I recently had my underfloor and central heating system flushed by JD Heating & Renewables Ltd, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The engineer, Kyle arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous throughout. He took the time to explain each step of the power flush process, including how sludge buildup was affecting my radiators and boiler efficiency. The floors and surrounding areas were protected before starting. The flush itself was thorough—he even showed me the murky water being removed, which made it clear just how overdue the system was for maintenance. After the job was done, every radiator in the house was heating evenly, and the boiler was running more quietly and efficiently. I’ve already noticed a warmer home and quicker heat-up times. He also gave me helpful tips on maintaining the system and recommendations to prevent future buildup. It’s rare to find a service that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care. The whole crew were great from start to finish. We had a range of different quotes done, helping us decide what we wanted. They were informative at every stage. We settled on a heat pump and radiators throughout, upgrading from old night storage heaters. During the fitting, they were prompt, polite, tidy and happy to work with us to make sure we got the best outcome. I was particularly impressed by how hard they worked to accommodate my working from home during the fitting so my video calls were as little noise disrupted as possible. Can't thank them enough!

I first contacted JD Heating & Renewables in July to correct a number of faults identified during a Vaillant service of our Arotherm ASHP, which had been installed about two years prior to us buying the house. They did a great job, quickly resolving all of the issues which were largely due to poor workmanship by the original installers. They have since returned since to make further improvements which have significantly increased the overall efficiency and performance of the system. Therefore, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JD Heating for ASHP problems - the company is a ‘Vaillant-approved’ contractor and James and his engineers are friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and provide a very high quality service.

I really appreciated the assistance and flexibility when it came to adding to the first job which was already booked in. Getting the quote was very straight forward and quick. I am delighted with my new radiators. The engineers are excellent, working very competently. They were informative, clear, polite and highly considerate. They also persevered methodically and when there were issues in my heating system. This gave me confidence. I would recommend the team most highly. I’m delighted with the radiators, quality of fitting and the issues that were resolved.

We have just had our extension underfloor heating done by James and his team were professional, efficient and very helpful. They communicate well and got the job done with a nice finish. The products and material they used were also of high quality. Will use again.

The team at JD were always there when they said they would. They worked well as a team and they knew what was to be completed. We had a complete water and heating system replaced, 4 new bathrooms, full plumbing replacement and heating, we went with an air heat pump, underfloor heating, thermaskirt and a small radiator circuit for the towel rails and the office. Everything was finished on time even when they had to re arrange for some other trades delays. All in all we trusted James and the team to manage all of the plumbing and heating, THANK YOU, they did it well. There were only a few issues throughout, these were resolved immediately. I have had numerous work completed over the years by James and the team at JD heating & renewables. I wouldn't use anyone else as they have always completed the job to a high standard. James has a lot of knowledge and is definitely a specialist in his industry. Not only have I always been happy with the work they have done, but they have managed my expectations the right way and been very easy to deal with. Renovating a property can often be a stressful process so using the right people is very important, I must say the team at JD heating & renewables have always been the right people for me. I'd definitely recommend them!
