Kane and the whole team were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Fitting the solar panels and electrical equipment went very smoothly, everything was explained clearly and our questions readily answered. We would certainly recommend the Future Power Team to anyone thinking of having solar power fitted.

Overall very good - recommended

I'm pleased with whole process. It was well explained at the planning time, and I was able to ask lots of questions. There still some areas for me to clarify as once I started to use it, there is more to ask. System set up was optimal to my house design and household energy needs and my budget. They don't offer cheap products but those which worked. Simulation of potential saving was I think slightly over the real one I may get (but it's my opinion, I will see after first year) Offer was very competitive to those I've managed to check around so I was happy to go ahead. Also, payment system was fair and safe for me. Installation was smooth and took less than expected (apart from weather which postponed it slightly but it's out of control). After installation I received documentation, all digital etc. so all smooth end easy. Any questions were answered quickly. I hope system will work as should. I would definitely recommend FuturePowerTeam to others.

Additional Battery and EPS

Recent events have led us to feel that we would be better served by having an EPS and an additional battery added to our PV system. Kane took time to highlight what some might consider to have been potential disadvantages whilst answering our queries regarding pros and cons and before taking our order. We had a couple of minor hitches but Kane personally dealt with them, promptly and efficiently so we remain very content customers who are happy to recommend Future Power to others.

Prompt, efficient and courteous service, advice and installation of EV charger. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been after some solar panels for a while now and these guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It took no time at all for someone to come out and whey the job up. At my follow up appointment I was shown all my different options with no pressure on which one to pick. The team gave me an amazing information packet that showed my projected savings as well as solid advice on how to best make use of my new gadgets. They came to check on me after as well to make sure my app was up & running and the whole system works flawlessly. Everyone in this company from sales to admin and are so friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. I’d not bother shopping anywhere else as you’re not going to find anyone who’s as cost effective and at the same high standard as these guys.

Kane from future power came to do my survey and he explained everything in clear detail. He was also very polite professional and friendly. To begin my install Jack came out and he was also a great character to deal with. I found the whole process fast and efficient and Future power gave a very competitive quote. Now i have all my certificates and i have transferred over to Octopus Flux tariff. Kane's visit was on 29th August. Fast, Efficient, Friendly and great value :)

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, office staff are helpful and on the ball, Kane is so knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, after our first meetings I knew this was the right company for us. we had our solar’s put in during our house build. The team were great at adhering to our time scale which like most builds were delayed. Future power team ended us visiting the site three times for the installation process because we needed each section in stages and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Excellent service

Very fast response, excellent advise with several option ranging from cheap to full upgrade Full upgraded system in place up n running within 4 days of quotation. Did sense check with other companies response was pathetic at best and worst misleading. No comparison to the service offered by Future power team. Happily to recommend Kane

What made my experience with future power was nothing but good from the moment I got in touch with the company told them just what I was looking for it was all go give me a very good quote wich I was very happy with sent me all paper work to see just what I was getting give me date and that was that arrived at 8 am on the day and the team worked no stop and what a job them lads done can only say brilliant explained every think helped me set the wi fi up one very happy customer. Great experence from the initial chat with Kane to discuss our needs, right through to the installation. Very professional team, work was done to the highest quality. Solar Panel installation

From speaking to the salesman to the finished installation this company is fabulous. The electrical people arrived exactly on time. They installed all the cabling and all the equipment except the panels. The finished job looks really good. The panels were installed 2 days later. I thought the electrical installation was great but the solar panels look even better. This is the best company I have used. I congratulate the staff that completed my solar panels. Thank You

Kane and his team before during and…

Kane and his team before during and after first class. We started with solar panels and battery, last November after much debate switched from Gas combi to AS Heat Pump ( cost slightly more after grant which Kane organised). System tailored to the house with 3 of16 radiators increased in size. The whole house is maintained at a comfortable temperature and more than enough hot water. Bills have come down lots…..some months Octopus pay us. One of our better decisions.

