Our whole heating system was serviced and an underfloor heating installation fault (not theirs) repaired competently, for a reasonable charge. Excellent communication throughout, and they sent two very considerate engineers. Thank you!

Bushby Heating have been our heating agents for many years. We have always found them to be reliable and good at what they do.

Had a new boiler fitted on a Friday, by Friday evening it had stopped working. Couldn't get in contact with anyone until the Monday when I was told it must be a faulty boiler to contact the manufacturer. An engineer from the manufacturer came out and found that pipework had been incorrectly fitted. Bushby weren't happy but sent someone out to rectify the fault. No apologies or anything just kept asking for their payment which I refused to pay until I knew the boiler was working correctly. Definitely wouldn't recommend

We have been using Bushby heating for the servicing of our ASHP and heating system for a few years now, Cannot fault there customer service whatsoever, engineers are super knowledgeable and pleasant, admin staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, would highly recommend.

Proceed with caution if using Bushby. Had no hot water. Engineer came out, replaced major part, that didn’t work. Replaced another ‘major’ part and that didn’t work either. Replaced minor part and it worked! 3 days without hot water and £781 later…

Bushby Heating have carried out annual servicing and speedy emergency repairs to keep our office warm and functional. Engineers are efficient, professional and polite. 10/10 would recommend

I have found Bushby at their Biggin Hill office extremely easy to deal with unlike the previous company who failed to be in the least bit interested in replacing a solar panel inverter which they had originally installed themselves. Bushby, in contrast, took on the job and were very efficient, professional and friendly. From office staff (thank you Rosie & Lady) to the wonderfully hard-working engineer, I can't thank you enough.

Bushby Heating have carried out boiler services and maintenance at our school for a number of years. They are excellent value, reliable and responsive. They are always professional and punctual. Being a school we are very selective and all contractors must conduct themselves in a professional manner and adhere to our H/S policies and safeguarding requirements. Had our NIBE ASHP & heating system serviced for the 1st time by bushby heating. Cannot fault there service from initial contact to completed service. The technician arrived on time, excellent knowledge and a great guy. Gave us lots of advice. Would highly recommend.

Bushby Heating performed the annual service on my Nibe HeatPump. Their call handler and technician were helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgable and I received lots of handy advice from the technician when he was on site. Best value compared to any other companies in the Croydon area and will use them again next year.

Recently had my air source heat pumps serviced. Richard was great. Very professional and efficient. He explained everything that he had checked and also made some recommendations as to how to make the system more efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Failed to arrive for boiler service last Thursday, the boiler broke down over the weekend leaving two young children and pregnant wife without heat & water, and then again no-showed on the Monday rearranged. Not the first time. Previously took 4 weeks to order parts to fix hot water system. Avoid.
