End to end friendly and professional service

End to end friendly service, very professional and the job they have done is fantastic. As a former engineer I am very happy with the quality of work and can feel the difference in my home with my new insulation. Highly recommended

We had our loft insulated last week and we had excellent service. We had asked if we could have our loft emptied so that we could have a declutter. The team Sean, Chris and Martin worked so hard. Our loft was emptied with care and they worked non stop on the installation. They tidied up afterwards. My partner used a thermal imaging camera and the difference in heat retention was evident immediately. I cannot fault this process at all. Highly recommended.

Had my loft insulated by heatseal today, the three fitters were very clean, friendly men and arrived on time, the whole of the loft was insulated within 3 hours, i can not fault this company at all, highly recommended.

We had a great experience dealing with Heatseal Insulation . Their Salesman was prompt, polite, and well experienced in the role of measuring and assessing our attic requirements. Not pushy at all. It was completely finished on time. The following day ( they had an open appointment) and I accepted it. The Fitter was excellent/ tidy / and cleaned up after his work was done. He was very polite, and he even offered to vacuum the stairs and landing when he was done. COVERS WERE USED / on the stairs and landing also. No waste packaging was left for me to remove. You know we could feel the difference over the next few days seriously..... We even turned the boiler setting down, during the cold weather we just had, as the house felt warmer almost immediately. Workmen arrived on time and got stuck straight into the work, they were very polite and friendly and worked none stop until complete. They also put everything back in place and cleaned up very efficiently a joy to have them.

Satisfied with insulation installation

Heat seal super quilt insulation has been installed today( 03/09/25) Very satisfied with the installation- Sean and John completed the work efficiently and tidied up following the work- photos taken of the insulation and shown - 10 year warranty explained We are looking forward to our home being more energy efficient and eventual lower heating bills! Installing new insulation is a sizable investment in our house - but worth the cost. We recommend Heatseal insulation Sarah and Steve Moritz

Heat seal did a good and thorough job we were very pleased with the work that was done. We had not realised how out of date our previous insulation was & not aware that the moisture level was way higher than it should be the two men that did the job were very polite & informative of what they were doing & completed the job well.

Once all arranged for the work to be carried out , which went smoothly The workmen arrived on time to carry out the work professionally and officantly could not wish for a better pair thay put down protective sheets and tied up after the work was completed marks out of 10 10+

The installation team arrived on time and did the job in a quick and efficient manner and were very friendly.

The work was completed within a few days of ordering by a very friendly and courteous team that did an excellent job.

Has been a speedy process from enquiring about it and having the work done. Fitters arrived on time and were courteous and polite. Very little mess as well was a bonus. Hope now we'll see the benefits from the product from what the surveyor promised and hope to add a further post on it in the new year.

Great British product and Company

Excellent staff and service, from initial contact to installation. Raj was professional and respectfully and the guys doing the installation worked really hard in difficult conditions. My husband and I were impressed.

Gave my 76yr old mum a £720 quote for an hours work and on top of that wanted to add another £120 petrol money for 100 mile round trip, what a disgrace!!!!!! I suggest for people to steer clear of these rip off merchants....🤬.

From the time your representative came to speak to us she was very open and explained the costs the readings she took and what they meant. The two guys who came to do the job were on time did the job and cleaned up after the job was complete. All the people i dealt with were pleasant respectful.

Excellent Service Provided

Survey was arranged following a cold call but the findings were to be expected as my current loft insulation was so old. The product recommended was Super Quilt which l went with and l was able to check this out on the Web to see its a quality option to replace old fibre loft insulation. The installation was carried out extremely well with the minimum of hassle or mess ,it did take a good half day to do due to the loft being a good size. The lads who carried out the work never stopped .. they were courteous and polite ..tidy and helpful. It was a pleasure having them in my house to do the work . Overall l would recommend this company to carry out this work ..it can be done as a DIY project but as l have no one to carry out this level of work this was fitted quickly and smoothly. I am looking forward to those savings in Winter 2024 -25 & to not seeing my roof be one of the first houses to have any 'snow' fall melt away much quicker than others !!!!

Research Essential - cold call and aggressive tactics used by Heatseal

Heatseal cold call, my mistake in answering mobile when I expecting a call. The caller pointed out that it was a totally free inspection with no obligation. Hence booked a surveyor, who was friendly, chatty and complimentary at start. Opened loft hatch and took photograph with a quick look around. Result was that current loft insulation was poorly done and the insulation should be replaced after every 10 years or so. Then gave a ridiculous verbal quote then reduced it by 25%. Although, surveyor filled in paperwork none given to us. No real explanation of the product only saying it would sprayed between rafters by a professional team. Expected a yes answer on the spot, when told we couldn’t afford it, the surveyor became aggressive and condescending. Stated their product best on the market. Initially stated quote lasted for year, left no details. After departure, I conducted some research on the internet. Not all facts given were correct, a couple were which we can correct ourselves. After the result of this survey it left us feeling upset and angry. I would not recommend this company on its tactics alone, as I cannot judge the actual product as we have not seen it. Inadequate survey, no explanation of type of product used. Research is essential for this type of insulation, possible pitfalls can be disastrous if not done properly, a lot more technical details required prior to installing this type of insulation, more than just a quick look around. Surveyor expected a “yes” answer after 30 minutes of twaddle.

