Ben installed the Hypervolt pro 3 on my property so that I can charge my electrical car. At first, I didn't understand how it all worked, but Ben put me ease and explained the whole process. Showed me how the equipment works, how to save money on certain charge times etc. I could not be more happy with the service. Thank you very much Ben & Team.

My EV charger gave up the ghost 1 week ago (after 4 years of loyal service). I ordered a replacement from the manufacturer on Monday and got it on Tuesday. I contacted Ben to ask when he could fits us in and install the new one. The answer was Saturday pm. It has just been installed and commissioned by 2 young engineers from Ben's team. I contacted Ben after being let down by others. I should have gone to him first. He was very helpful, always responded promptly to my many questions and genuinely willing to go that extra mile. Very few tradespeople nowadays give the level of service Ben and his team provided. I had two solar batteries fitted to my existing PV system. The Installation was carried out as planned, on time, on budget and very neatly installed alongside my other equipment. Post Instsllation, Ben was on hand to assist with another issue I came across with my existing equipment, which he didn't have to do. Used Ben Energy to have a Zappi EV charging unit installed on our property. The work was excellent and the communication throughout was first rate. Very highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again for any electrical work. When there were problems (due to distance between the EV charging unit and the meter box) they came out to help fix things immediately and ensure everything was working correctly. Very happy with the work.

I had an issue with my central heating not turning off no matter what I did and I was at my wits end this morning, so I found Ben's details and sent him a message. He came back to me within 40 or so minutes to come around the same day to solve the issue. He was prompt in all communication, gave an ETA for general arrival time as he knew I worked from home. He and his colleague were really kind, friendly and knowledgeable and were talking me through the process and signs to look for in case of similar issues in the future. I also loved that I could just pay on a card machine rather than mucking about with invoices and bank transfers. Everything has been fixed within an hour and I now have a normal working heating just in time for snow and winter. Frankly I'm amazed it was all same day, I'm used to waiting weeks for help. Just had a EV charger fitted by Ben Energy Electrical Services. It was a very prompt and professional service. Great advice given and any questions answered. Clear instructions on how to set up the app for using it too. Will definitely be recommending for anyone needing electrical work.

Absolutely amazing company. I rang Ben one evening and he asked me to send a video of the oven make and sockets etc as it was an oven installation. He got back to me immediately with a quote, came round the next morning to have a look. Then he managed to fit me in within a couple of days even though he is so busy. He likes black tea with the teabag left in by the way. Kindness and hospitality goes a long way. Thank you Ben !

There was an issue with contacting Ben via his the website (resolved now) but on calling Ben he quickly came to the house to survey what I needed (already had solar panels, I was adding a battery). Within a couple of days a quotation was submitted, and accepted. A few days later a battery was delivered (rolled into the garage where it was to be fitted) and a couple of days later the battery was installed. A very neat and quick job. A few software issues became apparent but with the help of a friend (he recommended Ben to me) they were resolved and now my electricity charges have plummeted (don’t mention Standing Charges - now more than the electricity ☹️). No hesitation in recommending Ben Energy

I contacted Ben to get another quote for comparison against a national company's quote. Ben's quote was cheaper and provided a much improved system that maximises and future proofs my energy needs. Ben took his time explaining all the options and the technicalities in very clear and understandable language. He made it very clear that the battery and inverter could be located on an outside wall of the house. The installation was efficient and his team worked were polite and hard working. I am very pleased with the final result and we haven't imported electricity since the system was fully commissioned. I would strongly recommend getting a quote and meeting Ben.

From start to finish, Ben and his team proved themselves to be consummate professionals, making what could have been a complex and time consuming process, manageable and stress-free. We had solar panels fitted onto our retail premises and obtained quotations from a number of providers. Ben Energy was highly competitive on price and also went out of their way to respond to any queries in a timely and efficient manner. Where we needed adjustments or alterations to the plan, the team was happy to oblige. They were also able to manage the install in a way that caused minimal disruption to our business, despite this being quite a hefty job. Ben was great from start to finish. His prices were very reasonable, he was also very friendly to work with. Ben responded and carried out the work in a timely and prompt fashion. He installed spotlights for us and did the job very neatly considering our future plans for the space. He spoke us through future considerations for the electrical systems in our house too. We had a family emergency and Ben was amenable in waiting to hear back from us and also offered to come back to fit the dimmers which we couldn’t get in time!
