Jim and Al came and insulated three walls and plaster in my house. They were pleasant guys and did everything quickly. The standard looks fine, but I'm not claiming to be an expert. Overall happy at this point. Also thanks to the Labour government for funding this scheme. šŸ‘ŒšŸŽ„

Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The communication was okay. We were told when they were coming and at what time and you could track them as well a few niggly bits but they came out to sort most of them out. The only downside is that I have a small hole in the roof. The outside of my house looks like a chemical plant and the heat pump was not where we suggested there are a few old radiator pipes which are still sticking out of the wall and my electricity bill has gone through the roof. I have asked for an instruction manual of how to use the heat pump But still waiting

Absolutely appalling service. Insulation was meant to be completed within 3 days. Absolute lie. The work took 5 days and the 3 workers were there until 9.45pm which disrupted my 3 year old disabled son plus half of the street. The mess left behind was awful. Causing my son conjunctivitis which resulted in antibiotics. Now on to the work. Absolute shambles. Plastering is awful. Lumps an bumps everywhere. Visible plaster board lines. Then my blinds ruined isnt the word. Apparently they said they were in disrepair when they taken them down. This is not the case. Beads were taken off the blinds due to them being a choking hazard to my son. Was offered £150 as a gesture of good will. Which is shocking after the mess that was left. Further action has been taken but yet to here a response

KEEP AWAY! THEY HAVE LEFT TWO 86 & 87 YEAR OLD FARMERS IN THE COLD FOR WINTER A terrible company. 5 months of sitting on application. Then without warning they pull the plug. ASKED THEM TO GIVE SITE REPORTS OF PROPERTIES SO OTHER COMPANIES CAN DO INSTALL. THEY REFUSE LEAVING TWO MEN IN THE COLD! HORRENDOUS. NO DATA PROTECTION FOR APPLICATIONS. Promises made and broken. Not a company anyone should be dealing with. I have all the communications from this company. I will be contacting the authorities with all the communications.

Terrible experience from start to finish, no discussion regarding battery options but then told to change the inverter was £400 that's without any batteries. The install was one mess after another, they clearly don't understand housekeeping or how to use a dustpan and brush or a vacuum cleaner. Potentially dangerous electrical connection or lack of, as an earth cable was just pushed into a hole in the wall. Thermostats on the water cylinder were incorrect. Water through the lounge ceiling, whilst they repainted the walls the ceiling remains untouched. Poor/lack of communication from their office expecting their customer to be psychic. You should Avoid this company if you expect a professional and safe installation.

Oh god where to start. Firstly I admit our house isn’t clean. We have 9 dogs 5 cats and live in the country. I have a debilitating illness and a severe dust allergy. I apologised to the insulation chaps and they were absolutely fine. Covered everything with dust sheets and covered the stairs in plastic. I was told absolutely nothing about what had been approved so had no idea what was being done. Thought the loft insulation was just the loft but when they arrived they said because of the roof slope the bedroom walls would have to be insulated internally. To be honest I should have just said no then and cancelled the whole thing. Their work was a good standard but I’ve now lost around 6 inches of floor space in each room. So far, rather upset not to know the extent of the work but ok. The wall cavity insulation guys were there for about a day and an half and went. Then at lunchtime an inspector arrived and was meant to do a pre, mid and end inspection and check paperwork. Theyd gone! He was horrified. The loft installers didn’t have any paperwork or id either. Again the inspector was not impressed. Next the plumbers. Had to be directed in because they couldn’t find me. Ok some companies with old sat navs struggle but as I’m pretty much at home all day I shop online constantly and no one else has a problem. They were slightly grumpy when they arrived because they couldn’t find my house and had been driving around (sub contractors - so not tracked by eco providers ). And were very negative about eco providers. Ok. They arrived with no plans or worksheet Then they descend. I retreat and leave them to it. I come back in at lunchtime to find not a single dust sheet in use and they’ve removed my lovely chrome towel rail in the downstairs loo and replaced with a hideous half the size white rad leaving the old fixing holes really visible and in coloured tiles that I’ll never match with filler or be able to replace. To say I was horrified was an understatement. I wasn’t told at any stage of this and then knew the same fate would happen to the full height one in the bathroom. I ran out to the contractors and said what have you done (plus another few choice words I’m afraid). Response from them we were told to replace everything so we are. End of. Our house was a carcass 10 years ago and we lovingly brought it back to life with oak floors and doors, solid oak kitchen, blue aga etc. Then the electricians All I can say is that I wish I had never had the work done. The upheaval and disregard for my home was awful. I’ve never cried so much. And I’m a retired 59 year old company director who has dealt with contractors for over 30 years.

