From my initial enquiry, the assessment and loft insulation were completed within a few weeks. Louis and Harry were pleasant and professional, they put protection on the carpets and showed photographs of the new insulation . After this I had ventilation fans fitted in the kitchen/bathroom and thermostats fitted on all the radiators . The work was neat , the modern fans are quiet and look good. Amal and Jay ( sorry if name not correct) were courteous and chilled and went the extra mile. Thanks all.

I would like to say thank you for arranging for me to have a new boiler fitted for my mum. The service she experienced from Jade from beginning to end was excellent as she kept her informed at every stage and reassured her at every opportunity as her boiler was on the brink of breaking down. We had a great experience with GoGreen Alliance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and kept us posted on the progress of our claim. Only thing what was disappointing was that the Datamatch took a very long time to complete delaying the installation but once that was done the installation of our boiler was done within a few days. I would like to leave a review in regards to the experience of dealing with GoGreen Alliance I simply cannot rate this company high enough. I have 2 elderly parents both in their mid 80’s. My father recently had major surgery and during his recovery in hospital the central gas blow heating system decided to break down leaving my mother without any heating in mid November. I was given GOGreens number by an heating engineer who services the system and told to apply for a grant to help my parents situation as the current heating system is obsolete and possibly could not be fixed I rang GoGreen Alliance on the Wednesday and after a brief telephone conversation they had arranged to send their surveyor by Friday. The surveyor came and made all the necessary thorough checks through the house to see if they were eligible for a grant to fix new central heating throughout and roof insulation A couple of days later we had a telephone call from Marcus to inform us my parents were eligible for the grant and due to their circumstances ( age and no heating ) he would make them a priority. From the initial visit by the surveyor until the installation of new central heating ( radiators and a new boiler ) by the friendly heating engineer brothers and the roof insulation took a total of 2 weeks. Simply amazing. I can’t thank this company enough on behalf of my parents and it really was a time when Christmas came early.

A few months ago we had central heating fitted we had only a back boiler a few radiators the boiler was on its last legs we couldn't afford a new boiler we called go green from a leaflet. Lands came and helped us achieve a eco4 grant. Fitting and fitters where fantastic nice, polite worked till the job was done. Jade was great helping us with bank statements and we was always update with who was coming and when. Very happy. The house hasn't felt as good as it is does now.

Excellent Staff and Great Work

The staff at GoGreen Alliance Ltd are very friendly and respectful of your home. Their work is to a very high standard and they stay until the work is completed. The central heating boiler they supplied is first class! We couldn't ask for better service and they are a well organised business.

My boiler gave up the ghost so took advice and contacted GoGreen Alliance. A Surveyor visited and recommended a new one and that a claim for a grant was possible. The help I received from the team at GoGreen was amazing. I gave them the information that was required and a decision swiftly given about the grant and the type of boiler suitable together with a starting date. I was keep up to date with every decision and my permission was obtain on every occasion. The two young men who arrived, on the Monday morning, with everything required, worked extremely hard for the two days that it took to satisfactorily complete the work. They left leaving each room spotlessly clean and tidy as well as taking the rubbish with. I cannot speak to highly of every single person connected to GoGreen. From Mr Marcus Dingwall, Mrs Michelle Keeling, the 2 technicians and the electrician. I am very pleased and grateful for their personal attention and am willing to recommend the Company to others.

Brilliant!!!! They have done loft insulation and new boiler supply/install under the grant. Everything taken care of on our behalf. All of the team are lovely people, who show care and respect. Communications great. We will be using them for servicing the boiler and any other works we need help with going forward as we feel we’ve found a gem of a company. Would happily recommend!!!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and the quality of service they have delivered to one of my clients who needed a boiler and radiator fitted. Communication has always been excellent and they have consistently gone the extra mile to ensure that my clients needs were met.

The work to install my new boiler was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner. I was impressed by the team of two gas engineers and one electrician who completed the work in one day.They were friendly and informative and left no mess, they treated my home with respect.A small problem that occurred after installation was dealt with straight away and the boiler is working perfectly.I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend the company 100 per cent.

Had a complete new boiler fitted

Had a complete new boiler fitted, old one removed and new condensing one installed. Also new parts in my gas meter. The two lads worked all day ,checked all radiators working and cleaned up leaving no mess at all . Complete new flue, Electric checked also. Would highly recommend this company as nothing was too much trouble for them.

GoGreen Alliance Ltd surveyed my home 5th November 2020 to see if it qualified for a grant for loft, and underfloor insulation, and a replacement central heating boiler. On Monday 21st June they sent me a quote for my acceptance for all this work. In order to qualify for the grant, the work had to be completed by the end of June. In fact, due to my circumstances, it had to be completed by the end of the week. I was really impressed by the way Marcus from GoGreen Alliance arranged this working with contractors to complete in 4 days! The loft insulation was fitted on Thursday morning, the underfloor insulation on Thursday afternoon and the 2 lads working until the job was finished in the late evening. Then the contractor arrived on Friday afternoon and worked until he had finished - around 10pm. Throughout GoGreen Alliance kept me informed of progress, and the planned arrival times of the various subcontractors via email. I asked the various subcontractors about their experience of working with GoGreen Alliance Ltd, and they all spoke well of the company. I was very impressed with the way GoGreen Alliance communicated with me and with the subcontractors electronically about the job. Completion of the job in such a short time frame was most impressive. The boiler that was fitted was a Worcester Bosch boiler, and needless to say I am delighted. From my experience I would happily recommend GoGreen Alliance Ltd to anyone. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with go green alliance. I was kept informed at every stage of the procedure. The engineers arrived to fit my new boiler and when they had finished every bit of mess was cleaned up and removed. You could hardly tell they had been here. Just had the underfloor insulation and then new boiler fitted, a good service provided, the teams who attended worked efficiently and completed the jobs well within the time frames given as well as cleaning up after. Marcus kept us well informed throughout the process even after a few hiccups early in the process and a bit of a time delay all that were outside GoGreen's remit. Hi do you apply for the grants after taking client details or do the clients have to apply and then u carry out the work if eligible?

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I have phoned on several occasions asking for an update on my grant application. Each time advised Marcus would get back to me. He has not nor has anyone else from the company. Very disappointed and I would not recommend.

I have had an excellent service with…

I have had an excellent service with GoGreen Alliance Ltd. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the start when the engineer attended my address to take pictures of the boiler and assess the job to relay back to the company. I have had an amazing boiler fitted by a very hardworking fitter, who spent hours making sure that the boiler worked well. The boss even attended on the day to deliver a part that was needed so his engineer did not have to leave the job. The job was then inspected by a Quality Inspection engineer a few days later to make sure that the boiler was fitted well and the boiler was running to plan. My boiler is running very well and i am very please to have heat and hot water now, as the work was delayed due to the outbreak of Covid 19. I would definitely recommend this company
