheapest options and can't recommend it enough cleaner than the old big log burner (less dusting) One very satisfied customer

I had a heat pump installation done and from the start I had excellent service, from the plumbers, electrician and the office staff all gave top class service. I must give the plumbers extra top marks as their job wasn't an easy one with a lot of problems to overcome, however throughout the process they remained chatty and answered all my questions. Top marks to the entire team. Well done.

Had the air source heat pump fitted. Service was excellent from beginning to end and a coupon of issues I had were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. The two chaps who fitted the heat pump were fantastic and made sure I was fully informed of everything they were doing. They were a pleasure to have in my home. Good communication with the company throughout the whole process.

So I wasn't sure when this company reached out to me if they were legit! In fact I'd registered for the government eco green grant and this was the company pulling it all together for Eon. After asking them about a billion questions and (bless them) they calmly and diligently explained about the funding, heat pumps, hybrids, grants and everything that goes with it, I now have a MUCH more eco friendly and fabulous system installed in my property thanks to these guys! It's fricking BRILLIANT and all because of this company doing all the leg work so perfectly. Honestly, I scoured the internet and was freaking out before signing a contract with them, I mean that's scary right?! And yet IMO they are the most lovely, real technically driven team I've probably ever worked with!! Garvan, Sol, Sean and the technical installers too and Dave the structural engineer, I would rate them 10 stars if I could. If anyone wants to reach out to me please do - this company is too busy getting on with making sure customers are looked after and happy to be checking their online presence so I find it my pleasure to let you know what the process is like with this company.
