didnt turn up on day of the appointment, called a month later saying they need to book an appointment and i told them they didnt turn up to the last one so no and to not contact me again. they have since called me over and over again each time being told to not call me again. scummy company that harasses

Raul was absolutely fantastic! He came on time and carried out thr electrical testing with great efficiency, thoroughly and professionalism. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, and meticulous in his work. He went above and beyond by installing a new socket to replace one that wasn’t working. Everything was done neatly with no mess and to a very high standard. Raul is an incredible asset to NRT, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous electrician.

Disgusting company. I have called around 6 times, saying I need a Saturday appointment as my husband is off work then and I work 6 - 7 days a week! I was told my property would be put on hold for work until a Saturday appointment came up! I have had 3 threatening letters, all saying I have made no contact and giving me appointments i cannot do! As a self-employed person who is extremely busy, I will now have to cancel clients with no space to rearrange them! Additionally, I am pregnant and the stress of all of this ended in me needing to attend the hospital due to severe cramping due to STRESS from this vile company! Absolutely disgusting! Avoid if you can!

I had an electrician visit today called Lee. He was very respectful of my home, informative and genuinely kind. Not many tradesman take such care these days. Very grateful for his time and professionalism. Even my cat liked him! Thank you 🙂

ELECTRICIANS FROM THIS COMPANY MADE UP FALSE ALLEGATIONS ABOUT MY HOME. LIED AND CALLED SOCIAL SERVICES. BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU LET INTO YOUR HOME

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid use of this contractor at all costs. They will compromise your safety and well-being. The electrician reported an unsatisfactory inspection, however the contractor failed to contact the relevant parties to notify them of this outcome to carry out urgent remedial works . The administrative staff are incompetent, rude, defensive and lack the knowledge to deal with valid customer concerns regarding electrical safety. They failed to provide a copy of the EICR, disconnected phone calls when I expressed genuine concerns about my safety and failed to escalate customer complaints about their negligence.
