Had 7rad's changed and new boiler fitted the service before during and after was second to none honest fast and helpful service and polite staff has for the engineers who removed old and fitted new Math and Ella they were friendly, polite, respectful, very clean and tidy they also moved furniture, bed, etc and put it back exactly as it was for the time it took to complete 90% in the first day and a couple of hours the following morning yet never looked rushed and had all the time in the world to answer or explain any questions I had. their quality of workmanship is outstanding did everything above and beyond can't find a fault in Zing Energy or the engineers who represents them I will highly recommend them

Having been seriously let down by another company we were very sceptical about starting the whole process again but Zing Energy came up trumps. They walked us through every step of the procedure from claiming the ECO4 funding to carrying out the work, keeping us well informed and being easily available to answer questions. From start to finish everything ran like clockwork - as one team finished the next one started, and within 4 weeks we had loft insulation and ventilation, internal wall insulation, new pipework and radiators throughout the house, solar panels on the roof and air pump heating installed. The men who came to do the work were without exception extremely capable, polite, respectful of our property and easy to communicate with. Yes there was disruption and we are left with a major redecorating project, but that was to be expected and already we can see some of the benefits to our property and hopefully will see even more on winter months. I have no hesitation in recommending Zing Energy - I just wish we had been aware of them when we first started with an application, it would have saved us from wasting time and becoming disillusioned!

Fantastic team, installed air source heat pump, solar panels and insulation in our 400 year old cottage, listened to us and fitted out of sight at the rear as our cottage is situated in a conservation area. Staff were friendly and efficient, only downside was the insulation team took weeks longer than quoted and kept unsocial hours. The rest of the team were amazing!

Amazing clean fast workmen very helpful polite and friendly people, they made sure we understood how to use the unit, as for the system, it’s awesome not as loud as I was expecting it to be🫶 not as expensive as I was expecting it be to run , so a win win situation for us indeed, would fully recommend this company anytime.

We have nothing but praise for Zing Energy. We were able to secure ECO4 funding and have had insulation on all outer walls and ceilings, solar panels, and an air heat source pump installed. The challenges of an old stone cottage were met heroically and it is now very snug and warm. All staff from reception to builders, electricians , engineers and plumbers were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Communication was excellent and response to problems arising very good. We are grateful for the support post installation and highly recommend Zing Energy.

Good communication throughout, all the work was completed to a very good standard and on time, we are happy with the heat pump and solar panels saving money on energy bills 👍

Just had solar panels, loft insulation, heat pump and major interior wall insulation. Cannot compliment all workmen high enough; hard working, tidying up afterwards, communication regarding what was happening next all brilliant. Office staff also great with regard to contact and their incredible patience when being asked multiple questions. Even praise for the couple who came to collect building rubble!. Only thing outstanding now is the certification so I can liaise with energy provider to reap benefits even further. All work completed within 8 working days and 1 further day for remedial work. 100% recommend

I was very pleased with Zing energy. They did a great job and helped organise the eco grants . The work was carried out quickly and professionally and we were kept up to date as the work progressed. Always helpful when i called , i would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of insulating their home.

My solar panels were fitted over two days by friendly, efficient workmen. I’m really pleased with the result & they are working well.

Shocking Service. Dissatisfied is an understatement. Do initial survey, take all your personal details and then months later you are still waiting for an installation to take place. Chase multiple times over the past few months and get the same old excuse, "awaiting PDF from council for funding". Then your texts are no longer delivered and your telephone number is blocked so you cannot contact the company to chase. What is going on? Is this a scam?

The team did an amazing job at mine’s: very fast, clean, polite, friendly and professional. I’m absolutely amazed by the work. It’s sincerely worthy.

We have just had the pleasure of one of Zing's teams carry out internal wall insulation in our 3 bed house. They worked extremely hard from the minute they arrived on Monday morning. Throughout the install they were courteous, informative, respectful and very polite. The quality their workmanship was 2nd to none. Thank you Michael, Chris, Tomaz and Mark for a job well done.

Just had a new boiler fitted by Zing and just have to praise the workmanship. The fitter was Stephen Medley from Cardiff and his apprentice who both wore facemask the whole time due to my being extremely vulnerable. I cannot thank the fitter enough he was a gentleman and an ambassador for this company. Thankyou Zing.

Excellent service from start to finish. New boiler installed professionally and everything tidied up afterwards. Extremely happy with installation and safety tests- especially after finding out how dangerous my existing boiler was - corroded and leaking gas! I would definitely recommend.

I had a door knock cold call from a Zing representative, very friendly and helpfull, until it came to the appointments made by him to conduct a survey for wall insulation. He asked to come at a specific time and day so I cancelled an oncology appointment to oblige. He didnt turn up, didn't let me know he wasn't coming, just didn't bother. I contacted him several hours later and he arranged again for a specific time and day. Yet again he has failed to turn up and has not been in contact to advise why or apologise. If this is the standard that can be expected of Zing I think I'd best think twice before letting them touch my home. Disappointed doesn't cover it.

We had zing energy do our internal wall insulation and they were excellent with us, we had 3 great men in to do the job and made us feel that we knew them for a long time , from start to finish they done a great job and the house is so much warmer now . Well worth the time spent organising it great job boys 🤩

My dealings with Zing successfully survived the lengthy and often daunting procedures of the ECO funding scheme. I was fortunate to be steered through it all by co-ordinator Martin Cox, who was consistently upbeat, patient and good-natured. I am a very satisfied customer.

I found the company very knowledgeable about the products they install and the funding schemes available as a whole. The team were very friendly and professional and I found the process simple and affordable.
