Had a new boiler fitted this morning start early cleaned up after the work was finished . Show me how to work it. Will use again for all my future work

Company is professional and we had an miss-understanding however both myself and the company kept it professional and respectful and resolved the issue.

Metro eco did a fair bit of work on my property and I have to say they were first-class in every respect right from the quotation through to getting me the certificates. They made sure I was happy with everything and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Tom responded to my email request for a boiler service within 2 hours and said they would come out 2 days later, within a 2 hour time slot, which they did. Unfortunately, when the boiler was safety checked, the top of the boiler was leaking exhaust fumes from a worn gasket, which the engineer, Gavin, showed me on his analyser. Gavin contacted the office and within 10 minutes I had a phone call to say they had the part in stock, what the cost would be, and that they would attempt to call back later the same day, or the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see Gavin pull onto the drive less than 2 hours later. Within the hour he had replaced the gasket and shown me the faulty one. That's what I call service!

The time they came to do the first job at mine they were timely & effective. Professional & courteous. I look forward to the next times they come & be able to give comparable reviews. Well done MetroEco!

After looking on google for an electrician near me, I rang Mark and he was able to squeeze me in within an hour of the call. John and Billy were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure that the light fittings were placed to a good standard. They were very professional, polite and considerate. I would highly recommend using this company and especially having John and Billy complete your job.

If you're going to drive on the motorway, then get some lights on you're trailer. It is also illegal to travel towing in the outside lane. Reported to police.

Professional, competent service. All work carried out to a really good standard. Good communication, prompt attendance, great level of consultation and problem-solving. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

sub standard poorly trained staff, no pride in work ect, do not listen to customers views, sorry but this has to be said, so If you are reading this do yourself a favour and look elsewhere, you have been warned good luck, further information on request ps Google have excepted this as a true statement

I had an appointment with them for 13:00 pm they were meant to come do some work, the guy rang me and said he is running late that he is still on a job ,so I stepped out to go to the store he was half an hour late nothing got done and now they are sending me a bill stating I owe then £78.00 because they were there 13:00 on the dot and I was 30 minutes late which is all false as he was not there at the time stated as I've got all my evidence and camera log. They are very unprofessional and fraudulent and I would advice people to be very careful using their services. I give them one start cause at least the guy had the courtesy to ring me and said that he will be late but other wise I'd give them zero stars.