Jack and Ross arrived on time every day to install a complete central heating system in my 3 bed house. New boiler, radiators and all pipework in 2 days. I asked for a couple of changes (rad position) and they were done straight away. Firing up the boiler was smooth, no leaks and every rad hot! Tidied up after themselves at the end. Two very professional, hardworking and likeable guys.

Plasters great house left in a terrible mess total Disregard for our home damage to an outside building ran over our cat electrical problems many . Since having this work done our electric bills have increased from an average of £150 per month now average £500. Very little information given on the product and solar panels pretty much pointless unless you have a battery this was never discussed and since discovered the cost is aprox £7,000. The damp in the house was sorted out but the service and huge increase in bills no information about batteries is disappointing.

Can't thank the team enough. Right from the survey stage through to completion they have been great to deal with, from the office staff to the installation leads and the engineers themselves. They replaced our very old immersion tank and unsafe old gas heaters and installed loft insulation, a new boiler and several radiators. They also fitted 2 extractor fans for us which I didn't know they were doing so that was a bonus, too! Always kept me well informed and we're happy to answer any questions; if one person didn't know they'd find out from someone who did. Always left the house clean and tidy after the work. Thank you so much!

Sold us solar, heat pump and insulation and assured us it would be cheaper than our oil, they never did the insulation and its taken our bill from £275 a month for electric and oil to £600 a month electric. The heating system cant achieve a room temp of 22 degrees and strugles to maintain 21 degrees with our thermostat surrounded by 5 radiators within 1.5m. We agreed the position of our heat pump with surveyor and when installed it was not possible for it to go where surveyor said so its an eye sore bodged install with rags stuffed in holes in external walls and cemented in still with gaps that you could put 2 fingers in (pictures available as proof) we had one of there engineers out 6 weeks ago to do repairs again and he said the solar panels are not working all reportrd along with meter readings over a period of time proving the amount of money to operate this sytem and no call back no plan to fix and no regard for the personal problems this has caused. Its not a.nice feeling to be a hard working dad and husband and i can no longer keep my family warm without my log burner heating my livingroom but the rest of my house is unlivable. This company told a pack of lies to get us to sign up they bodged our install missed out insulation and left and dont seem to have any intentions on correcting these problems totally ruined our property. Not to be trusted and currently dealing with MP AND MSP

