I learnt of Jonstar through a visit to an NEC Exhibition, from which Phil visited our home and quoted for a 17 solar panel installation with all necessary control equipment etc. We agreed the detail and all queries were answered. We placed the order and the installation started promptly once materials were on site. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with full cooperation with ourselves. Phil and Ben coordinated the work and came in to commission the system. The only glitch we had was the supply of the immersion heater controller which was delayed from the manufacturer. The system worked from day one and the missing part fitted as soon as it became available. We are one year on from commissioning and all running well and we are even getting money from the grid for the power we don't use whilst saving on the ever increasing price of energy by producing some of our energy need. Highly recommend Jonstar, their staff and contractors and the system they have installed for our benefit. Further to my installation review Jonstar continue to give support for trouble shooting. I recently had a problem with obtaining the monitoring information on the App. i contacted Phil and ultimately traced the problem to my faulty TP Link extender to the controls situated in our garage. Excellent after sales support service way after installation.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Advised me via phone & remotely helped me organise my panel layout & get 3 of my SolarEdge Optimisers working correctly again. Professional, helpful advice given. I'll definitely be using these guys for any upgrades or to recommend to friends for installations

I cannot praise this Company enough! Very rapid response to a problem caused by a Competitor to Jonstar. The solution was quickly identified and the problem solved to my complete satisfaction.

Fantastic service throughout the entire process. Was involved in each step of the design with clear and logical reasoning behind the what's and why's? Any industry jargon was explained and by the time we had agreed on the system I knew exactly what I was getting and how it was all going to work. Installation day was smooth and incredibly quick and I was kept fully informed at every stage. It;'s been quite a few years since I have had such outstanding service. I would throughly recommend Jonstar to anyone and would like to particularly thank Phil for his help, assistance and knowledge. Top marks guys
