Ross has just finished installing solar panels and battery at our home in Harrogate. We couldn’t be more happy with the whole process from proposal to completion of the project. We already had a 4kW PV in the paddock, but with prices climbing, it was time for more. A pal recommended Ross as he had just had a system installed so we all met at mine to discuss options and locations. I wanted to keep it all outside and neat, so I chose Tesla Powerwall 3, Gateway and the latest 430w panels. Ross handled the stuff with Northern Powergrid, I submitted planning application, we knew where the system would go, so I got conduit moled in by Supamole - pun point accuracy. All permits done, date arranged and Ross and his lad started. Super neat, weather was kind and the whole install was done in just over a week. Comms were great as I was in Spain for 4 days. All finished, a couple of planned disconnections which were discussed in advance and it went live. OK - it’s been sunny, but I am virtually bill free now. Even today, when it was dull and showery, the battery was full by 2pm. Am now looking at an extra battery and refreshed old panels. We use a lot if electricity - no gas or oil here, so this has been fab. A great contractor that I thoroughly recommend

Excellent support with choosing and installing solar PV

I had Ross from RS Electrix come along, look at the Job, he could see what was required straight away, and he actually did exactly what he said he would and exactly at the price too. He finished when he said he would and the job was neat and tidy, if you want any solar, batteries or electrical work doing I can 100% recommend these people.
