Homeco for solar panels recommended

On seeing my neighbours solar panels fitted by Homeco I was very impressed. So on the 22/9/25 Homeco fitted solar panels for myself including a large capacity battery. From the survey to the scaffolding followed by the fitting, which included 2 electricians and two fitters, everything went smoothly with a exceptionally good neat job that was completed in a day. On the occasions I have had to contact the company, they have been very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend Homeco without hesitation. They are professional, reliable and do a good neat job.

We had our solar panels with a battery fitted on 22/9/25 and are extremely happy with the work that has been done. It all went smoothly from survey to fitting. The fitters and electricians did an amazing job. Even the scaffolding team were brilliant. Everything has been done neat and tidy and 13 panels with battery and inverter were fitted in a day. The office staff have been very obliging and helpful when we have rung them. A great job well done thank you all.

We recently had solar panels fitted by Home eco. The installation was smooth and trouble free. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient in their part they had to do. They were respectful and polite. Any question asked was answered fully. It was also good that at the end of the work they cleared all the rubbish and took it away. Marion Beech

A great company fitting the panels

The gentleman who fitted the electrics was very understanding and helpful when I asked any questions and he explained everything clearly even showing me what all the electrics did, this was very helpful to me and made me feel better. He also cleaned up after himself. The gentlemen who fitted the panels on the roof where really quick and efficient, I was pleased, I had never heard of this company before but they get a thumbs up from me.

1st Class in all aspects

The design, specification and quotation process was very smooth, everything was explained in detail, so I was fully aware of what I would be getting in terms of hardware and performance. The installation took place on the scheduled date and the 20 panels and the Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway 2 was completed without any problems in two days by two teams of very professional and competent guys. The team installing the panels and the team of electricians worked well together to get the job done smoothly. The operation and monitoring of the system was explained to me in detail and I have been very happy with my solar generation. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the installation and the guys were friendly and polite

Homeco was a company I had not heard of before they quoted me for eight solar panels with battery storage at a realistic and very competitive price .On installation day the team arrived on time did an excellent job and cleared up after themselves.i am a eighty year old and would definitely recommend Homeco to anyone.

From first contact to finish of project the staff were obliging and pleasant to deal with. The installation happened on the day scheduled and everything worked fine by the electricians and roofers left. The company would have got 5 stars if the paperwork had always been perfectly correct - but the office side of the operation could improve.

I was recommended Homeco Energy as being excellent technically but not good on customer service. I am delighted to be able to say that they are now technically superb and nearly as good on customer service. I would be very happy to recommend them to friends and family.

We were up and running at max capacity in 4 months from the first contact. Please don't be put off if you haven't received a call back as its a very busy time for all solar companies in the current climate. If you are looking for a highly reputable local company, who adopt a personal approach to your needs, then you are in the right place. Highly recommended.. Chris, Simon, Les, Melanie all brilliant.

Bad communication , unprofessional. I have been waiting for them to contact me for 3 weeks! Chasing them every day and they kept saying S will get back to me. Seems like Mr S is the only person works there along with some PAs. Bad start means they don’t care. Avoid

No problems...good advice and the time frame for installation was acceptable - given the present climate. Good scaffolders and installation and an excellent electrician. Hard to fault!

I sent two submissions via their website with no response, so then called them a week later. They answered and the woman on the phone was super polite and nice or they would have had 1 star. She tried to put me through for my enquiry then told me they would give me a call back. Still nothing two days later. I want to use a local business to look into getting renewable energy but I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

Chris was knowledgeable and prompt coming out to quote for installation and the installation went smoothly - the installers were friendly, efficient and did a tidy job. The quote was really clear and offered a wide range of panel options so that we could maximise the output of the system which not all of the solar pv companies that we contacted were able to do. This summer we have kept a close eye on the production and we have been pleased with how the system is performing. Already seeing a reduction in our electricity bills which is great. Many thanks.
