We have recently had the annual service for our garden room office, plus an additional service for a unit in the house. First the Mitsubishi AC unit in the garden room has been just right for all our cooling and heating needs, with plenty of operating modes. On the quiet fan setting I really don’t notice it running. The techs who did the install and the servicing were great, very polite and helpful. And really skilled guys. I would highly recommend Optec Services for all your AC needs.

Absolutely Amazing service!! Can’t praise enough. I had a problem with my TP link dropping off. I had tried everything I could but it would come back briefly and then go again. I was not in a good place having very recently lost a really close friend. I was being batted backwards and forwards by Tp and Virgin Media both of whom kept blaming the other and neither offering me a solution. I reached out to Green Retreats as the TP box was provided as an add on to my garden room. They connected me with the lovely Emily at Optec Group who had supplied it. Emily took pity on my distressed state and the very next day the wonderful Yann come and sorted all my problems out. He was very friendly and took the time he needed to be sure it was fixed with an upgraded model and explained all the steps to me. I felt the stress drop away. Thank you so much

I can't recommend Optec highly enough - they take real pride in getting the right solution for the customer. Because of the specifics of the site, it wasn't a simple job. Chris patiently explored different options with me and found the right solution. On the day of the install the team, concerned of the possibility of a side effect, which could have effected the way I use the room, took time out to research and then build in extra measures. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Got my AC installed right on time for the heatwave in England. I’m very happy with the Optec Group: clear communication, excellent planning, and high quality installation. AC is very quiet, doesn’t cost much to run, and has premium look and feel (both indoor and outdoor units).

I just wanted to say how pleased I’ve been with Optec as a whole. From my initial enquiry through to the excellent work Richard and Aaron carried out on installation, it’s been great to find such a professional and reliable company. I really appreciated Richard’s clear explanation of the installation and the neatness in which he fitted everything, down to ensuring the cabling was plumb straight, it’s all been done with a lot of care and is something that’s important to me. The same goes for Aaron with his electrical expertise. The end cost of the air con unit and install was very reasonable and with no VAT, a real bonus. Very much recommended.

We have had a couple of installations of air conditioning units from Optec Group in my family, and they have been a pleasure to deal with in every respect. It has essentially been like dealing with friends. Rob was extremely communicative and helpful from the very beginning, always being available for any queries. We were doubtful about whether we could install these units in flats, but they organised a site visit very quickly and explained the process very clearly as well. They also organised the first installation quickly within some tight constraints we had, meaning we had the units in place for last summer's heatwave for which we were very grateful. The extremely competent installation team - Dean, Quin and Andrew - were fantastic; enthusiastic, friendly, dedicated and taking great pains to make the installation look and work as well as possible. As I say, it really was like dealing with friends. As to the units themselves, they have performed better than expected and we use them all the time. The cooling is very effective and rapid when needs be, and the units are also very effective heaters. As well as being much more efficient than conventional electric heaters, they also heat a room very rapidly meaning that you can turn on the heating only when you require it. The photos show the units in three rooms, all feeding of a single outdoor unit. For optimal safety, a sub-board was fitted with power ducted from there to the outdoor unit, but as you can partly see from one of the photos this was done very neatly. All in all, we have had a wonderful service from the Optec group and would thoroughly recommend them.

Richard replaced some sensors that were playing up in our air conditioning unit (under warranty) and also gave advice about cleaning it and keeping it operating well. It was easy to arrange the visit, thank you
