From start to finish, the project & installation was well managed. Clear explanation of the system’s design & capabilities provided. Installation was completed by two experienced electrical engineers. Workmanship to the highest level, clearly taking a pride in their work. It’s not often I would praise so highly, but the whole team are deserving of the 5-star feedback. Would recommend to all. ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had the pleasure of dealing with the team from Eco. Everyone was very professional, lovely and friendly. Kept us up to date with everything that was happening from the survey to costings to installation. Took time to explain how everything worked and left everything clean and tidy. Just got my Solar panels and batteries installed and I couldn't have asked for anyone or anything better. I had a few quotes done but I went with Eco Power Innovations. Mainly dealt with Cara over email or the phone and Alex did the electrics. Helpful, professional, quick and friendly. Hope to steal Alex for other electrical work in the future.

Outstanding customer service. I needed my MCS certificate amended 10+ years after my solar panels were installed. Called them up, got straight through to a real person who dealt with it, got a call back within 30mins and they sorted it there and then.

I would like to record how very please I am with the level of customer service I have received recently from Eco Power Innovations Ltd. for the supply of the solar PV installation at my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco Power Innovations Ltd. for solar PV installations for quality of service before, during and after installation. At no time did I feel under sales pressure nor did I feel I was being up-sold items I didn't need. If you are considering solar PV panels try Eco Power Innovations Ltd. you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic products and service. Highly recommend!!!! I researched numerous companies prior to getting 9 in-roof solar panels with batteries and i-boost. Eco Power Innov. excelled at each step of the process. Firstly Gordon came out, actually went up on the roof and gave in-depth, specific advice as to best options for us. (Several other companies gave us wrong advice via google map quotes whereas Gordon's recommendations were consistent and correct throughout). He was also happy to talk pros and cons of the different product options. Cara then emailed a breakdown of several pricing options. Install team were great (i was at work but super tidy and efficient job). Alex the electrician was brilliant. Detailed explanation of the install, very tidy job, polite and incredibly helpful. Clearly an expert at solar installation. The post-installation customer service has been brilliant too. All warranty and MPAN documents etc received. If I can find space for more solar panels I would 100% use again. Highly recommend.

ECO Power Innovations. Pre Selection After doing some fact finding and research on Solar Panels and Costs I agreed with 5 Installers to provide me with information that would allow me to select Panels for our home . Three companies done this remotely and two with a home visit . Four of the five were all professional about there interaction with us . The other was like an old fashioned hard sales person . Out of all the companies we found ECO Power Innovations the best . Gordon arrived at our house and listened to our needs and discussed possible system size Discussions included , our current energy consumption , types of panels and efficiency, inverters, duration of installation, guarantees, warranties, total costs , savings, payback, company approved accreditation approval for installation. Gordon explained all at level that was understandable in a helpful and professional manner. Installation The installation went ahead on time and carried out by two trades personnel who explained before hand what they would be doing . There was no issues with the panel installation and work was carried out in professional and safe manner leaving the area in a very tidy manner . The electrical work was carried in a similar professional way . Installer explained in detail what he would be doing and how long it would take , this including the installation of the inverter. Absolutely no issues. At the end of the installation it was explained to us the use of the inverter and new meter / cables etc and Solar App. Again our home was left in a very tidy and clean manner . All three trades performed there work with pride and with great care . Performance Since the installation the performance of the system has exceeded our expectations and this during a very dull month of August . Great savings have been made . Post Customer Support has been terrific. Cara in the office has been very helpful with setting up and further explanation of the App. The whole experience working with EVO Power Innovations has been excellent and stress free . We can thoroughly recommend them .

Excellent support all the way through the process. From discussing the design and specification, right through the installation of panels / inverters and then commissioning and handover the service was brilliant. The team were highly responsive, always swiftly acknowledging communications. And, where the response would take a wee bit longer, letting us know the timescales. Cannot recommend Eco Power Innovations Ltd. highly enough.

