Forever Green Energy just installed my solar and battery, they were very efficient and polite. They know what they were doing and explained everything to me. The office followed up with a call to check everything was ok. Very good customer experience and happy to recommend.

Forever Green did a great job…

Forever Green did a great job installing solar panels on my grade 2 listed house. They found a planner to help get the process though planning permission, and adjusted the plans many times accordingly. And were consistently helpful and creative. And then they did a great job to get them up. So if you have a complex job, they are the right team for you.

Top class local company got recommended to use them by two mates. well they have lived up to expectations. Easy to understand and communicate with on quote, installation and after service has been excellent. Installers could not have been more helpful or professional. I was concerned as you hear stories but thankfully they were first class, can't reccomend any higher. Thanks for a great job.

Very good customer service throughout

Very good customer service throughout. Installation team were courteous and tidy. Slight issue on installation that was resolved within a week. Would recommend to any one looking for a solar installer in the area.

Forever Green fitted a solar system in…

Forever Green fitted a solar system in my garden, also 2 batteries. The job was completed quickly and the engineers could not have been more helpful. Also staff were very helpful with a planning issue we had.

The commuication was excellent

The commuication was excellent, the team arrived on time , they were all friendly and helpful, the install of 13 solar panels and battery was completed 6 hours , everything was left as found ,very clean and tidy

Good system well installed

We have been very happy with the design and installation of our new solar project. The team were responsive, listening to our needs and red lines, suggesting 3 alternative strategies which were then further refined. The installation team were likewise friendly, responsive and tidy working hard to complete the install on time. We felt the office team could have communicated project events more clearly, for instance a delay due to reapplying for the DNO approval was not flagged, the arrival of a safety net installer surprised us, and it wasn't clear who in the office was responsible for what. It all came good in the end however, and we are very satisfied with the end result, and that we have a good system to see us into the future, with long guarantees

From the initial quoting experience to the installation, Forever Green have excelled my expectations. The installation team where absolutely brilliant and had the system up and running in a few hours. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after they had finish. They spent time explaning how it all worked and asured me that if there were any issues they would be on hand to help. Well done everyone!

PV for holiday let cabin

We were looking to install a PV and battery system to provide a greener (and cheaper) solution for providing power to our holiday let cabin. As we have a secondary power supply on site, this seemed to be a good option. We found Forever Green to be competitive, friendly and helpful. The installation team were great, on time, quick and tidy throughout.

Pre-installation home visit was…

Pre-installation home visit was informative. Solar panels and electrical equipment was all installed and working within 5 hours! My combined gas and electricity bill was £21 for the whole period February to 8th August 2025, compared to approximately £900 for the same period pre-installation.

Forever Green were professional from start to finish.

Forever Green were professional from the start and there was no “hard sell”,just knowledgeable people who were happy to answer any number of questions I had! The installation was neat and tidy and they completed the job in a day. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Really good job

We have just had panels, a battery and inverter fitted. Because of the old slates we had a new roof (slates, battens and felt) with integrated panels. FG did the whole job (roofing and solar) which in my view is critical - I wouldn't suggest trying to co-ordinate different trades yourself. As they are local to us, it was easy to communicate and for them to manage a reasonably complicated job - 3 storey terrace house. Old roof off/new roof on etc. IMV choose a reasonably local company. We had a couple of minor issues but all sorted very well and the comms has been fine. The roofers and electricians were excellent - really knew what they were doing and experienced. All the different certs and approvals were promptly sent and we are now getting paid for export. As far as I can tell so far, it is all working perfectly and looks a really quality job. I would definitely recommend but make sure you ask detailed questions, agree issues such as scaffolding dates and do your own personal research before deciding. Solar is a new subject for most of us with lots of new jargon. Personal research will help avoid misunderstandings.

Very good experience with Forever Green…

Very good experience with Forever Green Energy. From the initial telephone appointment, through to receiving a quote, and to installation was all very clear and well explained. The installation team worked quickly and efficiently with little mess or disruption. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Poor after care, poor attitude

EV charger and solar panels fitted a year ago. Constant problems with charger, now seems panels might have been malfunctioning too. Forever Green very slow to respond, generally needing chasing up, bounce all issues back to manufacture, take no responsibility and are extremely reluctant to speak directly to resolve problems. I might normally try to resolve issues rather than leave a poor review but hoping this might prompt action. That said I’m expecting a defensive response (if any).

Top service from beginning to end. Complete honesty about what was possible rather than trying to sell by exageration, then a high quality job completed as per plan. These guys are excellent and very knowledgable. Highly recommended.
