Je & Aden came to my house today to put in a new front door & shave the bottom of 3 of my doors as they wouldn't close,they were so clean & efficient & made sure everything was done perfectly. They did a wonderful job & left the place spotless.. so thank you guys it was wonderful to meet you both .

Enquired about a solar panel and heat pump installation and Stuart was knowledgeable and pleasant enough on the phone and we had arranged for a survey to be a carried out. This was far as I could tell went without a hitch. Was told to expect a quote a few weeks later but it never materialised. Tried to follow up several times but Stuart was never available and I never received a call back each time. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

The Warm Front team was responsive and helpful in pre-installation conversations, and effective and communicative during installation. The result is a better insulated and less noisy house. Thank you. We can recommend to others.

Poor service

Booked to have cavity wall insulation fitted. Surveyor visited and said we can do it so booked. Two days before install got told job would be difficult and most likely not possible. Poor service.

The contract was to upgrade an existing solar energy installation by adding two more panels and a storage battery. The company had problems with delays in procuring the materials, but once everything was in place, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by a hard-working team who were friendly and accommodating. In the end, the bill was exactly the same price as was quoted. All together a good job and I would recommend them.

I am happy to give Warm Front first full 5-star review here. I had cavity wall insulation fitted recently. Two fitters, no nonsense work, fast, clean, very polite and not a piece of debris left around when they've finished. Outstanding work. Very happy to recommend those guys...

Initial problems getting the job done because of they were having technical problems , I needed cavity wall insulation But they fitted me in at very short notice , the lads turned up on time and did a quick and efficient job And cleaned up after, great job

Very good

The company installed insulation in two areas of my house. One area was an existing, walk-in loft room (which we used for storage and wanted to convert into a bathroom) - and I was advised (by the surveyor) the insulation should be put under the floorboards. Relying on their advice I paid extra for the floorboards to be removed. The insulation was laid down fine, but only later did they inform me that if I wanted to re-instal the floorboards, I would have to raise the floor level, which would mean a step into the room and re-fitting the door. I complained about this, but the only reply was "there was nothing on the notes" and "don't compress the insulation". So now I have an un-usable room and have no choice but to remove a layer of insulation and re-fit the floorboards, meaning this whole exercise has been a costly waste of time. Poor advice, poor customer service - they basically installed the wrong thing to get the Green Home payment.

Promised phone call..never came...waiting to hear from them stilk...after a week. Not impressed.