Amazing value and trustworthy

Very efficient,cost less than i thought. Boys that turned up were friendly and courteous. Cleared up after themselves and you wouldn't think they had been. 10 out of 10 from me and would definitely recommend. Haven't had the heating on in a week and has already saved me a fortune in heating.

loft insulation

Advice given on loft insulation, work offered on a financial discount but no response following the work. Told would be able to request follow up inspection, have also asked for written report but no response whatsoever. Update: Response now received and hopefully all will be resolved, hence the change from 1 to 4 star rating

A young man called “Eddie” surveyed my home he was Polite, friendly, really knew his stuff & explained why I needed a new damp proof course on my home in a way I completely understood! My home is so much warmer as a result of Heatseal Thank you so much for the good job !

Damproof Course

Cold called us then came round with a timber moisture meter to check external stone wall above damproof course and results showed damproof failed, recommended rods at over £2000. I had another firm round a day later and he had an app on his phone for moisture level, damproof course was ok. I would not recommend using this firm ,

SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company use aggressive sales techniques to target the elderly and vulnerable and offer a less than acceptable standard of work. If they had any integrity they would now be offering a full refund and compensation to those left in utter distress by their despicable actions.

You would never have known that they were here. Heatseal left no mess behind and our house is now so much warmer even without the heating on.

The surveyor answered all the questions we had and so, we were keen to give the team the go ahead on our loft. We were not disappointed!

We only got as far as having a surveyor

We only got as far as having a ‘surveyor’ to look at our house. The caller from Heatseal explained that the object of the visit was to look at heat loss from the property and leave a detailed report of the findings. There would be no sales pitch. The ‘surveyor’ merely had a moisture meter with him; he took readings of roof timbers and existing insulation and told us that the heatseal foam would reduce water content to zero…….! He did not leave any report and spent most of the two hours in the property trying to sell us the Heatseal product. You are not informed about any product beforehand so cannot do research before the visit. There is pressure to sign up as the reductions for age, medications, etc, ‘will end next week’.

Preying on the valuable

I think the way this company had talked my relative who has memory problems to sign up for thousands of pounds to have her wall insulated in June 2021 (and has had no benefit whatsoever a year later) the workmen came on a very wet day to do the work which for a start was a mistake ..and the window frames they painted were and absolute disgrace, a child at the age of 5 would have make a better job

Very clever conning people I shall get my son contact you as verbal your guys talked me into your services in make belive that you are gone do as you said but that didn't happen soon as I paid you guys you came next day done the job n never heard from you since I paid almost 4k for your work an now I can't even tell if you guys really did do check an for small business you guys are con small business charge big buck then no after care after spending so much money also you mentioned your staff leaving the company so didn't you guys have a handover check on customer no guess not that why most the number proved before my message on here are just answer phones

We’ll never know

Perhaps not a good time to write a review after you’ve been waiting for a Heatseal staff member to turn up for a 12-30pm appointment and no-one comes. Left it until 4-30pm before I rang the company. Got an answerphone but did get a call back . No apology. Only an explanation that because I hadn’t responded , allegedly, to three calls on Friday before the Monday appointment their policy is not to turn up? I have answerphone message facility on both my mobile and landline. No message left. “ Because no- one ever rings us back”! My Landline and mobile lists all calls whether missed or answered. No such calls recorded for that Friday on either device from them. No unrecognised numbers listed. Seems a strange way to run a business after you’ve made a successful but unsolicited call to set the appointment up with engineer name, ID and special security code but then randomly cancel and choose not to leave any messages when the opportunity arose. He thought his policy was correct and is very successful. I’m perplexed if I’m the only person this has ever happened to. He believes it’s a very successful way of doing business. I beg to differ on my call log evidence and wasted day waiting for a guy who was never going to turn up! I guess we’ll never know who’s right as I certainly won’t be left hanging a second time.

From survey to installation done in a week. Surveyor Mellissa was very knowledgeable and had an excellent customer rapport. Installers came within 24 hours of finalising my order and completed work efficently and in a timely manner. Overall I am very pleased with service I have been given and would give the whole experience 10 out of 10