I would not recommend EcoProviders to anyone. If I had a choice, I wouldn't have used them. Ultimately, no care or respect for the customer & definitely not for their home. If you find you have 'Jacks team' as your plumbers.... then ask for another! Firstly, they installed the water tank the wrong way around. These are plumbers!? So no hot water for a couple more weeks until they could send someone to dismantle & do it properly. Jacks' team also came with a lot of damage and complete disrespect. They treated my home like a worksite. Complete with loud music all day. First thing they did was to chuck their tools onto my plants outside. There was damage to walls, doors, new carpet, new furniture. Didn't cover my bed as they said, except with my bedroom door & tools etc. I still have no access to my loft due to broken loft ladders, which I can't replace, and shouldn't have to! I had no water that day, so told them I would be using the local shop toilet as i didn't want stale pee left in my toilet for the day. And what was there to greet me, visible for all to see & smell in the hallway, when I got back? Seems all 4 had used the toilet And peed all over the floor! Complete with black handprints all over the toilet of course. I hate to think how they treat someone who doesn't have a rare illness & poor immune system. I actually cried when they left. I wouldn't wish them on anyone. As for the actual system, it's incredibly noisy, & I'm not talking about the pump outside. Internally I have screeching, clicking & banging. So much so, that it has scared me a couple of times & I've turned the temp down/off, thinking something was about to blow. The thermostat was screwed to the wall in the warmest spot in the house. I've had to remove it and patch up the wall. Despite saying I could have a smart thermostat, they don't provide one. I've been told to carry it around the house with me! I look forward to trying that with my EDS hands when I'm next on crutches. The radiators with their intelligent 'radbots' are useless. I spend most of my evenings in the lounge, chilly and having to keep getting up switching the radiator back on. And yes the heating is still on & the thermostat in another room. They've just been pulled up on a no safety stickers on any equipment and no schematic on the system should an emergency occur. These are but a few issues. No info supplied on the system, no aftercare, no idea when this system needs to be serviced and by whome. There's no point responding as you have other reviews, especially when my issues have been raised. Simply no care, no communication, no respect. But I will say this... it's not a worksite, it's my home and there's a person here!

I have been diagnosed with issues due to which I find it difficult to socialise, I don’t like strange people in my home so having trades people was very difficult. The manager I think his name was Michael and another member of staff Jayne explained the process and settled my anxiety a bit. When the workmen came to do the insulation, they were brilliant and cleared up after they left. I could leave them in a room to carry on with their work. They were polite. I even left them one whole day to do the work. I was very happy with their work. When the boiler people came they were quick and efficient. The only thing that had happened was that the electrician hasn’t come to connect the temperature control but everything has been fine. But overall these people are very trustworthy.

I had nothing but problems from start to finish and the state of the house when work was compete was a joke. Not cleaning up properly, not finishing work, dust everywhere and my house was literally turned upside down. Workman walking in and out with dirty boots even in heavy rain. Workmen not returning and being left days. Lots of mess and rubble left in the garden too. Obviously grateful for getting the system installed however it was such a stressful ordeal and if they took more care and respect of my house may have scored more. I was told at the beginning you will not even know they’ve been as they always clean up. Definitely not the situation. Very disappointing.

I recently had my Air source heat pump fitted service by Eco Providers, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I qualified and I was booked in for it to be installed to the booking and to the day of the installation, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and care. Jill, from the booking team, provided excellent communication throughout the process, ensuring that all my queries were addressed promptly. When the day of the installation arrived, Kevin, the engineer, arrived at my home and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. Kevin meticulously carried out a thorough service and inspection, leaving no stone unturned. He took the time to explain each step of the process to me, ensuring that I understood how to optimize the performance of my ASHP system. I'm not the best at remembering to give reviews but my experience with Eco Providers has impressed me so much I'm not forgetting this time! My whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional. Each and every person I have dealt with throughout the whole process both on the phone and in person has been has been helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the workmanship has been too quality and the installers were very clean and tidy which made me happy too. I was anticipating it to be quite a stressful time whilst the work was carried out but this just wasn't the case and I thank the whole team so much for this. To sum up- an amazing service from an amazing team if people. Well done Eco Providers and thank you once again. I'll definitely recommend you to my friends.

Highly Recommended! I recently used Eco Providers UK for the installation of internal wall insulation and gas central heating, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was excellent. The teams that carried out the work were not only friendly but also displayed a high level of professionalism and skill. Throughout the project, I was kept well informed and received updates at each stage. I would like to specifically mention Jill from the office, who was extremely helpful. I also want to give a special shout-out to Brett and Liam, who faced a challenging installation due to limited access below the floors. However, they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests regarding the positioning of the boiler and the feed to the mixer shower.
