Fantastic service from MB Solar I visited the showroom on Monday for advise about a problem I had with my inverter. Darren was very helpful and sent the electricians out that afternoon to check the system. At my request a new Inverter was ordered and fitted by Wednesday afternoon. A brilliant job very quickly and expertly done, would not hesitate to recommend MB Solar.

Having reached out to a number of well-known companies to supply and fit solar panels for me, and had the run around by them, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with MB Solar. They, from day one treated me a a human being and not just a cash cow!. Daz, Oli and electrician Anthony were amazing throughout. The fitting was ultra quick and efficient even in the awful weather that presented itself on day of fitting. Within 2 days it was fitted and working and even a slight hiccup that occurred was dealt with effectively. I'll certainly will be recommending MB Solar to friends and family. Also the price was brilliant, no hard sell presented itself, which was refreshing. Only one issue..... where is the Sun lol. Seriously 5 * plus to MB Solar.

Excellent from initial contact through site visit, installation and post installation support. Good communication and clear step by step guide to the process. After initial install had an EPS fitted which failed on a Friday afternoon with complete loss of power. Unfortunate, but things can go wrong sometimes. The electrician was out within an hour (in the rain and dark) and power restored. Problem was diagnosed on the Monday, a replacement inverter ordered (under warranty) and installed shortly thereafter. There are too many companies out there who are extremely responsive right up until the money is handed over and then suddenly become much harder to reach! If you are thinking of solar give Matt or Darren a call. They’re very approachable, customer focussed and not at all “salesy”.

I called MB Solar on Monday 22/12 after having been let down by another firm. Darren came the same afternoon, gave me an estimate, and started work immediately after New Year. I have to say it proved more difficult than he thought , as the panels on our house , which were fitted 10 years ago and which had not worked for sometime, were an old type. Despite the difficulties encountered, they persevered, during appalling weather and completed yesterday. They also put bird mesh in place. I was kept informed all the way and we now have a fully functioning system. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Some time ago, I installed an array of solar panels. They performed badly because I now know that they were wired up incorrectly. We were finding that all of the electricity that we were generating was being exported to the grid and we were not being paid for it. Furthermore, it even discharged my storage batteries to the grid. Repeated complaints were made to the installer who had had his money and responded with "the solar panels are performing as expected." We had many people promise to come and view the panels but no-one came. My son approached Matt and Darren at MB Solar who were extremely helpful and came out at no charge because they want people to have a good experience with solar. I have turned over the running of my solar system to MB Solar and their communication is excellent with follow up phone calls and visits. I have found MB Solar to be trustworthy and will answer all your questions and they are ready to go the extra mile. To conclude, I am only giving them 5 stars because I can't give them more! If I could, I would. I have every confidence in them and highly recommend them. Arthur Cheadle.

These guys are great. I called them on the off chance they could help with my faulty inverter and they come round to check the system and diagnose the issue. New inverter ordered and fitted and I can’t praise them high enough . Matt and Darren are genuinely good guys, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