An overall good experience

A detailed quote process with no sales pressure was a positive and compared to others Future Power provided the best overall solution and value. The install process was good and when we had a problem (consumer unit fail after 3 weeks) they came quickly and replaced it. The system is performing exactly how it was sold to me so I'm very happy and would recommend.

Having seen the high standard of installation by Future Power Team ony sisters home we decided to look at solar panels for ourselves. Future Power Team have been excellent all the way through the process, unlike other national power companies who quoted, Future Power Team - Kane, took time to understand what we wanted to achieve and design a bespoke system for us even advising against some additional items which would have been unnecessary cost. Every question was answered in detail and their engagement has been excellent, keeping us informed regarding progress with DNO Installation was efficient, professional, completed exactly as planned and to an excellent standard, any subsequent questions were promply answered by Scarlett, Kane and the Future Power Team Overall the cost was competitive with other similar quoted but what makes Future Power Team stand out is their reliability, honest approach and understanding of customer requirements. Solar Power Honest Knowledgeable Supplier

Future Power team have installed the full solar system and batteries to our house. From start to finish they have been easy to deal with. Knowledgeable, informative, supportive, efficient and competitive on price. They have been a great to deal with all-round. The management, the admin team and the fitting team included. On each arranged visit they have arrived when they said they would, been polite and helpful and respected our property. They are even helping me in my dealings with Octopus Energy. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a solar energy system in their own house.

What can we say about this company. From the sales to the finish everything was great. We had been looking into solar for a couple of years and had spoken to Kane (the company sales guy and owner) previously. Kane was straight up front about everything and answered all our questions without beating about the bush. We had several quotes and this was one of the more expensive, however the honesty of the company won us over. We ordered what we wanted after alot of advice and waited for our install date. The day arrived and we were super excited. Sadly the panels couldn't be fitted on the install date due to severe winds but they were fitted the following day. Everything was done with great expertise and care. The hardest part for us was making drinks for the team whilst they were working hard fitting everything. It was all done in 1 day (minding the weather) and everything was left neat and tidy. Everything was explained to us about using the system and how to connect via our phones. We would definitely recommend Future Power Team to anyone. They were top class from start to finish and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

All of the team were fast, tidy, helpful and polite. Lee was extremely helpful during the initial quote, and was very honest with us about options rather than trying to sell us things we didn't need. The solar panels are working well and we are happy with them. I highly recommend their service.

We had been deliberating about getting a solar system for many months and eventually decided to go ahead in October. We got quotes from a few different companies including the Future Power Team and decided to go with them. We had a fantastic experience from the start to completion of our solar system installation. The communication was very timely and effective from all of the team. Kane was wonderful with us including visiting us twice to answer all our questions. He spent time going through each question we had and also provided detailed explanations reflecting his knowledge and experience in this area. This provided us reassurance that we have all the necessary information to make an informed decision about getting a solar system. His advise was also highly personalised to our current situation (only 2 people at home, mostly in the evenings) and gave options on what can be added/optimised if things changed/planning for the future. We had some queries about the battery when using the solar app following installation which they promptly replied. Overall highly recommend these guys.

I like this company, they are reasonable and provide a very efficient and quick service. They fitted my solar panels and battery a few years back. Now they have fitted me a heat ground source pump. They got in touch to advise me about a grant, which I really appreciated but I also like that they don't keep bothering me with unnecessary sales calls. The guys worked really hard to fit the new system in a couple of days. They met with a few issues at my property but went the extra mile to resolve these. I now have a lovely warm home and hot water and look forward to saving money! Would definitely recommend!

Future Power Team were recommended to us by one of our family members who had used them 2 years ago. We found the whole process and service from initial discussions with Kane through quotation, scaffolding, roofer/panel installer, electricians and all administration to final commissioning to be thoroughly professional. The explanation of how the system and App works and explanation of how we get on to a solar tariff with our electricity supplier was excellent and they have been there for any questions and assistance required. The solar panels are also very modern and sleek and much more aesthetically pleasing than others we have seen on houses. All work was carried out in a timely manner and the quality of everything appears very good. We would have no problem recommending Future Power Team to anyone.

