We decided to go with Go Greener Energy after quite a lot of thought. They had a slightly unusual arrangement to contend with, but worked out the most efficient solution for us. Delivery of goods coincided nicely with the arrival of the installation team. The works went very smoothly and very neatly indeed. Good discussions with the sales side combined with good post installation support resulted in a very satisfactory end result. We thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve waited 12 months to leave this review to see how the solar system performed over this period, I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had back over £600 in SEG payments & saved almost 90% off my energy bills. Craig & the team were great from the start, everything was explained fully along with a breakdown of how the system would perform. Post installation care was excellent and I received all MCS, building control certificates and warranty info promptly. The system works excellent in AI mode. Exceptional

The delivery driver from Go Greener malvern area I was exceptionally very impressed with his driving first reversing up a narrow drive with an awful sharp bend Then manoeuvring a lorry and skip up round a extremely tight corner reversing and placing skip on my neighbours drive Many a transit delivery van get themselves in a right Turmoil

18*solar panels backed by battery topped up overnight using low cost EV tariff as needed. Unbeatable combination. Powercut, no problem assuming there is capacity in the battery or from the roof. Well engineered system based on Sigenergy hardware. Thank you.

From the moment Alastair visited my house to explain the procedure and provide advice concerning the number of recommended solar panels and battery, I received excellent care and attention from both him and the back room staff at Go Greener Energy Ltd. The installation was extremely efficient and was completed within one day on the date specified. Alastair has periodically contacted me to see if I need any extra help or advice and to monitor the system and reassure me that all was functioning properly. An excellent service beginning with a very comprehensive sales meeting with Alastair Marchbank, prompt delivery of the equipment, and a first class installation team who were very friendly doing a clean and tidy job. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a solar energy installation. High class job at a very competitive price.

Excellent job, fitted all in well under a day. Panels working well with a huge affect on energy costs. It would have been nice if they'd taken the rubbish away with them, but that's a tiny gripe.

The Installation took two days as expected. The lads doing the job were very courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

No regrets whatsoever

From the moment we first met Alastair to the completed installation everything was well planned efficient and friendly. The chaps who carried out the external work and the office staff knew exactly what they were doing and were extremely helpful. I've thought hard and long about having solar panels and now that they have been installed I do not regret it. This company is excellent.

Great quality panels from a reliable team

We are very pleased with our new solar panels, inverter and battery from Go-greener. The sales process was professional and courteous with Dan being very responsive and helpful with our questions and providing a clear picture of the system and the process of installation. The equipment looks great and is performing very well. Our installation team was headed by Jake and all the work was carried out neatly and efficiently and in close consultation with us. Jake did need to upgrade our electricity supply to the garage at the same time but this work was done at the same time and the whole installation of 16 panels, the 6K inverter and the 5K battery was completed within 2 days by a team of 3 people. (the scaffolding was put up and taken down separately to this but this was also done quickly by a polite team a day before and a couple of days after installation). We find the App on our Google and Apple cell phones to provide all the information we need and more - the whole setup of equipment, software is impressive. A word too for the office support from Go-greener in getting us the certificates we needed quickly - we found the process of signing up with e-on next straightforward too - a few photos of meter readings and the documents provided meant our account to sell excess electricity back the grid was set up in approx 3 weeks from installation.

Up and running before the October price hike!

We reluctantly accepted a home visit with a sales representative following a knock at the door from one of the Go Greener canvassers. Fully expecting the long drawn out double glazing pitch we were pleasantly surprised with Dan's laid-back but very informative approach. He answered all of our questions and concerns and agreed to put a report together for us to make an informative decision. After quite a bit of back and forth over a few weeks (due to us having lots of questions) we decided to proceed with solar panels and a battery. The installers (All 5 of them!) arrived on time and were polite and tidy. They kept us informed of what they were doing and answered any further questions we had. Before leaving (having completed the installation in just one day!) they made sure we were familiar with the app and were happy with everything. Kudos to Jake and his team! We have had a few glorious days since having them done and what they produced is more than what we expected. Probably won't be seeing many more days like that this year but looking forward to seeing the panels in full action next spring/summer. For now, I can charge my battery on the cheap night rate for use during the day! All in all from initial contact right through to now I cannot fault the company and all of the people we have dealt with. We would highly reccomend. Thanks all! Much appreciated.

Alastair arrived promptly to deliver the information for their Solar products he explained the how's, where's, and benefits so clearly that both of us (elderly men ) had no problem in understanding him. Unfortunately as this is a rented property the decision to not go ahead by the landlord was because he felt that at his age (mid 80's) he would not see the benefits. However the demonstration and information left us in no doubt that under different circumstances installing these panels would be beneficial, both practically and financially.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure doing business with Go Greener Energy Limited. The salesman, Alastair was both professional and courteous, not at all ‘pushy’. He gave us all the facts, full explanations and details regarding having Solar panels installed. We were so impressed that we decided to go ahead with the quote that we were given. We received written confirmation including all the product specifications etc. No deposit was required and payment was to be made on completion of the installation once we were happy with everything. I received a telephone call advising me of an installation date. The men arrived promptly and worked very hard installing 18 panels, a fuse box and the storage inverter all within the same day. They were very friendly, hardworking and very professional - again we were very impressed and felt they were all a credit to the company. I had a phone call from Donna to check we were happy, who again was very polite and friendly and once I’d said we were happy then she sent the invoice for payment. My panels have just been fitted, from the non pushy sales, the professional fitting service to the back up from the office an easy stress free process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they want to start the journey into green energy.

From start to finish Go Greener has kept me informed. The fitters were polite, tidy and did a great job and Alastair was very informative and explained the process clearly. I am happy to recommend this company.

What a fantastic company. Professional, attentive and delivered exactly what they said they would. Love my new solar panel system. The team that fitted it were friendly, efficient and kept me in the loop on everything they were doing. They were considerate of my home and my dogs and children and went the extra mile. Fantastic service from the team at Go Greener. We’ve had the solar panels and battery system since November 23 now and so far we’re really impressed with the difference it’s making (especially coming into the lighter seasons). We’re also charging two electric vehicles and it’s certainly helping to reduce costs there. Craig was really helpful and knowledgeable when we were discussing our needs and what set-up would suit us best. No issues with the installation. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Craig with the initial quote, he was also really helpful in answering my questions. Jake who fitted the system was friendly, knowledgeable, got on with the job and cleaned up after himself. Wish all trades were like him. Would highly recommend.

Uncomplicated and easy process from start to finish

Uncomplicated and easy process from initial meeting through to installation. Benefits of reduced electrical consumption from the grid were evident from the moment the panels were active. Batteries offer peace of mind that we have "free" electricity even when when there is no outside light.

Great all round service and communication. Dan the sales guy was well informed and not pushy like many other firms I had quotes from. Reasonably priced and full details of kit to be installed was available. Also able to discuss where kit would be positioned in the house. Fitters were polite, friendly and best of all tidy. Had a technical glitch after installation, fitters returned and solved problem straight away. Would recommend to anyone considering solar storage systems.

Great from start to finish. Dan was an excellent salesman, explained everything clearly and no pressure at all to sign up. A real team effort on installation day, was amazed at how quickly they worked together, the whole job took less than four hours including scaffolding erection and dismantling. Very tidy, no mess left. Our 12 panels now supply around 70% of our electricity. Very happy. Would recommend without hesitation.
