Engineer arrived on time, was polite, very thorough, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and my neighbours questions ( he came as I asked him to as I’m a widow) The Man who replaced my solar inverter, was polite, took all the rubbish back with him, so I did have to dispose of it. Paying was easy.Would definitely recommend Solar -panels-London -uk

Both the solar panel installer and batterie installers had gone bust. with the new government laws i was not getting my fit payments until i had completed the documents. I had to pay but they took on the responsibility and helped me out. thank you

A very pleasant experience

Mark, the assessor is very polite, not at all 'pushy' & explained clearly the process & requirements. The installation did not go quite as smoothly as hoped due to staffing shortages but Marcus resolved the problem & kept me informed throughout. the installation was completed with minimal disruption and no mess. I got the impression the the whole company had my best interests at heart. All in all a very pleasant experience at a reasonable price & would recommend Solar Panels - London to anyone

I rang with an issue with my batteries. After an initial delay, Ana organised for Marcus to do a home visit within an hour. He sorted the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent service, I will use them again

Above all Mark was excellent

Above all Mark was excellent with his help and wide knowledge. Nick was friendly and helpful cleaning the panels and the guy who installed everything was courteous and quick. I cannot find fault (except an incorrect submission of the reading of the old meter - though this was covered by a photograph).

A trustworthy solar panel company at last!

I am a retired pensioner, living in South Wales in a small 2-bedroomed terraced house.. My solar panels were installed in November 2015, then replaced in December 2015, immediately before the government grant scheme in place at that time ceased. The initial installation was awful, with damage to my roof and panels not fitted properly. The company responsible went bust within a short period afterwards. I received about 10 contacts during the next 2 years from London - based businesses trying to sell me upgrades, maintenance contracts, etc etc . After a break of several years I recently had a call from Solar Panels London, offering to inspect my installation and give me ongoing product support. Promises, promises I thought, heard it all before... Anyway, SPL's technician Mark arrived at my home last week and within ten minutes he had convinced me in very simple terms that my system needed upgrading urgently - my inverter had been installed incorrectly, it was under-specified and overheating as a result. I had no idea that system failure was imminent, plus it was working at reduced levels and costing me reduced payments as a result. He gave me enough information to not only gain my trust in Solar Panels London's credibility but also to make a decision and purchase a new improved Inverter off the shelf from them. This has been duly supplied and fitted today, less than a week later. I'm very impressed with the competence of SLP's employees right from Director- level through Customer Service and to the actual Job Completion. There is an enormous legacy of corruption and cowboy operators over the last 10 - 15 years in the solar panel industry, and I sincerely hope that Solar Panels London can continue to offer high levels of performance in all the areas I have mentioned - they deserve to succeed. So it's 100% satisfaction and thanks from me.

Great sales experience

Just wanted to write a review especially for ther employee Joze Valencia. A young man who is very knowledgeable about solar set ups, and also has a really down to earth approach with his customers. Buying a solar system can be a daunting task as its a product I haven't ever really considered previously but Joze was more than happy to come and inspect my property and advise on the best solution for me. He spent time explaining the types of systems and answered all my concerns. He was also always at hand replying to my email and WhatsApp messages even out of hours. It's like buying from a trusted friend and his final design was perfectly tailored for me, with potential for future expansion too.

I can't fault this company

I can't fault this company. It is so refreshing to speak to someone who explains everything and isn't being pushy. Whilst getting my panels cleaned the lad noticed that the panels had clips missing and could have fallen at any time. He showed me the photo proving this and moved thd panel so that I could see how loose it was. This was an accident waitung to happen. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone. Maria in Bradford

Excellent service

I wasn't really sure what to expect given I'd been let down previously, however from the moment I met the assessor who was thorough in his assessment spending time explaining what was needed to the work being completed was seemless. The company were very helpful and supportive given that I am elderly and naturally apprehensive at times. I'm really grateful that my solar panels have now been cleaned and some other essential work carried out which now improves efficiency- thank you.

It's always great trusting a family firm! Mark and Marcus were very professional and educational. I had a system installed very neatly and with no hassle. Any issues/setbacks were dealt with swiftly. I would highly recommend it!
