SW3 were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The installation of the solar panels was explained to us very clearly, and we were given options regarding the placement of the battery and a full explanation of what to expect on the day of installation. On the installation day, two teams attended—roofers and an electrician. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and removed all rubbish. The electrician also gave us valuable advice on how to use the solar panels and battery, as well as how to operate the app to manage the system. Paul, the owner of the company, was always available and ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, a great job.

SW3 Energy Services have been excellent. They have been responsive and have answered our questions and potential concerns quickly. They dealt with a delay to the works caused by another trade calmly and turned up on time for the revised day. I’m really happy with how the Victron system installation turned out. The installer did a fantastic job, everything was finished perfectly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right. They paid attention to the small details and didn’t rush through anything. What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to troubleshoot and make sure everything was set up and working exactly as it should. It gave me a lot of confidence in the system and peace of mind knowing it was done properly. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and takes real pride in their work, I’d highly recommend them.

Paul initially came round and made recommendations on equipment but they were very accomodating when I specified the exact panels and battery which lead to a competitive quote and installation. I was communicated with throughout and knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I had four companies around to provide quotes and went with SW3. They installed 16 panels, batteries and an EV charger. Paul and Chris were lovely genuine guys who really knew what they were talking about and gave me a very detailed quote. The work was all completed in a day and the system is working perfectly. No mess, all on time and I’m delighted. They have since been available for a few queries I’ve had and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys for a solar system.

A couple of months ago, I had a 15-panel solar system installed, complete with microinverters and a Powerwall battery. I’m already seeing real savings, especially with being able to make the most of off-peak rates and getting good returns from my energy provider’s export rates. What really impressed me about SW3 Green Energy was their reliability and professionalism. They were on top of everything from the first quote to the final paperwork. The communication was always clear, and they made sure everything went smoothly - no detail was too small or too much trouble. My setup was a little complex, with specific requirements around the placement of the Gateway and Powerwall, plus integration with my Zappi EV charger. They handled it all seamlessly. Even when my energy provider botched the smart meter installation, leaving my system down, Chris came back to sort things out and got it up and running again. I’m more than happy to recommend SW3 Green Energy Services Ltd and give them 5 stars for their top-notch service and quality work!

Stellar experience from start to finish. Chris, Paul, Sherri and anybody on their team has been extremely competent and nice to deal with. They inspected my property, provided a detailed survey suggesting a sensible setup, with good explanations about how it would all work together and they provided a very reasonable quote, with highest quality materials. On the day of the installation, they came, installed everything and by the end of the day they were able to get all my apps setup and properly configured with the energy provider. We are extremely happy and we would definitely recommend them to anybody wanting to solar proof their home.

Extremely pleased with the work done by SW3. Hired to renew a newly purchased 30's house, including full rewire, top-to-bottom redecorating, reflooring, new doors, etc. Chris was an outstanding project manager, with complete transparency on prices, timeline, and expectations. Never had to chase; Chris phoned most days across the 1-month period with updates, questions, and to highlight any challenges and options. He and the team were very responsive to feedback and ensured everything was as expected. Will be asking them to complete more jobs, and would highly recommend to anyone.
