Five star workmanship from 5 star people! Jack, Alan and Adam worked on our house over a period of 10months and were nothing short of exceptional throughout. Living in a property with two small children throughout an extensive renovation and extension was really stressful. Jack and the team not only understood this and went above and beyond to ensure things were left tidy, but they also jumped in and helped with things that weren’t their responsibility (lagging our pipes when they froze and we had no water was just one example). They properly thought things through, finding ways to do as little damage to walls as possible rather than taking the easy route of making a mess. They have also come back out without hesitation since finishing the job (and been paid in full) to sort electrical bits that had faltered which weren’t their fault, which I think is the real benchmark of a good business. I know it sounds a cliche but nothing felt like too much trouble. Dealing with trades can be like the Wild West, it’s so unregulated and people constantly over promise and under deliver. Jack and the team are just good people who work hard, care about doing a good job and charge a fair price. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be passing work their way when I can.
