Very good professional service along with high quality work, never thought I would receive a free boiler replacement for my out of date back boiler, but not just that most of the house was insulated and plastered making my house much warmer saving me hundreds of pounds which is much needed these days, WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Great experience from start to finish! The team came to install a new boiler and full heating system at my house in Bradford. Everything was done fast, clean, and with a smile. Very friendly guys — explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with how it works. Now my home stays warm even on cold Yorkshire mornings. Reminds me a bit of my babushka’s house in winter back in Russia — only without the wood stove! 😊 Thank you for the excellent work. Highly recommend!

Central heating put in for which I am grateful for. However I've been left with several problems since the dry walls and heating has been put in. My toilet cistern has been fractured so leaks water, my gas cooker they have disconnected.These are 2 of the major things and they will not come and do, install a new toilet (I have the toilet already) And reconnect my cooker.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH COMPANY AND THEIR WORK at my property.! Would NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Stay well away from them. Wish I had read ALL reviews left carbon down before having work done by them. I would not have let them near my property after seeing what some of their customer wrote about them They have left big holes in the inner cavity wall and most of the wall insulation has now blown out into the underfloor crawl space. They haven’t fitted underfloor insulation as agreed. There is much more I want to say about Carbon Down’s incompetence but there isn’t enough space! My home instead of being warmer it’s bloody freezing. Their 30 guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. It’s impossible to get them to their mistakes corrected after a few weeks so forget about 30 years or even 1 year. It’s a bodge it run and company. Avoid, avoid Despite several communications with them to fix these issues they are not interested so inevitably deserve this negative review for their completely unprofessional work and lack of customer care or the customer’s property. Would like to give them a minus score but can't ! Google can you please make this an option.

Never trust this company. They are very unprofessional. They put radiator in my house and even extended walls in every room to put insulation. They took door from one room to extend wall and the guy who was incharge he said don't worry he will sort it out for us. They even broke my new blinds and messed up some other stuff. It's being two months we r trying to connect them through calls and texts. First they dn't answer and even they answer they make excuses. That door fell on my sons twice and one time on my mom. Its coming on my family health and safety. We even told them this but they dn't care, even their director i spoke to, so that's y im giving this review today. They made my house mess im going to do everything my on now. So once again i'll say very unprofessional nd poor service. If somebody know where i can complain about them please let me now.

Fantastic and friendly service, fitted new boiler and radiators for my Mother who is a pensioner. Over and done with within two days,no mess very professional.

If you want a new boiler, this company is the best. The process was smooth from the beginning to the end. I was messed around by another company before and was reluctant but Carbon Down was nothing but professional. I have been recommending them to my family and freinds…well done guys! Keep up the good work!

Brilliant service very smooth start to finish

Left my elderly grandmothers house without windows after they smashed them broken tiles all over the house and are refusing to come rectify their poor work and now ignore calls from us. Do not use this company

Excellent quick swift services and excellent staff

Got insulation fitted to under flooring. The carper was ripped through the middle by they men. Been 3 months have been chasing it with no luck and no apology. Would give 0 if there was a option
