We are beyond happy with the service we have received from Love Solar. From the original contact and getting to know our needs and budget, to installation and connection it has been a good journey. All the personnel we dealt with were fantastic, especially Tom who did the final connection and clearly explained how to use the app. Whenever he was unsure about how we wanted the infrastructure he would check to make sure we knew the pros and cons of each option. Really thorough service throughout and very reasonable. Thank you.

After having moved house locally, we were looking into a profitable PV system again. Love Solar installed the one on the previous property and we never had an issue with it, no maintenance needed, plain sailing so to speak. So it was a no-brainer to go with the same company again, especially as they are a very pleasant bunch to work with. What has changed are waiting times, I think mainly due to new governmental regulations which cause more administrative efforts, but Love Solar have tried their very best to limit the waiting. I highly recommend this Cumbrian company.

From initial contact through to completion of the installation it has been a very straightforward and painless process. The office took care of all the relevant paperwork and also sorted out the scaffolding on my behalf. Very pleased with the quality of installation and the team installing and commissioning were very pleasant indeed. Just need some sun now....

Nice folk but a very frustrating experience. Cost more than expected because initial surveys weren't careful enough. Nearly 3 months after our system was installed some aspects are still not complete and elements of it are not working properly. No response to emails or phone calls.

The best PV company in Cumbria. We are so glad we went with Love Solar for our PV install. A top class job, installed on schedule. Post install support is first class. It’s worth waiting for Love Solar to become available to do your install. Also I would recommend the Solfit panels, designed in-house. Highly recommended.

Ewen immediately understood our requirements, gave clear advice on what system would work best for our circumstances, and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. The installation team did a great job in testing weather, but completed the works without a fuss and were good in dealing with a few minor snagging issues. A great company, who I'd have no hesitation in recommending.

I'm trying to get info together for the extension I have planning permission for to see if it's viable to install solar panels. I received a quote but after asking some questions which I was invited to do, they don't bother getting back to you. Too busy with the easy work and not willing to put the thought in to help on less straightforward jobs I would guess.

Before having my domestic solar system fitted I obtained quotes from 3 different companies. After speaking at length with Ewan (the boss) & Chloe it soon became clear that the best all around package was undoubtedly the one offered by fellow Cumbrians Love Solar. The system i had fitted was a "no expense spared setup" and included 16 x LG panels (with bird protection), 5kw hybrid Inverter, 8.2kw storage battery, Emergancy backup circuits & hot water heating capacity. The price for everything was more than competetive! In short, I found this team of proffesionals fantastic people to deal with from start to finish and i am absolutely delighted with how the project came together both on the inside and the outside my home. Neat, tidy & efficient. 5 STARS......Highly recommended.

Love Solar have recently installed battery storage for me. Very pleased with the quality and tidiness of the work. The storage system is working very well and looking forward to more savings by switching to Agility tariffs.
