The surveyor, that they sent to my property, damaged my wall, and brickwork. Following promises to remedy the damage, approx. 8 months ago, they had unresponsive and ignored multiple chasers in relation to this. After posting a negative google review, they engaged and promised to resolve matters, on condition the review was removed. After removing the review and attempted to resolve matters yet again, they became unresponsive once more! Avoid this company at all costs! Very unpleasant experience!

After months of research trying to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable company for external wall insulation, we were met with frustration at nearly every turn. Many companies didn’t respond to enquiries, asked for pictures of the property before offering basic information, failed to show up for appointments, or never followed up with quotes. Some didn’t even inspect the interior to assess the full impact of installing insulation. Our energy supplier was no help—they only offered funding for solar panels and couldn’t direct us elsewhere. The local council didn’t know how to assist unless we were in social housing. The whole process was confusing and disheartening. Eventually, we came across Pyramid, and the difference was immediate. Unlike others, Pyramid took the time to explain building regulations and how these changes could impact future property sales. They offered clear, comprehensive information and gave us tailored options suitable for our specific property—not just a one-size-fits-all solution. They were the only provider who prioritised safety over sales tactics. One other company continued pressuring us with discounts, despite offering materials similar to those used on Grenfell Tower—a serious red flag. Pyramid, on the other hand, made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. We truly cannot fault them for their professionalism and transparency. Based on my dealings with them, I would not recommend: during their initial assessment visit they made certain statements about how the work would be carried out, but on the actual day they said they could not do it that way and suggested changes which would not meet my requirements so I did not go ahead with the work (but of course I had already been charged for the initial assessment visit).

Dealt with Nia over the phone to sort out an inventory, did her best to get a solution.

Called regarding a new HIU unit and the gentleman on the phone was polite, professional and provided detailed knowledgable advice and was happy to help. Thank you.

Disgusting customer service from a lady this morning! Made me wait an hour do be so rude on the phone I’ve been waiting since November to get something fixed and no call backs or whatever! Not good these people should be reported.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I can only imagine the good reviews are fake because I feel like I’ve been robbed in my own home. Seriously intimidating, rude con artists who keep upping their price. Soon as the guy left we locked our door and took his reg number we felt that unsafe!!

They carried out an Energy Performance Certificate. So easy to deal with, prompt emails, replies. Works and all admin carried out within a week of contact. Thank you so much Niya :)

I called on Pyramid to repair my boiler breakdown. It was over the Xmas break but they still managed to find out the problem and order the parts. It is now working again fine and my tenant is over the moon. Thankyou Pyramid.

Such a professional and knowledgeable company. Will definitely use again and recommend. The mildew/damp problems we had on a rental property were inspected quickly. We were advised on solutions and after authorising works going ahead, the parts were ordered and a follow up visit to carry out all works was arranged. What also impressed me was that Pyramid Solution also took the time to educate our tenant on ways to avoid future problems that would probably not occur to most people to have such an effect.

Needed a toilet replacement Pavel sent a plumber who arrived on time took measurements. Installation was within a few days throughly professional and I was kept up to date. No issues would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the property care services provided. Spoke to Michael there and his knowledge of the property rental rules was impressive. They have become my go to company for maintenance, plumbing and electrical services.

So... i have major leak at home. Use Pyramid as my second option and they give me much better price and communication was great. I need to chnage parts and etc. so everything was just for two days....

Pyramid has completed EWI's for some of our properties. Very impressed with how thorough and professionally they walked us through the process. Incredibly impressed with the finished results of the properties. In addition, both Landlords and Tenants are happy. Well Done Pyramid! Keep up the good work.