It's true what everyone is saying on the reviews, this company is amazing. I had 3 quotes for a solar system with battery and Future Power Team were by far the best out of all 3. They were not the cheapest or the dearest, but Kane who came out to see us was so knowledgeable and seemed genuine in making sure we got the best system suited to our needs. We needed a system that worked well especially with us having an EV car (BTW Kane thanks for the heads up about contacting Podpoint, you were right, we did need to get the charger updated by Podpoint, saved me stressing trying to get the car charger working 👍). Kane also mentioned if they had an empty slot with installation would we be happy to get it done sooner ...and it was, in just 8 days from Kane's visit, and that included the surveyor coming round as well! The installers were prompt, worked hard and even replaced a couple of broken roof tiles which I didn't know about. The electricians also turned up on time and had a good workaround when there was an issue connecting the equipment. They installed conduit from the loft to the meter box (there was an issue as the car charger/fuse board had taken a lot of room. As mentioned in other reviews, they ensured the panels were installed in the best position (our south facing roof has an apex). The only drawback I have, is that I am obsessed with looking at the app and watching the power being generated, going to the battery and the amount going into the national grid! 🤣 Thank you all at Future Power Team 😁

We wanted to look into having solar panels and after considering two separate quotes we Decided on Future Power Team. Their representative inspired confidence and there was no hard sell. Having no experience of solar panels and both in our 70s we were glad to receive good and relevant advice. The fitting date was fixed a few weeks ahead and took just a few hours for both teams (electric & roofing) to complete the job. We were very happy with the installation as both teams were helpful, approachable, professional and efficient especially in a very hot day. It was in all a very straightforward process from start to finish and we would not hesitate to recommend Future Power Team to anyone. Many thanks lads and lasses for everything.

A local, friendly, knowledgeable solar installation company. They are only too happy to help with any questions or queries you have to put your mind at ease. From sales, to installation and after sales, I would definitely recommend, everyone has been great! I even bought extra batteries at very competitive prices just a couple of months in so I can be even more self sufficient and keep the bills down, very pleased indeed. I have always been sceptical and cautious regarding Solar energy Companies. But these guys are great and took great care with us at every step of the process. The installers where prompt and polite. They discussed with me the options with the equipment and its siting. They where thorough in there works and whenever a potential issue arose they spoke to straight away and asked for my opinion on how they completed the works. I first got the name of this company from a neighbour who had a solar installation and recommended them. From start to finish, the job was very smooth and straight forward. Someone from the company came out (at the time and date agreed upon) discussed my needs and requirements and answered all my questions. There was no "hard sell" of upgrading this and that feature. I did have some questions following the initial visit, but the office handled them very quickly and efficiently. The scaffolding and installation team also arrived at the agreed time. They were quick, thorough and tidy. Apart from the obvious black panels on the roof, they left no trace that they'd even been on site. The day after the install was done, the electricians arrived to connect everything up. This again was a quick and straightforward job and left the job clean and tidy. Before they left, they set my app up, explained what it all does, how it works. The question to be asked is "would I use Future Power again or recommend them" and for me the answer is "yes I would, and I already have recommended them to other neighbours".

After making an enquiry, within days Future Power had done a site visit and provided a competitive quote. Within a few weeks, scaffolding was put up & I had 14 panels fitted, inverter in the attic and a clock by the house fuse box. Fitting took an afternoon, fitters were tidy and scaffolding was removed 2 days later. Future Power kept up good communications throughout. I would recommend. What they could do better? Post job admin was a bit sloppy (2 mistakes on paperwork) and they were a bit uncommunicative on some follow-up items. They advised birds were unlikely to be a problem, but they (pigeon) soon were - think they should offer a service at time of fitting to do this rather than have to arrange later.
