Highly recommend 1314 Renewables

We had an ASHP installed by 1314 Renewables and are delighted with the result. From the first consultation to the final handover we felt confident that we had chosen the right company (we did a lot of research beforehand) We were also able to speak with other clients who had recently had similar installs which was extremely helpful and reassuring. The quote was fixed, they arrived on time each day and left the house as tidy as possible each evening. The entire team were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. We were provided with an excellent handover which was vital in allowing us to understand the system. The system can also be monitored remotely by them which we find an excellent addition. We are absolutely delighted with our ASHP which provides both water and heating. In essence we do very little - the very clever system operates itself and adjusts accordingly, ensuring our home is toasty warm 24/7/365. There is no doubt that it’s been financially beneficial as we have seen a significant reduction in bills (and a warmer home!) If you are seeking a truly professional company who take pride in their work then look no further.

Renewables Upgrade

We had solar panels, battery storage and 2 air source heat pumps fitted to our 3 phase system by the 1314 team. The job was complicated as we wanted to protect our FIT payment for our original solar panels but 1314 came through after a couple of hiccups and delays from planners and SPEN approval of the new panels.

Used 1314 for my air source heat pump and solar panels installation in May the guys were excellent from quote to install. Staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we were kept informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them and I'm glad I went with them and never just went with the cheapest quote as you definitely get what you pay for. Brilliant 👏

ASHP in Edinburgh New Town

1314 installed an air source heatpump and underfloor heating in our reno in Edinburgh. They spent the time briefing me on the heating design upfront and the installation itself was seamless and without drama. A couple of tiny niggles were fixed immediately and at no cost. Highly recommmended!

From the initial consultation through to installation and aftercare, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, tailored the system to suit our specific needs, and worked with great attention to detail. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with minimal disruption and excellent communication throughout. I must give the team from 1314 110% from beginning to end they were great when they fitted my air source heat pump. The boys arrived promptly worked non stop for 4 days and came back on the 5th morning to make sure that everything was working, o.k. Everyone from Ross and Thomas who came and did the survey to Dilon, Jacob and Fraser who did the fitting were great as they answered any question I had as they went along. Have used 1314 on various new build projects. Have always found them very thorough in their designs and recommendations. It certainly isnt one size fits all at 1314. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone building their own home.

I would like to give the boys from 1314 110% for the work they carried out fitting my air source heat pump, They arrived prompt on Monday morning and and worked solid for 4 days coming back on the 5th morning to make sure everything was working o.k. Every night before they left they tidied up and on the 5th day the house was left clean and tidy they even hoovered the carpet before they left. Everyone from Ross and Thomas who came and did the survey and talked me through the procedure to Dillon, Jacob and Fraser who fitted the pump and radiators they were all friendly and answered any questions I had as they went along. I received such a fabulous service from the guys at 1314. They worked their socks off over four days to install my solar panels, heat pump and battery and replace my storage heaters with a wet system - without leaving a trace that they'd been here!! They overcame any little problems swiftly and thoughtfully, communicated everything with me and talked me through the tech until I understood it (no mean feat!) I'm super grateful and would recommend 1314 to anyone considering the move to renewable energy. Thanks guys!

Hybrid heat pump

1314 Renewables based in Doune are a trustworthy, hard working, reliable company. They supplied, installed and commissioned a Hybrid air source heat pump for me which works along with my existing 42kW Worcester Bosch combi gas boiler. This was a first off application for this arrangement using an air source heat pump working along with a large gas fired combi boiler which was used for heating the domestic hot water and for supporting the air source heat pump during very cold spells of weather when the heat pump required a boost to the central heating hot water temperature. 1314 Renewables confirmed to me that they had been in discussions with the gas boiler manufacturer Worcester Bosch who then carried out testing with the combination of their Worcester Bosch 5800 air source heat pump operating with the 42kW Worcester Bosch combi boiler to ensure that the arrangement would operate well within my house with the existing micro bore 8mm supply and return central heating water piping The arrangement was supplied, installed, commissioned and I am very satisfied with the result.

Tom and Jaimie at 1314 Renewables advised me on the most appropriate solar panel and battery installation for our house. They are easy to contact, quick to respond, provide reasonable estimates, and provide excellent documentation to allow you to see the monthly performance. If the Scottish government had not just withdrawn the loan funding, they would be my best nearby supplier.(I have a satisfied neighbour who has their panels installed).
