I can’t praise these guys enough

I can’t praise these guys enough. Right from the get go they were helpful, understanding and very professional. The installation guys were extremely knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. Also, the office support was on hand from start to finish, with all the certification and paperwork sent in a timely manner. But the bottom line is, the solar panels are working really well, even with the small amount of sun we have been getting of late, can’t wait to see what it produces in the summer! The app which the tech guy helped me set up is so easy to access, and shows everything in diagram form; even I can understand it! I highly recommend them

Overall excellent service

The whole process from quote through to completion was very efficient and communication remained good throughout. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was particularly pleased with how neatly it was all installed. The handover at the end of the project was very smooth

Excellent solution, excellent installation

I would highly rate our experience with TCA Solar. Lee was very good at understanding our needs and coming up with an optimal solution which meant the cabling was unobtrusive and the batteries were out of sight in the garage. The quote was excellent value and we were pleased with the solution. When it came to the installation we were very impressed with the guys that carried out the work and they were very respectful of our property leaving no mess and moving furniture as necessary without complaint. We really appreciated that the team were conscientious and willing to work through any issues until they were resolved. Very impressed with the speed of responses from Tammy for any admin or payment queries. Would definitely (and already have) recommend.

Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. The owner in his branded van and private reg plate decides to drive like a lunatic, cut me up, then make inappropriate gestures out the window!

ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE

Next month. I will be 74, and have been in property for 43 years. Never have I worked with such a GREAT bunch of lads AND lasses. I cannot express how wonderful they have all been. We have had extensive work carried out to our cottage, and they have not only installed solar panels, battery storage and lots of other work, but, when necessary, at the drop of a hat, they have come to assist in areas which aren't strictly their remit. They don't know yet, but we are about to buy a 3-bed bungalow and we will almost certainly be using them on much, if not most of the extension, renovation, refurbishment work, as we have such faith in them, and their boss - Tammy!

TCA Solar were fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to design a system that matched my exact wishes and delivered a neat, efficient roof-integrated solar and battery installation. The team were professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any small issues. After-sales support has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Great experience and professionalism…

Great experience and professionalism with a very likeable team. Lee initially came around to discuss solar installation and chose the best system for our needs. Tammy efficiently kept us updated on the progress, and the installation was done very professionally by Dave and Lee. They were both very accommodating to answer any questions and explain the APP. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Solar Products and Service

Firstly, we would rate TCA as a highly recommended company to deal with. The lads were friendly and polite, tidying up after themselves, plus their workmanship was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the system we have had fitted and the price was great value. Tammy in the office is always quick to respond to our queries and extremely helpful. Overall, we are delighted with new solar panels and batteries. We will recommend to friends and family.

Couldn't be happier

I couldn't be happier with my installation. Both David and Simon have always been available to answer even the smallest question and talk us through the process The lads installing the panels Jack and Mat went above and beyond.

A great company to deal with . T C A arrived on the due date with their team , all great guys , nothing too much trouble . A glitch after installation which was sorted immediately with the boys coming back down from Redditch to Cardiff. I recommend T C A.

From the start, everything was explained to my wife and I. Nothing was a problem to the installation team, really helpful. They was very tidy and professional throughout the installation. Even the after sales service is fantastic, We had a small problem and raised the matter with TCA and it was solved with no bother at all within the hour. Fully recommend, a AMAZING 5 STAR SERVICE.

Easy company to deal with

Easy company to deal with, they did what they said they would, when they said they would. Communication was clear, and they were happy to explain the more technical bits. Also happy to adjust the initial spec to suit our shed and requirements. Worked efficiently and safely alongside other trades on the site, Installation went smoothly and looks good and is performing to expectations. After service has been good. Price was competitive and transparent.

We met Lee and the team at a renovation show at the NEC, We instantly clicked with everyone on the stand and didn't feel pressured.....unlike the rest of the "sales" people at the show! Since meeting Lee we have had a full system installed and recommended him to others

If you want Solar don’t look anywhere else.

I first met TCA Solar at the Grand designs show at the NEC, right from that first meeting I knew that I wanted my system installed by them, their professionalism, honesty and in-depth knowledge was second to none. Working with the design team to ensure that I had the right panels for my roof and my requirement, constantly kept me updated on progress as we were coming out of the pandemic and there was a shortage of panels. The installation team were professional, even bringing spare tiles in case of damage, worked solidly for 2 days installing the system and at the end of the 2nd day spent time running through the system, left my site tidier than when they turned up. Had a problem with my system after a month which they informed me and they attended within 2 days and fitted a faulty component which took 30 minutes yet they had to travel 2 hours to my property. We can all look for the best price and the bigger companies offer deals but I feel with something as expensive as Solar it’s having that guarantee if the system fails or you need to ask for advice you can always contact those at TCA Solar, which I have done. An exceptional company and if you are after Solar these should be your first and only choice.

I had 3 quotes and TCA Solar

I had 3 quotes and TCA Solar was the best I had used Simon before at my house back in 2013. So I phoned Si up and Lee came and measured up and Si came back with a good price.Lee did a very good job and it was nice and tidy. We had the MCS inspector to look at the job and it was five stars, Do not forget about Tammy as well who does all the back ground work. Every body works as a team

We had great advice prior to our install which set our mind at ease that this company knew exactly what we needed which is why we chose them. The install was quick and hassle free with no holdups or issues. The installers were clean, tidy, professional and polite. An excellent company to deal with from…

An excellent company to deal with from the owners to the installers. The installation took 2 days and apart from cheaper electricity you would not know they had installed the panels. No mess was left and it was a real pleasure to enjoy an installation trouble free. I have since recommended this company to my son and work colleagues I would not do this if I felt any chance they would not deliver the same excellent service we enjoyed. Hats off to Simon, Lee, Peter and the team.

Extremly satisfied

Very happy with the service they provided. They are lovely people to deal with, answering any queries we had promptly and professionally. The after service has also been great, they have monitored our system and tweaked it to our electric usage in order for us to get the best out of what we bought.
