From initial enquiry through to final installation, Baskett Electrical have been a pleasure to deal with. Their quote for a EV charger was prompt and competitive and subsequent communication with the office highly efficient. Their installer (in our case Dylan) was knowledgeable, helpful and a very nice man. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team recently fitted a solar panel system, battery and car charger on our house. They where brilliant from start to finish. They advised on the best setup, the fitting was done very efficiently and then they have been great following up with a couple of minor issues that have now been sorted. Very happy with teh job.

Apologies for the delay in leaving this review — I genuinely thought I’d already done it! Sam and his colleague at Baskett Electrical Ltd did a fantastic job fitting a new consumer unit and thoroughly testing the electrics throughout the whole property. Both were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was carried out to a high standard, everything was explained clearly, and the place was left tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work.

After getting several quotes, Baskett Electrical were recomended to us. Sam came out and carried out a thorough survey, answered all my questions without putting down the equipment other quotes had included, others did. We were sent a thorough report with several options which we had discussed. No extras everything was included. We discussed some fine tuning and went with Sam’s recommendation’s. All the applications etc were taken care of swiftly. We were kept up to date throughout. Scaffolding arrived the day before installation and was removed the next working day after completion. The team turned up promptly each day worked hard and obviously cared about the neatness of the finished work. When everything was completed without a hitch and we were all connected a full explanation of the system was given. It looks good, most of all it works wonderfully, even in this weather we have had days with barely no drain on the grid, just using the solar from the batteries. Even if you have quotes already, call Baskett Electrical we cannot speak highly enough of Sam, Matt and the team. Professional from start to finish and very competitively priced for a top system.

I recently had an EV Charger fitted by Basket Electrical. I am very pleased with the Installation. Bradley Delt with all aspects from quotation, installation to commissioning. He listened to my request to conceal the cable from the consumer unit to the charger. He ran it through the roof space rather than on exterior walls. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have a detached garage (away from my property) that had no power supply but I wanted to fit an EV charger, so not an easy job! I now have power to the garage, an EV charger, lights, sockets and WiFi access. The team were really friendly and they did an incredible job - I couldn’t have asked for more! Would highly recommend them.

Great customer service from everyone at Baskett from start to finish (and beyond) of my EV charger installation. From Charlotte in the office to Jack who did the installation, and is still helping with getting it connected with our energy supplier, communication has been great. Highly recommended and will be using them again if I need any electrical work doing in future.

Baskett Electrical carried out an EICR, for a property we were purchasing, they were very flexible around our sellers diary. Report was produced quickly and clearly and remedial work for new consumer unit booked in smoothly. During fitment, Jack was on time, polite and very tidy, took time to explain everything he'd done. Another great job done by Baskett Electrical, the onsite team were friendly, courteous and hardworking. They worked continuously each day with little disruption to our electric supply allowing me to work from home. At the end of each day they cleaned up leaving no trace and the routing of cables and isolators were discussed by the engineers making the installation go unnoticed in my home. I would like to commend Charlotte for the excellent communication throughout, Connor, Matt, Ben and the very nice apprentice Dillon for all your hard work, it was a pleasure meeting you and helping me to move along the process of refurbing of my home.

We needed a good reliable electrician to help us solve a voltage problem with our off grid set up. I came across Baskett Electrical and dropped them an email. Right from the start they were helpful and responsive. The guys that came out Jack and Connor were lovely explaining everything they were doing and why. They pulled in other colleagues to support via their office and on video calls. Nothing was too much for them. I was told we will find out what the problem is and that's exactly what they did. Our electrics are all now working as they should be and we now have hot water and heating. I would like to say a massive thank you not only to Jack and Connor but also to the rest of the team in the background who also supported in solving the problem. I would without a doubt recommend this company if you are in need of a good decent upfront company who will do their best to solve your electrical problems. Thank you all.

Sam visited and explained clearly what the job entailed and gave good suggestions of how to hide the cabling. On the day of the job the electricians who visited were very good and left the area tidy. There were a couple of teething issues with the lights as Sam explained that these were new lights that he hadn’t used before. He sorted them and they are perfect now as you can see from the pictures. Overall an excellent job and would highly recommend them.

A pleasant experience from start to finish. Sam is very thorough and fair in his estimate preparation. The office were excellent to deal with - extremely quick to respond and always very helpful. Used baskett to fit EV charger at my new build property, they were competitively priced and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately they had to come back as we had no internet to finish the set up. Internet took 3 weeks they were patient and understanding waiting to be paid until the job was completed I met 3 different members of the team all of whom were lovely polite and knowledgeable Definitely recommended

I used Baskett Electrical to S/F my EV charger. Jack came to visit and gave me a acceptable price, he was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on the best charger for my needs. Connor came to fit and commission my new charger, he made a very neat job with no wires showing at all. No need for redecorating after. All in all a very quick turn around. I'm very pleased with this company.

Sam and the Team did a great install in 2 phases, 1st was a EV Charger and 2nd was a full Solar with Battery and Inverter, we are now proud owners of a My Energy Eco System, we total recommend Sam and the team, we bought local and the results are amazing.