The customer service we have experienced with EcoPower Innovations has been second to none. They were the first company in to meet us and quote for fitting solar panels, and the benchmark set was such that no other company were able to equal or exceed. We especially appreciated the friendly, efficient and honest advice and communication, loaded with nothing but integrity. Not only would we not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family…our neighbors already have their contact details from us!!

Great service by Gordan who gave enough information to make an informed decision without any pressure to buy (he even suggested I get less panels as I wouldn't need them all). The install went as planned and Alex the Electrician did a fantastic job making sure the wires ran neat and discretely throughout the property (both internally and externally). Cara was really helpful making time to talk through the App and make sure I get the best from my panels and battery. She also made sure that I had all the paperwork required to export the excess power without being asked to do so. Had a great experience with Eco Power and am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a solar panel and battery installation. The team were quick and friendly and worked well. Panel fitters worked with speed and skill. The electrician was careful and detailed in his work. I was particularly impressed with the care taken in planning the installation right at the start. As a result we got more panels fitter than the other companies who gave estimates suggested we could get. Our battery system is also easily expanded. Eco Power was the lowest priced of the three estimated we got but their work was first class. Very happy! Lovely watching the green lights showing the power storing up!

Very pleased with the work done by Eco Power Innovations. The quote was very competitive and clearly explained. One reason I chose to go with this company was through the recommendation of friend who knows a great deal more than me about solar power, and who chose this company to do his panels. Also he, like me, has a slate roof, which I had always imagined made it more challenging to successfully attach solar panels. The work went very smoothly. One day for the panels to be installed and two days for the battery and inverter. The tradesmen were very professional but at the same time down to earth, friendly and willing to take time to answer any questions I or my wife had. The "Solis App" was straight forward to download. It provides information on the what is happening with the electricity being generated. Cara in the office has also been very helpful organising the installation, answering questions and sending out a link to Scottish Power to get the installation officially connected to the grid (I presume so we can get paid for the electricity we are exporting).

One of the key factors I used in chosing ECO Power Innovations for my solar/battery installation was the highly-rated customer reviews that they received. Having just completed my installation I have been delighted with my decison. The service they provided from initial survey to installation complete was very professional. Gordon came to my property and was the only person who accurately measured my roof to see how many panels we could install, while other companies used Google maps to estimate this. He also talked through the route of the wiring from the attic to my garage so I was in no doubt of the design that he was proposing, and any constraints. This was superior to other companies I asked to quote. Cara program managed the project extremely well, and was able to answer my numerous stupid questions, especially when I had the added complication of living in a conservation area and need G99 and planning approval. Everything went to schedule and the communciation was excellent. The installation team were very professional. Iain and Steven installed the panels in a day, and Alex did a superb job in clipping every cable, labelling where appropriate and instructing me on how to use the system. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending ECO Power Innovation.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Eco Power Innovations Ltd during a recent installation of a 4.9kW solar panel system. The initial design advice provided by Gordon was first rate and the subsequent work carried out by the roofing and electrical teams was excellent... real attention to detail. In particular, the commissioning of the system and explanation of how to monitor the system using the SolisCloud mobile app was really helpful with plenty of time spent explaining it in simple to understand language. The job was competitively priced and completed on time with minimum fuss. Communication throughout the process was also excellent, despite requiring a Planning Application due to the property being located in a conservation area. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering installing solar panels and will be passing their details on to friends and family.

Eco Power Innovations installed a 5kW solar panel system and 7.1kWh battery storage system at my house. They came out and inspected the property and discussed possible options and sizes available. I found that they were very prompt and responsive in communicating with me when there were delays due to supply issues which were not their fault. The quality of the work is very good and tidy and took place over 2 separate days. Overall, I would recommend them if you are planning to install solar panels or battery storage.

I have recently moved to Scotland from England. Having had Solar at my English address, one of the first tasks was to get Solar fitted here in Scotland. I found that Eco Power Innovations responded very quickly to my inquiry. The work was carried out by a very good, professional and efficient team of installers.
