Powerforce Renewables were recommended to us by a neighbour who had recently had a complete solar PV installation done by them. We got several quotes and based on price, communication and quality of information going with Powerforce seemed a no-brainer. We ended up going for a 18 panel installation with 18kw battery. We couldn’t have been happier with the process from start to finish. Jack was excellent at keeping us up-to-date, arranging the installation of the scaffolding to fit around our schedules. The team arrived on time, worked tirelessly and had the entire installation fitted within a day. The installation was extremely tidy with lots of consideration to where the cables were run and where the battery equipment was placed in our garage (making sure there is adequate space for expansion at a later date). Jack not only took time to talk us through the system and help set the app up on the day but has also been on hand since to answer queries and questions and guide us on the next steps for how we start exporting excess electricity to the grid to make us money back. Thanks to Jacks advise, we’ve already seen a reduction in our electricity costs. We will be recommending Powerforce to any family and friends that are looking at getting a solar PV installation – it really was excellent customer service all round. I am extremely happy with the solar and battery install overseen by PowerForce and the customer journey was excellent. My thanks to Rowan for his proposal (chosen from 8 proposals obtained) and patience in sharing his in-depth knowledge along the way - it was, and still is, a steep learning curve. The scaffolding team were on time, fast, efficient, tidy and very friendly and Kev the panel installer worked tirelessly despite very wet conditions. The electrical install of the batteries, inverter and EPS was led by Jack and his team and I cannot sing their praises high enough. The communication throughout the process was excellent as was their standard of workmanship and work ethic. The delivery of the handover pack and all compliance documentation was timely and gave great reassurance to the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone considering solar and battery installs.

Jack and the team were very helpful is getting additional solar panels onto the "side of my house". One of the first in Southern England, not many companies were willing to do it!! The work was done very well and the panels are great adding additional power on my south facing wall even when the sun is low in the winter. The after sales service is top notch as i insisted that extra brackets would be needed on the top and they are fitting them easily. They also check that the separate system from the roof panels works as it should. Well worth the extra expense which is about the same as a good holiday abroad. Thanks again to Jack and the team - would recommend them any time.

Rowan and his team where very informative they manage to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction and I now have solar panels installed and producing power.
