We recently employed the services of Purelec to give a quote for solar panels with home battery. I was very impressed with how particular Ross was with regards to calculating suitability of our premises for solar, explaining the different siting options in detail. We received a detailed report with his recommendations including how well it would be expected to perform. I felt we were getting a bespoke system tailored to our premises and taking into account our wishes. He was more than happy to answer questions about any installation concerns. I felt confident going ahead with a fairly large investment and was very glad we did. The installation went without a hitch and was performed efficiently and very neatly with top quality electrical work and the services of a skilful roofer to install the panels. This was 3 years ago and the system has performed flawlessly since along with exceeding my expectations with the amount of power generated. Our electrical bills have been reduced massively on the Octopus Flux import export tariff. I can highly recommend Purelec for this type of work for a bespoke solar system installed by a reliable local company.

Purelec installed a new tesla gateway to my existing system. My old gateway would not let me charge the battery from the grid and did not allow me to use energy from the battery during a powercut. The new gateway does all this but appears to communicate with the octopus Kraken software to maximise my energy savings and reduce my consumption of electricity during the highr charge rate times. The workmanship was superb all the wiring is behind the gateway box and runs within the wall cavity. The commissioning was excellent and the engineer made sure that everything worked prefectly before leaving my system. I cannot fault the work, the engineers attitude or the management they all worked in harmony. A truely great company.

Purelec Energy have been critical to our organisation's positive strides forwards in reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. They are highly professional, client focused, extremely knowledgeable and very competitively priced. They have tendered for four jobs across our buildings estate over the past 5 or 6 years and have won them all. They listen to our needs, help develop an appropriate technical response and deliver on time and budget. The final installation is always first class. They have helped us cut our carbon footprint and save tens of thousands of pounds a year.

Purelec have been fantastic to deal with ! Ross, Jason and John worked to design and install a scheme which met our specific requirements, integrating the panels into the roof itself.
